A wonderful location run by good, kind folks. They have helped me out of a bind, provided web services, done repairs on my fleet, and helped out the community more than a couple of times. Highly recommended.
This shop is awesome. Honest, affordable and friendly service. They get the job done quickly and done right. I’ve been coming here since I moved to Cathlamet and they always do a great job!
I'm sure their work is fine if you can get through the buffoonery first. Dropped the suv off Wednesday, checked on it and removed the child seat on Friday, the next Tuesday they were waiting for me to bring the vehicle back, except it was in their lot and had been the whole time. Then they ordered the wrong part. It's been over a week now and the whole time they never called or communicated with me. Vehicle STILL isn't fixed, STILL WAITING.
My husband and I just wanted to give Joel and his team at Napa Auto Parts a HUGE shoutout!! We were on our way camping (trailer, bikes, firewood, kid, dog, you name it 😅) to Cape Disappointment and ready to climb KM when we lost acceleration. Signal said reduced power and change fuel filter. We had no warning and no cell service. Luckily, it was only going up hill that was the problem but we made our way slowly back to Skamokawa and called Napa to see if they had a fuel filter for our make and model of truck and any possible way we could be squeezed in 🤞 Woohoo! They did! Joel got on the phone and my husband explained what happened and where we were heading and how long was it going to take. He said we’ll fit you in just head on over. We pulled right up they were waiting for us with filter in hand. Ran diagnostics…sure enough filter was the problem changed it in 30-45mins and we were back on our way!! Our experience here turned our “You gotta be KIDDING me 😩!!” moment to phew 😅 that wasn’t too bad! Icing on the cake was we received a text message from Joel later on asking if we made it ok. Quick service, quality care, with reasonable prices! Thanks again for turning a stressful situation into a quick fix 🙌 Happy customers!
We were on vacation. The heater hose T was leaking. I was helped by the owner. Very knowledgeable and courteous. Didn't stock the part, but made sure it was delivered from Portland the next day. The part in my home town (Vancouver) was five dollars more. Saved our bacon, as we were towing a trailer. Thanks so much!!!!
I stopped by needing some pliers to remove compression rings and the man at the counter was very nice and helped me find what I needed at a good price.
I would not recommend anyone ever going here. If you are broke down or just need parts take the time to go to Longview or call a tow truck you will save money and headache in the long run. They have horrible customer service and never get your parts right oh did I mention how much of a rip off they are. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else!
Moore Auto is the best shop I've used — and I've used a bunch! The staff is friendly and knowledgable, prices are competitive, and the team does everything in their power to get my truck/car/motorcycle/waverunner/trailer/boat fixed as quickly as possible. Had a marine refill wiper blade for my boat in stock! Always great service. Watched the counter man carry a tire out for a older gentlemen. Was so nice to see!
I bought thing for my ATV before and one time I can in and handed him a part and he slammed it on the counter and said we don't have atv parts here go to a atv store.
Cannot keep my vehicles on the road without them! Super service. They come to my home for small things like battery swaps and always give me a ride home when I drop off for service. Prices even I can afford. I recently moved to the town they are in and consider this business to be priceless for me and my lack of mechanical skills. Staff are great too.
Well, Les Schwab in Warrenton, OR refused to replace a TPMS sensor I purchased off Amazon that was an OEM part. Del's OK Tire Factory refused to install my all-season tires to my brand new wheels I purchased off Tire Rack. I called up Moore's Auto to see if they can mount and balance my new wheels and tires. They said they do. I brought them in, dropped them off, and they had them all mounted. No problems, no issues, or any other BS. I generally do my own repairs. But they've been pretty good when I've had to had repairs done, which is not very often because I do most of my own repairs. I think I'll be buying my tires from Tire Rack from now on and let them install them.
