Kevin came on an emergency call when me and my niece were stuck in a parking lot. Our car was stuck on a steep hill and we could not get the car out without hitting the car in front of us. He came and figured out a quick solution to help us without damaging any of our vehicles. Thank you Kevin!

At 1 AM my car hit a patch of slush and ice and I slid off the road into a field and got stuck in the snow. I called Kevin and he showed up 20 minutes later and quickly got me and my wife back on the road. Couldn't have hoped for better service.
Kevin helped us when our vw camper broke down in Pullman. He was very knowledgeable and jumped in to help us troubleshoot a problem that seemed fixable! We needed the tow after all and he dropped us at a recommended shop. Kevin was so professional, kind and calm. We will definitely be calling him again in the area if we ever need to. After my family sat on the side of highway 26 wrapped in blankets for almost 2 hours waiting on our insurance to send a tow truck we realized they weren’t coming. Our insurance “forgot” to put the request through. Kevin was contacted and to us within 30 minutes. He was such a breath of fresh air. Thank you sir for your time respect and most of all just for being there when I needed someone the most.

Kid stranded on 26, middle of nowhere on New Years Eve. AAA could not get a dispatch to her. I call Kevin at AK Towing and he was there less than 40-min later. Kid safe, car delivered to mechanic in Pullman. Definitely recommend and would not hesitate to use again when needed!
I was stuck in a ditch out in the county! Stoopid me that was my bad. I called AAA and they sent Kevin out to help me out. Kevin was there in a flash and was able to maneuver me out of a hairy situation. He was courteous and professional, and I highly recommend him for any towing service. As it turns out Kevin helped me last year when I was trying to tow my boat out of my backyard (again in the snow) and we jackknifed. Again he helped me out of a bad situation with relative ease. Here's what I learned...
1. AK Towing is an excellent service.
2. Maybe I shouldn't be messing around in the snow.
Slid into a ditch during a winter storm just out of Pullman and contacted AAA and within the hour they came and got me out of the ditch and towed my car to a near by Les Schwab. They were fast and professional and made sure that safety was top priority. I gave a 5 star review but I also will give it a 10/10.
My alternator went out when I was 10 minutes away from my house and Kevin arrived to my rescue in a timely manner! I was amazed at how fast he hooked my car up. His truck is also really cool lol. Thank you so much Kevin!
Had a tire blow out 25 miles or so west of Colfax, Wa... AAA was a joke, whom ever they tried to contact would not pick up. Ended up having a State Patrol call his service. He showed up and towed us into Colfax and waited at Les Schwabs until they opened. Extremely thankful he showed up and assisted. I know thats his job but he showed up... My family and I are extremely thankful...
The tow truck arrived within minutes this morning and the driver, Kevin, negotiated a difficult squeeze to get our completely non-functioning minivan out of our driveway, negotiating snow banks and other cars in our narrow alley. Then, at the repair shop, he expertly backed it into a tight spot. Excellent service.
When my car took huge dump on the road, AK Towing came out to save my son, my small dog and I. The service was enthralling! We were in the middle of no where and they were very patient with me while I tried to figure out where I was. I was surprised how quick the tow truck arrived after I called. My daughter is a student at WSU and came home for Christmas. While home, her car became buried in the snow at her parking spot in Pullman. We just returned, and no matter what we tried, we were unable to get her car out of the snow. AK Towing was in the parking lot helping another student's car, and came over to us. The man pulled her out with ease. He was very kind and patient. Thank you, sir! I definitely recommend!

Saturday afternoon, halfway between Colfax and Pullman, camshaft sensor dies, car dead on side of highway. Hot and very unhappy. Called AK Towing. He was on site, hooked up and headed back to Colfax less than 45 minutes after I first called. Very personable, professional and wanted no time. I highly recommend this business, and would gladly use them again if the need ever arise.
Never thought I'd have a favorite tow company, and yet here we are. Kevin was fast, knowledgable, and all around incredibly pleasant. Managed to turn my mid-day catastrophe around impeccably- did'nt even have to reschedule meetings. Cannot recommend enough!

I honestly can't recommend this company enough. If I could give them 10 stars I would. They called within a few minutes of my call to AAA, and arrived within 15 minutes. I needed some battery hookups replaced (which isn't typically part of AAA service or something they do routinely) and he picked up the parts, replaced everything there and got me back on the road. He was so friendly, talked me through what he was doing and why, and shared some great information with me about a local mental health non profit that he had started. I am so impressed and grateful. Thank you!
Kevin came and responded to a Triple A battery jump for my car in Pullman. He went above the service of just jumping the battery to problem solving with the emergency brake getting stuck. He stayed with us until the car was ready to go on the road. Thank you Kevin
Kevin picked up my car, and myself and towed me 100 miles through a rainstorm and was amazing at everything he did. I would recommend his company over all the others and i don't even know or care about the competition. They are all last place IMO. Thanks for the lift!
I am so grateful for this company. Apparently all other towing companies within a 20 mile radius are closed on Sundays but AK Towing was one of the only few that were open. One of their trucks just happened to be in my town so they came to me IN THE RAIN to get my car to a mechanic. They gave me a very fair price and if it weren’t for them I would have had to deal with getting a ticket on top of the price for towing from another company.

Over the pass couple of months I have had to use AK Towing several times and they have always been very prompt and courteous. David has been the one that has come out and he is always great and goes the extra mile to help out. I would use these guys and recommend them to anyone. They are also on the AAA list.
