Towing-In provided excellent service to me. I needed a tow for my broken down vehicle on a Saturday morning. I called several other local tow companies and either got voicemail or told they could not help me immediately. Kevin was able to immediately dispatch a driver and got my car towed home with not hassle. I highly recommend Towing-In, LLC and will call them first next time.
They need to follow through and pay attention to calls they take. I have been setting in a car that doesn't run with it getting cold for about 3 and a half hours. Hour and half past when they were supposed to be here and they don't answer phone. Thanks a lot. Insurance is paying they have rec towing coming
I purchased two airbags for an F-150 and they said they would pull them and drop them off in Pendleton. They forgot and crushed the car and said they will look into a refund but nothing has happened yet.
They came to my house to get my vehicle they wrote me a check I tried to put it in my bank account there was not enough funds in there for them to pay me for my car which was only $155 this company is 100% fake I would never give them any of my business not even a dollar
The driver is great and communicates well. The dispatch/scheduler is incompetent and has been the cause of three missed appointments to pick up my car. I never realized it was so hard to get a broken down car out of a parking lot. I went from a company being understanding with me over an unfortunate event to stressfully hoping that UPSE can finally make an appointment before my car is towed away by a different company at my expense because the business it's parked at has understandably run out of patience after waiting for more than a week.
I can't recommend this company based off of my experiences dealing with them, but if they replaced or retrained their dispatch guy then I think all of the issues I have had would be resolved. If you make an appointment with somebody it's probably a good idea to actually tell your driver about it. Once dispatch got out of the way and I was dealing with the driver directly it was smooth sailing and my stress went away.
