I wouldn’t recommend this towing company they was supposed to pick up a minivan for me and take it to atlas scrap metal over 4 hours ago and when I tried to call them they pick up and hang up
I broke down on the Proctorville bridge and they came and got my car in 30 minutes. Which I am very thankful! The guy that came was super nice and let me ride with him to the auto shop. I definitely appreciate you all.

My brothers car broke down and I called Baker's towing to see if they would be able to pick up him and two other passengers, and tow them about 45 minutes to their home. Nothing but professionalism, they were able to take my credit card over the phone. I would absolutely recommend. The cost was reasonable to $250.

Used baker's to tow my Chrysler Town and Country 9 miles to the Chrysler dealership to be worked on. The day after my vehicle appointment I call to get an update and find out my van isn't even there and never was. Baker's towed my van to a the Chevrolet dealership instead and then insisted I had to pay extra for them to fix their mistake. When my husband called them out about paying for their mistake they continued to yell and cuss at us. Very very unprofessional. Then when I finally found my vehicle there was damage to the front and end. Definitely plan on getting an attorney.
Took a hour to hook up to me.took their time hooking up and pulling me out ! First hour it was a personal phone conversation then would take their precious time to pull me over a small hill probably not even 70 feet this group of men would pull me some then stop conversation some more play on their phones then start pulling me very slowly was charged for four hours but it was only three my bill was way way over 4000 . And didn’t negotiate rates before even hooking me up this state does not salt their small roads the locals said that this was a common thing that would happen

This company towed my truck damaging multiple things under my truck. I had to pay $75 for the towing and over $1000 to get my truck fixed. Not happy at all. Not only was there no reason to be towed but the towing did more damage to my truck than anything. When confronted about the issue they told me there was no way the towing could have done that but my truck ran perfect and sounded perfect before the towing occurred.
Worst Towing Company. They charged 580 Dollars per hour for towing my trailer. Toral Distance of less than 10 Miles. Subtotal 3000 Dollars for 5 hours. Avoid as much as possible.
