Went in the other day to get a part that i desperately needed. A tall large man with glasses had the worst customer service. I asked him for the part. He began to tell me in “I don’t know and kept saying I don’t know. He never took the time to look at his computer to look for the part. He was in hurry to go on his lunch after I left, I sat in my vehicle for a while and he followed right out the door and went to the taco truck next-door to eat. The only person that has the best customer service. There is a man named Jeff. He is excellent. He goes above and beyond for his customers he knows , what he is doing. He pays attention and gives attention to his customers. O’Reillys should not be hiring people who have no idea About cars or trucks. I will try my best never to go into Sunnyside O’Reillys Unless I hear or see changes, customer service should always be priority without customers. You don’t have a store.

Good product and installation of new wipers blades

How much would a new Belt cost and what brand model 2013 f- Ford -150 with a 6.2 liter.

Big store and therefore they have a larger selection of products. The store is also very clean.

went in to get a diagnostics for my check engine light. Jeffery was extremely helpful, cleared my check engine light advised me to drive around to see if it happened again and if it did to google the make and model of my vehicle for extra help. So far the light hasn’t come back on 🤞🏻

Michael was extremely helpful both times I’ve come in, happy and eager to help as well as give helpful advice. 10/10 made it a pleasant experience:)

Got the right wiper blades, and the helpful employee installed them for me. Wiper blades are always cranky as they were for him.

The technician, Uriel, was amazing! He went out of his way and came outside to show me what bulb I needed as well as showing me how to change it! I will come here from now on! Amazing customer service, Uriel!

I must say that this O'reilly's has the best customer service. Scottie was so much help, when I came in he checked my battery and determined I needed a new one. He took the time to check how long ago I had purchased it and sure enough it had not yet been a year so he was able to swap it out for a new one. I thank him for taking that extra time to help me, as a single mother every dollar counts.

This place doesn’t require their customers to wear masks. We won’t come back until they enforce all customers to wear a mask!

The store manager really helped me out a lot. ARCE is a really great manager always makes sure she takes care of her customers and puts them first all the time. thanks to her i got my parts right the first time. no guessing!!!

The store always has what I need and if they don't, it gets ordered right away. The prices are fair and the staff is knowledgeable.
