Great people, I went there yesterday to get batteries for a radio that I purchased for my father. Guess what? They didn’t even charge me for the batteries. Ronnie was great, I hope I spelled his name right. And we had an amazing conversation. This is everything that is right with America, and this is what America is about. I am glad to know that we have not lost our values.
Update: September 30th, 2025. I just cannot wrap my head around this one. I went there again today for batteries to a new Sony Radio I got and I was determined to pay this time. But guess what? THEY DIDN’T CHARGE ME AGAIN!!!!!! As shown in the second picture with the CR2032 batteries. I’m speechless……
I purchased a marine battery from a local boat dealer back in the spring. Unfortunately, I needed to exchange it, but the boat dealer had none in stock. Thankfully, I was directed to stop in at The All Battery Center and I'm very happy I did. They not only gave me a better understanding of marine batteries, but they also fixed me up with the correct battery for my needs. I will only purchase my batteries from Interstate All Battery Center!!!!! Great people, service, and of course you can't go wrong with Interstate!!

Easy purchase with an excellent price! Staff offered to install, but I could not take the time. They waived the core charge and said to drop them off once in had them swapped out. Dropped cores today and the new batteries are working as expected. Check them out if you need a battery!
Brought a bad battery in to see if they would honor their 30 month warranty and was told the battery is not bad, just dead. Employee was rude and refused to help. I have taken the battery to 3 other parts stores and all say that the battery is bad, not just dead. I have tried to charge it, and I left it at the local parts store to try and charge it and it will not charge. I should have read reviews of this place before I made the 45 min drive.
I spoke to one of the workers at 4:15 p.m. I left work early so I can get there before 5:00. I told him I wanted a blemish battery and he said okay, he did not tell me that once the boss left they would not sell blemish batteries so I left work early for nothing drove all the way down there for nothing. The lady there was rude, do not waste your time spending money on their junk batteries. There are very unhelpful and very unprofessional.
Owner and office lady is rude. They spoke down to my mother & I. Man hung up on my mom after she told him not to talk down to her. Lied about the battery & refused to test it. Overall an awful experience and both need a severe attitude adjustment if they want to continue having a business. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
Quality goods and fair prices. owner/salesman or whomever doesn't have a good personality. Which seems to be the norm these days. But he is straight up.
Called for batt rep said in stock went too purchase was told can't sell till boss gets back told me to come back tomarrow by female boss went too AutoZone brand new batt for less money
While dealing with interstate batteries the service i received was extremely unprofessional. They told me i would have to pay more if i wanted a receipt for my battery. Also, they allowed me to wait over an hour after paying to tell me they didn't have a battery. After waiting an hour i has to wait for the supervisor to get back before i could even get a refund. Terrible experience and many others have had the same experience. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!
Went to walmart for a battery and had a lot of issues. Heard about this place and they were great! Took them about 10 minutes to replace my battery. Great service and great people. Thanks!
My custom High performance motorcycle needed more than a standard battery, Ronnie went out of his way to make sure I got what I needed. Great service, and a pleasure to deal with someone who knew batteries inside and out. Not just a clerk at a jumbo retail store. Thanks Ronnie, I'll be back.
