Steve came out to help me when I locked my keys in the car. He was extremely professional & friendly, and worked diligently when we ran into obstacles trying to get it fixed until we finally got it. Thank you Steve!

Reyborn’s driver, Cody, saved the day. Yesterday during the flash floods, we needed to be rescued. Cody arrived quickly, was calm and explained exactly what he would be doing. We are grateful.
Got to me within 30-45 minutes and was very friendly. Price was less than $200 to tow my son’s car from my home to a garage 30 minutes away. Took good care of my son’s car and spoke professionally and polite at all times.

3.8 is such a underrated score for them, they were efficient they had tools they came quickly. They saved me on the side of the road when my tools failed. Cody from Reyburns was the kindest most professional person that has ever towed my car. After losing brakes on the interstate I was obviously shaken and he was calming and reassuring. He made sure my vehicle was loaded correctly and double checked the tie downs. He was kind and made me feel very comfortable with his positive attitude. Thank you for an awesome job!!!
I had a terrifying experience with one of Reyburn's Towing drivers today. I was in the turning lane on 1st Street near Little Caesars, patiently waiting for traffic to clear. Out of nowhere, a Reyburn’s flatbed truck came flying through my lane, trying to pass a white pickup truck. The driver nearly caused a serious accident, swerving back into the correct lane just in time. If he had reacted even a split second later, I wouldn’t be here to write this.
This incident hit me hard because I recently lost my aunt in a car crash caused by a drunk driver. The trauma from that loss is still fresh, and reckless driving like this terrifies me. I couldn’t help but think about how easily it could’ve been me today. It’s horrifying to realize how little some drivers seem to care about the safety of others on the road.
When I called Reyburn's to report the incident, they were dismissive and unhelpful. First, they claimed they didn’t have any flatbed trucks out, then backtracked and asked me what color the truck was. I told them it was red and had “Reyburn’s” on the side. The person on the phone then argued with me, saying all their flatbed drivers had been at the lot for 30 minutes. Their lack of accountability and care, both from the driver and the company itself, is shocking.
I would never trust Reyburn’s Towing with any vehicle, especially after seeing how recklessly their drivers operate. Safety should be a priority, and it’s clear it isn’t for them. This kind of carelessness could cost someone their life, just like I almost lost mine today.
Two wonderful guys came and picked up our car broke down in Barboursville and took it all the way back to our house in Putnam county.
We would absolutely call them again.
Jesse from Reyburns is amazing! Our vehicle needed a jump. It wasn't wanting to do anything. He didn't give up, though. He did everything he could, and he did well!! They were here within 30 minutes of dispatch, and Jesse was very kind, thorough, and educational. We were assigned Reyburns by State Farm Roadside Assistance. They will be our go-to company from now on... Jesse and Reyburns were such a blessing, they are on our prayer list permanently!

Absolutely the best service ever.After Enterprise Road Side Assistance which we paid for left us abandoned on I64 for over 5 hours Chad arrived for the broke down rental. We were told by Enterprise that they could not send anyone for us that no one would come pick us up due to being on an Interstate. Enterprise told us we would have to ride with the Tow Truck Driver. Chad did not get any message that we were riding with him as well as our 2 yr old mineature GoldennDoodle.Chad did not waste any time making room for all 3 of us. End of story after 2 hours with Chad he took us to an Airport in West Virginia to get another rental.If it had not been for him giving exclent customer service and truly having compassion we would have been left on an Interstate. He represents Rayburn Towing with awesome customer service. Thank you again Chad. You are truly a Angel sent from Heaven
At 7am this morning my husband had our vehicle towed from Walmart in ashland a guy name Steve from this towing company did a great job he was friendly hardworking and was there when he said he be there my husband and I would recommend this towing company anytime and use it again if we need too 5 stars for sure!!!!!
The best towing service by far very respectful very dependable always very nice to talk to and find out any information you may need about your vehicle always there in a timely fashion when you need a tow without a doubt the best towing place out there and would recommend calling them over anyone else.
I broke down in Russell, Ky. I contacted progressive for a tow service. They dispatched Reyburn's in Huntington, WV. They were very quick to arrive. The driver was so nice and was easy to get into contact with. He loaded my vehicle and took great care in doing so. He delivered my vehicle to the auto shop in Ironton, Ohio. I'm very pleased with the service we received from Reyburn's and I would highly recommend them.
They are absolute crooks. I wish I could give zero stars. They will charge you more than double the going rate if you are involved in an accident and you want to tow it any where other than their storage yard. At first their driver refused to take it to a repair shop. And then said it would be $375 to tow the vehicle 3.8 miles to the other repair shop. Then the driver acted like he was going to hit me with his truck. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and with the city

Towed my vehicle after an accident and their employee stole my gun right out of my car and then quit the next day.
They said they were gonna get ahold of me to talk about what they could do. They never did. They don’t care and they didn’t compensate me a dime.
This place will treat your vehicle like garbage and then the owner will call you (after a week of ghosting you) and tell you her personal problems are more important and then finished it up by calling me rude and hanging up because I told her I needed to speak with someone or id have to take legal action. Her true colors really showed then but can’t blame her. I’m sure with all the horrible reviews business isn’t booming and probably hard to afford a lawyer :) but thats just how the OWNERS treat people when their vehicle gets damaged at this place! The owner deserves to lose her business and at this rate she will. Be sure to check all the other bad review as well on yelp and Facebook about this place and then run to give your business to a place who appreciates it!
