Windshield wipers broke storm on a long drive, Napa auto parts in Sutton was my saving grace. Tested the towns motto claiming to be rich and history and hospitality.. sure enough they passed! Thanks for changing my wiper blades!!
They had on the shelf light bulbs and under them was a price tag 99 cent's went to pay for them 12$ a peace they told me and when I told them what the price tag said they were for the 100wat bulbs and I told them that they were the 100 wat bulb so I didn't go any further with the argument and just left
Always get my parts here and only deal with one person. Prices have been better than any other place and gave advice so I fixed my own stuff since a "mechanic" messed it up bad.
The folks at this Napa are professionals! They are very knowledgeable and helpful, if they know of a better place to get your part they'll give you the number.
They have all the stuff you need and order it quickly if they don't.
Their prices are pretty much on par with any other Napa.
Sometimes I look forward to working on my car just to pay them a visit!
Had a busted hose on my Peterbilt they got me the hose that I needed in a few gallons of coolant delivered to the pilot right off the interstate and save me a few bucks appreciate you guys over there at Napa.

Had my engine light come on during a long road trip, stopped to get the code read. They told me the car was fine and cleared the codes. My car stalled out 3 times later that day, and turns out needed a new engine. I don't have that car anymore. Fairly dismissive of me and my problem.
The staff is phenomenal, always helpful and back up what they sell. They go out of their way to find parts most others cant locate. Tim, Larry, Delmas, Gilmer, Rob, Rodney, George and the rest of the gang to service above and beyond!
Locally owned and the staff know their vehicles and parts, I've never had to go back because the wrong part was sold to me the first time. Clean store too.
Hey these guys are tremendous, they know exactly what they're doing, they have a lot of general knowledge about vehicles of every kind, they can help you find a part you need or help you diagnose what's wrong with your vehicle in just a couple minutes. Tim, the cat that manages the place - super cool guy! And their windows are always so CLEAN.
My family and I use this store regularly for car parts. The staff is very helpful and always find my part quickly. If it's not in the store, they order the part and it's normally very quick.
