Its never a good day when you need a tow, but its especially bad when your single axle boat trailer loses a wheel in line for an international border crossing. After getting turned down by multiple other tow companies for being too complicated ASAP answered the phone with a can-do attitude and got right on the case.
The dispatcher was friendly and eased all my concerns about getting a tow.
Dominic showed up with a smile and got right into getting creative getting the boat onto the truck. He went above and beyond to get me home, dealing with the border and even when we got home he went the extra mile to help get the boat unloaded in a way that allowed me to get it back in the garage.

Horrible experience using asap towing, i called at 9 in the morning to get my car towed to the shop and they said it would be only a few hours, then 3 and a half hours later they still weren’t there and then i actually called them and asked when they would get my car towed and they said we were next on the list, then 4 hours later still didn't get any reply saying they were on their way. Now it’s almost 6 and they are now towing it 9 hours of waiting! Not happy with the experience.
After checking around for prices to tow my car I found ASAP gave me the best quoted price however when they dropped my car off they charged me more then all of the others that I had compared them to. The driver was nice and took care with my car but the price was a lot more then then I was quoted.
They quoted me 175$ from my house to a mechanic that was 6 miles away when I was given the bill it was 251$ taxes were only 20$ Be Aware what they quote you may not be right Very Disappointed!!!!
My son's car was not parked correctly at my leased shop space and was towed by ASAP towing after another shop tenant reported it. My son and I were both in Alaska working when it happened and had no idea it had been towed. Of course daily storage fees started adding up before we realized it had been towed. I explained the situation to them and initially had to pay for the towing fee and a fair amount of storage charges (more than the towing). I was very frustrated but was not mean or rude to them. A few days later the manager called and said they were refunding the storage fees portion and they did it the same day. As far as I know they had no obligation to do this and could have kept all of my money. I was very surprised and impressed by their actions will make sure to use them for future (non-impound) towing needs

I would highly recommend ASAP towing! My husband called for a tow and they where there in five minutes. Phil was our driver and he was extremely helpful, & nice. We would recommend to anyone that’s in need.
The driver Phil was very professional and friendly.
The only complaint is that the arrival time for service was about 25 minutes longer than estimated. Outside of that a fantastic experience overall.
This place was quick and as painless as possible considering I needed a tow! Xander made sure I was comfortable with everything happening and looking out for me on a hot sunny day! Clint was my driver he was super awesome nice guy helped me out when my insurance company or whoever gets me a tow truck mess with me all day I was stuck for 12 hours at the same location waiting on a tow truck finally ASAP towing accepted the ticket and came and got me he took me the extra couple miles and helped me out so much I appreciated it a great deal..

We had a great experience with ASAP towing! I had to get a long distance tow from Bellingham to Auburn WA. ASAP provided a very fast response time and Brittany and Phil were so helpful. We were on our way in less than 45 minutes from our first phone call, they helped make a stressful time much easier! Great prices and very professional.

You guys totaled my car. I expect a refund and will be making an insurance claim against you guys and/or going to a small claims court. My car was completely undamaged after going into the ditch, and only had severe damage after the driver dropped my car back into it mid-tow. I have before and after pictures. I also have witnesses. The pictures below illustrate the damage.

I had a hell of a day before ASAP TOWING came to the rescue, the on-star people sent some local company. The guy came out was straight up honest with me, told me he didn’t want to damage my car could not tow it. Well finally they sent ASAP As soon as I found out they were next on the list I called Matt told him what I had been dealing with for the last 5 hours he had the driver there with 30 minutes and we were on our way. Came out in a brand new truck dropped me off at my house even. Thank you guys so much the driver was great really knew what he was doing.
