I am totally new here in US and unexpectedly, my car screwed by a screw. It was Sunday and most of the car repair shop were close and fortunately, dropped to this shop and Mr. Maverick is more than kind enough to help me with my busted tire. He even gave me a special coin and taught me how to assess tire condition. From now on, I will purchase all my car needs here and many thanks to you Maverick!
That team will go above and beyond to help you diagnose and fix the problem. I highly recommend you give them a try if you have any issues or you just need to update anything dealing with your vehicle.
Kindness is not something you can bottle or teach, but everyone at this store has it in spades. We are traveling through to Denver from North Carolina and had some unfortunate luck with a just-purchased used car that required some unexpected repairs. I am not often able to use the term ‘blown away’, but that description is absolutely applicable in this instance.
My family and I have been treated to superlative customer service from the manager Ramon and Travis and the rest of the knowledgeable team at this location. They know their stuff, are interested and engaged and offer products and pricing that is beyond fair. We have been treated wonderfully by every single employee we had the pleasure of interacting with (I’m sorry I can’t name them all, as it seems the ‘new shirts’ don’t have the names in embroidery anymore- you could stand to fix that).
This store and its fantastic people have the set the bar sky-high for your brand, and they all deserve nothing less than my highest praise, and fervent wish that they all be lauded to the stars for how wonderful their customer service is (and a raise wouldn’t hurt either). Travis is the absolute best! He helped us determine exactly what we needed. And didn’t talk down to us either. (Rare!). He was professional yet friendly. This place goes on my good list!
Always patient, takes the time to look everything up to check prices & stock availability. They tested my car battery & ran the car code reader since my Check Engine light had been on. They are my go to any time I need something for the car.
I went in had a part number from a different store fella named Ramon said not the correct part number he gave me the correct number had it to the store in 3 hours "great help".
So I get there to get the part we installed the breaks in the parking lot Steve went out of his way to make sure we had what we needed but came out side to check on us.... I will only use this parts store I suggest you want knowledgeable staff this is your store thanks guys.

Dropped by to get some flexible fuel line, for a small engine project. They seemed to have been out of heat-blocking exhaust wrap, but before I got to the car I heard the representative beckon from the door. Got both items I needed, due to a bit of extra effort from the representative--he found some behind the counter. Thanks much!
Needed power steering pressure hose did online order for pickup then needed a return power steering hose got that same day delivery and was delivered within 2 hours.
Was out of town when I stopped here had a bad battery they got me checked out got me a new battery and sent me down the road exit service excellent time have a good day
Can usually find what we needed. If they have to order or get from another store they can usually have it by the next day. Advance does a good job making store convenient
Very helpful. If there was no one to assist you at that moment they had a QR code for help. Also, to make sure you had the right product, they double checked for you.
I went in to get rotors and brake pads. The guy gave me the wrong rotors. I was pretty hot. The manager was so nice and gave me a partial refund for the mistake. Theres a BIG DIFFERENCE between all wheel drive and rear wheel drive. The salesman needs more training.
I was the only customer in the store with three workers. One worker was at the cash register and while I was trying to check out the answer the phone three times and stopped helping me. And after the third time of answering the phone and hanging up with that customer he continued on the computer and told me to hang on
