I cannot say enough good things about Scott. Truly awesome customer service. If you need help this company is the only one to call. He not only fixed our flat with a poor excuse of a spare we had, followed us to Harbor Freight and replaced the janky spare with a new one we bought. So very happy
My experience was flawless, and I highly recommend Hammond if you're in a tight spot. Scott (owner) answered my text pretty much right away when I messaged around 10:30 PM to see if he would be available the following morning to get my car to a nearby shop. He said if I was able that he'd come do it right away. Got to my house on Pea Ridge in about 25 minutes, we loaded it up on the trailer, and drove it down to the shop so I could just come in and drop off the keys the next morning on my way to work. There's always that little bit of anxiety when you're asking a stranger to help you out, especially if they're coming to your house like in my case, but Scott was very friendly and great to work with so if you need help, don't be afraid to call.
Scott was truly a life saver for me!! I am so appreciative for his professionalism and the way he and his wife made me feel safe in a situation where I was a little stressed to say the least. They were able to find me along the road in an unfamiliar area, changed my tire in the rain and had me back on the road quickly. I immediately saved them to my phone! Was able to pay with credit care and the price was very reasonable. Would highly recommend Hammond Roadside Services!! Thanks again!!
Great Service! I’m in town for work and my trailer got a flat but I didn’t have the tools to change it. They were out helping me in no time and change my flat in pouring rain. Super nice and professional. I highly recommend.
Amazing!! They were super professional, super friendly and got me unstuck within 5 minutes & it was a huge 26ft truck. Couldn’t believe it!! If anyone needs help, call these people. They’re truly the best & quick to respond. When 6 other tow truck companies wouldn’t come help or even respond, they responded immediately and was fast to finish up their current job to come save me. So I work nights and as soon as I arrive to work, I accidentally lock all of my belongings, including my keys in the vehicle. In a panic I called every towing company that I was familiar with and it was either too late, they needed cash, which I only had my card, or there was no answer at all. When I found Hammond Roadside Services on Google. I didn’t have much hope but they answered after just two rings. THEY CHARGED ALMOST LESS THEN HALF THE PRICE ALL THE OTHERS DID! He was able to accept my card with no problem and it took him not even 20 minutes to arrive at my location. I’m extremely forgetful and I do tend to lock my keys in my car often and have dealt with quite a few different companies in the Tri-state area, but BY FAR THIS COMPANY had the best overall service; customer service was amazing, the lockout service was quick, and the price was unbeatable. Not to mention it took him not even a full minute to get into my truck after his arrival. I usually do not do Google reviews, but I had to let the area know that this was a really great company to go for if you happen to lock yourself out or need a tow!!!
My daughter accidentally locked keys in her vehicle. My insurance company had spent 30 minutes looking for someone and said no one would answer. While we were waiting, we found Hammond. He was there before the said 30 minutes and done within 5. He was on his way when my insurance co called to say they’d found someone. I told them to cancel.

Not many people will bring you key to you in the cold and maybe perhaps ever but you can sure believe Hammond Roadside Services will. It was a great experience, he was quick and fast and i was stuck at my university and he brought my keys to me , real genuine people and genuine services. 1000% recommend.

Blew a tire on a trailer and didn't have a spare. Was 2 hours from home and was 34 degrees at 9 at night. They found me a tire changed it super fast. Also was the most fair on price I have ever seen. I wanted to pay more.
Not only did they stop to help get our car unlocked, he came back to tow our car to the mechanic! He took no time at all and they were professional and so kind! Very knowledgeable!! Thank you!
I'd recommend to anyone! They were here in 10 minutes, and went above and beyond what we asked for out of the kindness of his heart. Didn't charge enough for everything he did and even followed my Dad to the gas station to make sure it ran ok. Super helpful
Hammond Roadside Service came to open my car when I locked my keys in. The whole process, including calling, giving my information and the arrival to my location, was extremely quick. I have never had anyone arrive so quickly to help me in this situation. When he arrived, he was very professional and friendly. Being a young female by myself at that time, I felt very safe. A great business! I highly recommend. 10/10. He even gave me a business card and said my husband and I could call him any time for help.
If I could give this place 1,000,000 stars, I absolutely would; 5 is just not enough. I'm a photographer/videographer and was heading out last night to gaze at the moon as well as try to get a few good shots of it (It was the night of the lunar eclipse!) I decided to drive deep into the country to avoid the lights interfering with my shots; and long story short, I lost my keys in the dead of night. I was horrified!!! Thankfully I got ahold of Hammond's Roadside Assistance and they were out there in no time! He was very kind and professional and if I ever have anymore car troubles, (let's hope not ) I know exactly who to call!!! Thank you so, SO much again for everything!!
