Charlie and team did an amazing job at getting my alternator replaced. I was expecting the car to be in the shop for at least a day or two, but it was towed in and had the part replaced by 4:30. We are on an extended camping trip and traveling in the Palouse. Our engine light came on so we called around and this shop was recommended for diesel trucks. The owner diagnosed the problem as exhaust related and after getting rid of built up exhaust, we were on our way. Highly recommended. Btw, Palouse is a very friendly town and has some nice architecture and ornamental features.
They put a dent in my hood because they left a tool on top of my passenger side suspension bracket and then shut my hood will not take responsibility for it
