AAA messed up bad. Dispatched the driver to a different location, sent out the wrong tow truck. You could tell that the AAA dispatcher was struggling with the English language, and probably main cause of all the extra hassle, wasted time, and resources...
Caleb from Hooked Up Towing took care of me went back to the shop took extra time to get the right rig and made sure I was taken care off! Very customer oriented, friendly, professional, and understanding, even kept me up on ETA. Give that kid a raise!!!

I was stranded on Highway 97 with a flat tire in the cold and dark, and my roadside assistance couldn’t locate anyone to help me, so I started making calls and Hooked Up Towing sent someone immediately. The young man was friendly, comforting, and efficient and got me on my way with reassurance that I could make it safely back to town. Thank you so much!!

Hooked Up Towing ALWAYS comes through! I can not say enough great things about this company and the people that work here!!! They came in record time when I locked myself out of my vehicle-while it was running!!! They moved my large heavy metal storage building from one location to another. When my sons car was disable and he was in a crunch for time, I called them directly instead of going through my insurance company’s automated system and they were happy to expedite the process. Helped us tow our broken truck today in 110°heat. Our insurance couldn't get ahold of anyone but them. Showed up right away towed to mechanic shop. Great customer service, quick and experienced staff, would highly recommend... even worked with our insurance.
We just watched a semi and a car get in an accident that crossed both lanes of I-82 and thought we would be sitting here for hours. Two tow trucks showed up from this company in less than 30 minutes and cleared the semi from the road in minutes. Being from out of state where all accidents take a minimum of an hour to clear, we are beyond impressed with this company and their employees. Thank you for being so fast and efficient. Wish you guys were everywhere.
My car broke down 30 miles from home after a 12 hour shift in 90° weather. This company literally rescued me from the side of the highway. They were so nice and professional, while I was in a very precarious situation. I HIGHLY recommend calling this company for your towing needs. They have extremely reasonable rates, better than anyone else in the Valley. Their fast and friendly service can't be beat!!!!
I have no complaints about the quality of service, however, this towing company charges mileage ROUND TRIP! They did not disclose this to me and it is highly irregular. Seems very dishonest. The bill was almost twice what I thought I would be paying.
Don't use these people they are under investigation for fraud and I myself will be filing a law suit against them as well I bought a Tahoe from a woman I broke down and they impounded it I called them telling them I was the new owner they said don't worry about the tow bill we will make the woman you bought it off of pay for it and they sent her a bill for $1200 Even though I showed them the tittle I have the report and filling first thing Monday

My interactions with Hooked Up Towing were all positive. I wasn't able to be on scene while their crew was recovering my truck and trailer, and the subsequent cleanup process, but they handled it all quickly and effectively. All the employees I met were genuinely concerned about my welfare due to my minor injuries, and the tow truck driver even came to me on his own to check on me while I was recovering my possessions from my damaged truck. I appreciate their concern for the customers they help during difficult circumstances. I would certainly recommend them for anyone needing their services.

Got quoted $747 for a tow then after they dropped off the truck they charged me $1717.77 yes real good way to run a company is over charge after you quoted someone
Calling a tow company is usually as bad as calling a plumber to your house. Something bad has obviously happened and your frustrated already. I know i was. My wireless provider left me sittinh on the side of road for 15 hours and kept telling me they were working on it so I called hooked up towing and they were very helpful. The lady in the office even called my wireless provider to get approval and sent a driver out immediately. After 15 hours is was nice to have them pick me up so quickly and get me home.
