Called thinking I needed a tow. After I sent pictures of the drain plug on the radiator they determined I didn’t need it towed. They got to me in under a hour and Bobby had the new plug and coolant topped off in under 30 minutes. The great customer service Bobby provided is a breath of fresh air in this industry.
Well my car caught on fire in the middle of night when they had it. So make sure they or someone disconnects your battery. I came to get my stuff and that was one hell of a surprise. Was hoping my car wasn't totalled but definitely was after that. They blamed the fire department but seem to know the disconnect should of happened so not sure why they didn't check to make sure it was. So please ask and make sure the battery is disconnected.
Honestly pathetic how much they can lie to someone. Was told at 4pm 60 minutes it’s now 7:20pm nothing. After calling after first hour was told 45 minutes or hour to be safe and now “20 minutes maybe he should’ve been there” nobody knows.
Before calling towing find out from the price list first and they want to earn all the money in the world, so when I asked Kenneth Cogan before calling towing from the price they didn't tell me anything!!! I asked them a couple of times and they still didn't tell me anything!!! Not even approximately. In a couple of hours of work they pulled my truck 5 miles one way with a trailer and took my truck and trailer hostage and told me an unreasonably expensive bill of almost 10 thousand and saying that the insurance company will pay anyway... that's how it works for them. But you understand while the insurance company will figure out what and how they will still take money from you for storage every day. When I came to pick up the truck from them I got stuck on their territory and they offered me help and said that I had to pay for towing again ))I have a bad experience with them unfortunately I don't want to leave bad reviews but they didn't give me a chance
I'm really glad I called Cogan's. They were pleasant, reasonable, flexible and their truck was impressive. They towed a disabled vehicle from my home in the boonies to a dealership after hours and dropped the keys in the night drop. Great experience with this company.
Cogan’s is the complete wrecker service. I trusted them to pick my car up when I wasn’t present and drop it off at Moses Nissan. It arrived fast and safe. The driver was friendly and made sure he accomplished all my needs. Can’t tell anyone enough how professional Cogan’s service is. Dependable and time efficient.
Cogan's was great! I called them the night before I needed towed, and they gave me an estimate which was cheaper than the rest. The gentleman who towed my car was wonderful, and I would recommend them!
I was at this establishment briefly to retrieve items from my vehicle that had been towed there do to an accident. The staff was nice, helpful, and courteous. The only unpleasant thing about this experience is the insurance company deemed my vehicle a total loss.
Great service!! Towed my daughter's car to their lot when she wrecked it, they were so kind about letting us make several trips down to get her things out of her totaled car. Very friendly!!!
