U-PULLL-IT Auto Parts are one of the junkyards that has a lot of workers and even though they have their cars organized they still don't know what they have for inventory for being a big company with a lot of workers it's a hit or miss with them on parts because I went out of my way to go to Yakima and it was as easy as them telling me the correct answer instead they told me they did have a part but they only have the car and it was 4 x 4 in my car was not 4 x 4 if they would have had the right info or done some inventory and see what type of parts each car or model has I want to save myself a trip 30 minutes away in 30 minutes back instead I show up and totally just wasted time but it's still a good place to go if you're not eating help finding the correct parts so if you don't mind walking around for a minute looking to see if you can find what you need then it's still a good place but it would be nice if they could do inventory and get the right info I need the make and model any events two-wheel drive or four-wheel drive it would have helped a lot
Writing this review to express my pure gratitude to Daniel Soto, great worker- helped me out with my purchase and gave me a deal on a brush guard for my truck! I would definitely recommend asking for him when you need your questions answered, he is an outstanding upright individual!

If you are a car person, its the cheapest entertainment around. I usually find some small things for my son's car but most of the time I just wander and look. Their prices are decent and the employees seemed helpful

We came from an hour away after calling three times to verify specifically that they had the door that we needed for the car. We were told three separate times that yes, they specifically had the door. When we got there, the car in the yard didn't have either door on the side we needed. We were told over three separate phone calls that the door specifically was present. One of the guys working behind the counter was arguing with me saying that they don't inventory parts so they would never tell us that a part was there specifically. But myself and another person can verify that that is what we were told over the phone. I'm very displeased with their service and their lack of concern over us having traveled so far to not even find what they assured us was there on the lot. I find this to be very poor business practice.
I had to hurry down before they closed at 6p on a Saturday! They told me had to come back I told them needed 1 minute! He said to be fair I'll let you go back!

This place is awesome. Prices are fair with returnes on items if not needed and even core part credit. They almost always have everything I need. There tool rental is limited, so come prepared
I had an awesome time there. The staff was great. I already had talked to. I believe her name was Angie on the phone. Let her know my situation and what I was looking for. She told me to stop by the next day and I asked if I could ask for her she said yes so when I showed up, I asked if she her name was Angie she said yes I reintroduced myself and said I was the person on the phone that talked and she remembered and pointing me out to the backyard and where I needed to be, I found my bench seat that I was looking for Had a hell of a time taking it out being I was by myself, but anyhow got it out, carried it looking like a caveman, but I did it and the price that was told me it was fair, but with it being a little torn, I was given a discount Which I thought was pretty cool anyhow, if you have anything that you’re looking for vehicle wise stop by and talk to the team at you put it and you won’t be disappointed Gorilla Jay approved
Bought an Engine for my BMW 325i at U-pull-it. Friendly and professional customer service. They worked with me and answered all my questions. They went the extra mile to make sure I was confident about my purchase by providing me with pictures, compression numbers, and a vin cross references. I live 2 hours away from Yakima so this information was crucial for me. When I got there they had the engine ready and everything went smoothly. Definitely worth the 2 hour drive. Plus the price was unbeatable.
I went to U, pull it to get some parts while I was there. I lost my iPhone they kept calling my phone when I was looking for either in the yard and in my car, but I couldn’t find it days later I came back to U pull it to get some more parts. I I asked the workers if they had found a phone and they did they gave it back to me. I love your honesty thank you you pull it and I recommend you to anybody Who needs parts?
Only reason they get two stars is because their workers are there are pretty chill. That’s one thing they do, right
This place charges you for a part that is that was a junkyard like it’s a brand new part I just called there today and for a light switch for my truck they want to 20 bucks when I can just go get a brand new part for $26 they think the stuff they have is worth gold. They need a redo their prices or work on their prices with the customer but the owner is stingy and doesn’t care about the customer just cares about filling his pockets.

I was having trouble finding the part I needed until I called U pull it in Yakima. I spoke to a very understanding, polite gentleman named Danny. He told me to come on in so he could look to make sure he had the exact part I needed. He told me to come back and he’d have it ready for me. I came back and he installed the part which took him maybe 5 minutes, and sent a very happy customer on her way! Thank you for saving endless searches and a huge headache for the install.
Danny is a great asset to this company!! He has pride in his customer service qualities. He is professional and yet personable. He’s quick and efficient and goes above and beyond his call of duty!! He should be recognized by his superiors within the company and be either promoted or receive a raise for his impeccable customer service satisfaction and drive to help others. These qualities are rare to find within any company.
