  I work at a local body shop. I called to get a quote for towing. I called the next day to arrange for the tow. The lady I spoke with kept putting me on hold. She finally got back on the phone and told me to call Reyburns. Who tells a customer to call their competitor? WORST customer service ever. I'd pay double their fee at any other towing service before I ever called them again!!

  Back at the beginning of the year I had a load shift. Everyone was quoting me an insane amount or wouldn't come out. They came within an hour and got everything situated. They gentlemen was very nice, helpful and knowledgeable.

  Very expensive - padding their travel time to add an hour or more to the bill - pretty significant when they are charging over $1000 per hour for their big wrecker to pull our truck out of the ditch

  The lady who answers the phone here (quite large lady who sits in this place in the reception area at river cities towing) is RUDE!!! When i wrecked my car she stood beside me while I was cleaning my stuff out and chain-smoked cigarettes while playing on her phone. The guy with a beard seemed nice but the beefy lady is RUDE!!
