My family goes to this place. Good prices, good selection. Bad roads but worth it. Just dont take a lowered car there. $3 or so to get in is comparable to other places.
They had the part I couldn't find anywhere else. You have to go find the vehicle and remove the part yourself, but if you have mechanical ability, you can save yourself some money. The price was very fair. Other than the location and the walk involved, I would recommend them.
First time visit 12-2-24, will definitely go back if needed. Friendly office personnel, explained everything to me about site access, rules, etc. Very organized with vehicles fairly well grouped. This is a "pull your own part" location so be prepared to take tools and such. They provide a wheelbarrow to haul tools to vehicles and bring parts back. Prices I felt were very reasonable. The $2.00 access fee was worth it to just walk around.
Purchased a bucket seat from the pick n pull lot and was thoroughly impressed. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommend for used auto parts! Great prices and great people
It is hard to get to non paved road they have no idea what they have so you have drive there damage your car and hope and pray they have what you need will never go back
Cheap parts. I came a month ago and people wher nice then came today and everything I touched wasn't forsale.they charge you 2 dollars to walk the property and it's a mile walk with tools and parts in your hand. Try somewhere else.
Love this place the employees are always helpful and the parts are cheaper then any other salvage yard around I go there weekly just about sometimes just to walk around and see what's new
Thought hey old school junkyard. Yeah paid $2.00 went and found my part removed the part. Plastic off of tail lights. Walked back to the office and was told $20 each, what? I showed two brand new ones online with leds included were $35.00 a pair. I get a glare and “that’s what it says right here” so I paid you two dollars to pick a part that you will now sell for $30 each because they’re already pulled. Rip off scam of a junkyard!
Old School Yard - Good People - Fair Pricing by far- You take your own Tools and you go get your own parts. If you like DIY. This is place the place for you. If your not, they do have staff on site to help accommodate as well. Be prepared to be off the beaten path. But the GPS took me right to the entrance.
JP was super friendly and even helped me get my purse out of the car after a wreck. He went out of his way to do it AND was friendly about it. I appreciated that. He also gave good advice on local auto body shops.
He said in passing his tow rates are amongst the lowest in the area, but my insurance company is covering it so I likely won’t get the bill. Overall he was a great guy though and helpful.
Was told they had a bunch of truck's like mine and they did . Got the part I needed at a good price thanks for the help from the older guy in the front office .
Super nice staff. Huge property. Even tho they didn't have what I was looking for they were helpful. Only downside is the road they are on. Its a mess. But with a truck or suv or jeep you should be ok.
Called Wednesday and ordered a rear end for my husband’s truck. They never said anything about it would not be pulled without a deposit. Was told that it would be ready come today, Friday, for pickup. My husband even called this morning and told them my brother was coming to pick it up and he was STILL not told that the rear end wasn't pulled. My brother got there and was told that it was not pulled because we didn’t pay a deposit (that we were never made aware was needed). When I FINALLY got in touch with someone, after calling for well over an hour, the guy THEN told me there needed to be a deposit and told smugly that the part is there but not pulled. And when I told him (I was NOT very pleasant during this conversation) I was telling everyone I know and the BBB about their “service,” he said to have fun with that. Ramey’s will never get an attempt of purchase from us again. This was ridiculous and didn’t sit very well with a first time customer.
