  This is a SCAM. We called and got someone to tow my car and waited a hour, then they called back and said their truck broke down (mind you it was already 260$ to get it towed) asked for another 150$ to get another truck so we asked for a refund and then wanted another 50$ for a call service fee. Do not go to these people.

  I would never call these people. I called for roadside assistance and the communication barrier was horrible. I called three times and could never get appropriate responses or help. I even simplified the issue by giving the person my phone number and said just pass it on to the towing company and I'll deal with them. The person on the phone insisted I tell them what the issue was. I hope this towing company got a really good deal on the rates this telecommunication company is charging them. I wonder how many other customers they've lost because of this. Called a different business, they answered the phone and came right to me. Problem solved.
