I recently won an almost $300 bid on bookshelf on their online auction and it did not have all the parts. I’ve emailed and called countless times trying to figure out how to find the missing pieces (cannot be built with only 2/5 side pieces) or what can be done. After finally receiving a response that they “personally” can promise all pieces were there on pick up (nothing was bundled together, laid out loosely on a blanket upon pickup) they refuse to offered a refund or even any solution because it’d been “too long”. I won the bid in June and then started attempting to build in August, reached out starting August 8th multiple times for responses throughout the month to be told on August 27th no refund will be given due to “the lapse in time”. I find this complete unacceptable and terrible customer service. How can you provide online auctions with no promise or guarantee the item is complete? If I could rate 0 stars I would, both customer service and business practices are terrible. Extremely frustrated and unhappy with my experience.

Our waitress was great, but our food not at all. my appetizer was cold and needed to reheated, we ordered the salmon dinner sat at our table for about 45 minutes when the waitress informed us they ran out salmon and cooks failed to inform her... Very disappointed..
The food is AMAZING. The staff is kind and attentive. What a cute fun place for craft cocktails and gives off a nice old timey charm. How many places can you have a good drink and a fun live auction? 10/10 would recommend. Won’t find another experience like this while eating the best food.
Food Network worthy! Delicious! Savored every bite. Going to recommend as a great place to stop and eat while wine tasting in Zillah, Washington. Also, service was very friendly and welcoming. We will certainly return.
I cannot say enough about this place! .. A britta everything from home furniture auctions ta beer, whiskey and wines and the food is really good too. If you go after reading this.... THEN, YOU ARE WELCOME! Cuz you'll like really wanna thank me! ... ... Just a great place full of great people! In a great town, doing great things!
First timer... Good atmosphere friendly & helpful staff. High quality & large variety furniture & furnishings. Auctions are every weekend with different inventory. It was incredible what some items were going for. Was the winning bidder on a $900 msrp dining room table with a butterfly dropped leaf, paid $185 +fees & taxes.... Excited to go again!!!
This IS a restaurant, lounge, furniture store, and event center. Most importantly the Prime Dip French Dip was the best that I can remember and the Cajun Chicken was also very good. Good tastes all around!
We went on a night when they had an auction. Hubby and I shared the shrimp alfredo, daughter had the steak salad and Son in love had prime rib. All was very good and enjoyed the auction. Some really great deals on furniture.
The food was so so good and filling and the workers were nice and curteous they answered all the questions we had about there auctions overall it's a great place to go
Do not bother going for the auction! The new owners apparently do not understand that auctions are not always big winners for the house.
After traveling 2 hours and 45 min to get there Saturday, with full intention of purchasing 3 items minimum, they announced there was too small a crowd and not enough bids to continue after just 35 minutes. When I voiced my disbelief that they would do this with at least 25 people waiting on items not yet offered for bid, I was told by an owner that "she would not be spoken to like that and I needed to calm down" as she turned her back and walked away. I did not yell, intimidate or cuss so having a back turned on me was more than enough to ensure I will never step foot in that place again. Too bad. I had purchased a good number of items there under the previous owners who were gratious on the most unprofitable of sale nights. Btw- 2 other couples I do not know, met me outside, both of which were far more vocal in there disgust than even I
