We test drove two and my daughter just couldn't wait to shop around so we took one the radiator was leaking and supposedly the mechanic fixed it. Found out all the O2 sensors need replacement and whole list of stuff. This was not a as is sale but the got us I'm now paying for a car that is useless because it would cost too much to fix it. Word to the wise just don't buy from Bragg's. Warranty is complete joke.
Just bought a 2014 Jeep Compass and I absolutely love it. No issues at all. Literally runs like its brand new. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a simple process. I have not so great credit but I also have children, so not having a vehicle isnt an option. After my van blew up I wasnt sure where to turn to. They helped me with the entire process being stress free. All you need is your down payment, the taxes, insurance, live within 60 miles. No hassle, no bullcrap. Genuinely 10/10.

Don't buy from here i bought my jeep from here and the next month spent 7000.00 to put in a new transmission which I would have known about if they didn't clear the computers before they sell cars which means they knew it had problems and still sold it!!!!

I've always heard good things about Braggs Used Cars so we decided to go look today. My wife and I test drove 4 what seemed to be nice cars. I will first say that the sales lady in the office, Mia was not friendly at all. Her attitude made me want to just walk before test driving but we gave them a chance even after her telling me we can't test drive as many as we want. Car one, put it in drive and it shook uncontrollably. Car two, no headlight and smelled hot, car 3 shifted very hard and had low AC power, car 4 which we thought we would actually buy as it didn't seem to have any issues. So we got back to the lot and it wouldn't start back up. Had a dead battery. Mia, got a battery charger to change it and it started. I asked, will you guys deduct a new battery cost or replace it. She was like no, we can order you one but you have to pay for it. Told her that's not really fair and she said "well have a good day" I'll say this, I had money to buy anything on that lot but when someone has that bad of an attitude towards their customer who want to buy a car, then that says a lot about said car lot. As cheap as it would have been to secure a new battery they should have ordered to fix it. If not for us, for the next person. Bottom line, HORRIBLE customer service and horrible quality of cars. Mia also had more attitude when we can back to tell her issues that we had with those cars. No wonder some of them have been sitting on the lot for so long. Don't go to Braggs Used Cars. Save yourself some time, stress and value. They are as bad as Carson's used Cars in Ashland KY and I thought they were the worst
It was a quick and easy process. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very affordable down payment and monthly payments. The car I got is very nice and everything works. If your struggling with credit and not able to get financed I strongly suggest going to Braggs. 5 stars across the board.💯
