They sent a driver named Josh he was very professional he let me know that he was on his way and got the gas in my car and make sure it was going to start before he left. Johnathon brought me gas earlier when I called AAA after running out. He was very professional and super patient which was appreciated. He had me start my car to make sure I was good to go before leaving which was cool because last time I ran out of gas another tow company brought me a gallon and left after putting it in and my car wouldn’t start. I had to have someone else bring me just a little bit more gas to get it started and back on the road.
Von picked up my son's Corrola in Chehalis this evening after it failed to start for him after work.

My 11 yo daughter was diagnosed with Turners Syndrome so we travel from Montana for her Seattle Children's Hospital visits. We raised enough money to buy a reliable vehicle for her to have private transportation since her immune system is yas strong as ours. The day after buying our car for 7,000 we finally got a babysitter & decided to go to the casino. Well our happy night turned into a nightmare as our new car was towed by jj's & I had to deliver this heartbreaking news to my sick daughter. Well it's been over a week & we haven't been able to get our car back bcuz we don't have the money. Our family is stuck in Seattle with no vehicle & our daughter faces kidney surgery. She missed her cardiologist appointment last week due to not having transportation. I'm leaving this in God's hands & keeping my faith that we will find a way 2 get our vehicle back. My daughter has a go fund me page so donations of any amount r appreciated!

Nothing like a Saturday night breakdown. JJs came through for me and got me and my vehicle home quick and easy.Josh is a credit to the Company and towing in general.
JJs is unprofessional and inflates their prices. Not only was a tow, only 20 minutes away from the yard
(40 minutes round trip, we clocked it), the driver, Robert, listed as taking 2 hours, which is ridiculous even on a slow day. So a tow that should have cost approximately $350 wound up costing me $566+ . I'm now contemplating filing a Hearing Request, which brings me to the office female. . .
The female in the office was not only rude but unprofessional and clearly is unaware of Washington State regulations regarding Hearing forms and Business hours of operation requirements. Initially she mandated that I arrive at the yard no later than 4:30 otherwise my car would be required to stay another day (costing me even MORE). State regulations indicate as long as the customer is present at least 15 minutes before close they are to help them.
Additionally, when we requested a Hearing Request form she declined saying she can't. After protest she radio'd to (I assume) the owner who enlightened her.
But the pièce de résistance was my nephews arrived, who work for a local tow company and were towing my car out of there for me, the office female had the audacity to order me to stay out of the yard, LIKE I'M HER DOG?!?
First, I noticed the windows were down and wanted to ensure all belongings were present,
Second, I'm the legal AND registered owner, I have the right to inspect my vehicle if I want to as long as I wasn't slowing progress, which I was not,
Third, I had the key to the vehicle, which helps in turning the wheels making the onboarding of the vehicle onto the flatbed a lot easier.
I've know great towing companies for so long that I clearly forgot some have people like THAT working for them and don't care about price gouging. I have been stressed enough about life in general, this compounded that stress when it could have actually been handled SO MUCH more professional and ethically.
Today I called jjs to confirm my Nov 2nd truck and Molly tow reservation and had the pleasure of talking with office person Robin who is very unprofessional and definitely needs to brush up on customer service skills change my pick up location to uhaul on Louisiana ave...
