I’m very disappointed, my car got towed from an apartment complex for simply parking in a spot that apparently belonged to a neighbor and I didn’t know since I didn’t live there or knew the compound complicated rules and especially that there were no signs at all anywhere but anyway. I call and Brooklyn ( she was actually kind) she said if I come the next day to pick it up im going to pay $458, I asked her when do I come is there a specific time and she said well we open at 8am. I asked her if I kept my car there until I figure things out what happens and she said every day the car stays overnight they charge me about $100 ( I can’t remember the exact number said but something around that). Next morning I wait until the office complex opens so I can talk to them before I head to this towing company and when I head there they charged me $510 saying because it’s the afternoon now and not the morning. I understand that you guys have certain rules but I have never had my car towed and I don’t work here so how am I suppose to know within every couple hours your going to keep charging me more I was only told if it stays overnight I get charged extra. The worst part is the lady that I talked to when I came to pay was actually rude and when Brooklyn wanted to talk to her and tell her to just let me pay the amount she quoted me on she refused and infront of me said I’m not gonna do this she’s going to pay the full $510 and she hanged up and said word for word ( do you want your car or not you can stand here and talk but I’m gonna keep charging you more ) I was the whole time talking nicely and ready to pay all I’m asking is to pay what I got told that I will pay no need for her to be rude and threaten me like that.
Tim was awesome! Showed up exactly in time, was super helpful getting our car out of garage and onto his flat bed. Very friendly and professional. I HIGHLY recommend these guys!!

I made an appt to have my 1999 Toyota Tacoma towed to my favorite repair shop, Tumwater Automotive. They recommended I call Summit Towing for the service. I did. Patrick Zimmerman called me about 25 minutes before arrival to let me know he was inbound, and he showed up right on time. Actually, he was a bit early, which I appreciated as I had an appt. at the shop. I was surprised at how quickly and securely Patrick rigged the truck up for towing, I thought it would take longer. I needn't have worried, my truck wasn't going anywhere but where it was towed. Even so, Patrick double checked all the connections, demonstrating that he is highly competent, experienced and professional. We arrived at the shop with time to spare for the repair appointment. Should I ever have to have a tow again, I'll be sure to call Summit Towing.
Carol - the dispatcher was pleasant, smart and had a jump start person come within the hour Tim - jump started my Tesla promptly. Even though not familiar with my model, he googled the instructions and saved me a tow, which is what another local company was recommending. and personable to boot.
Had a difficult low clearance sports car towed. Had two drivers out with different trucks. They were both extremely nice and knowledgeable. Got the car moved without any apparent issues. Would definitely use this company again
Good! Experience! Highly Recommended by the company working on my engine replacement. The driver (Gino?) was 8 minutes early and hooked up in a very short time and called me when he was on his way. Where do I even begin, this towing company is amazing. Their fast customer service and help is the best and my family was trying to get a tow truck with Triple A and State farm for 3 hours stuck on the side of the road and we found Summit towing and got a truck almost instantly. Carol in the office is sweet as pie. She was incredibly patient and helpful as we navigated dealing with not one, but two insurance companies. She made a confusing and frustrating process feel manageable.

Tim was the best tow truck driver I have ever met and was really knowledgeable and fun and interactive and went above and beyond what he needed to to get my car into my car dealership when the gates were locked and closed and didn’t leave me to figure it out on my own, don’t meet many selfless people in the world anymore and he is a great asset to this towing company. Summit Towing is a business I never needed or thought I would need- but boy were they amazing to work with!! My new vehicle needed to be transported safely from home (the beach) all the way to Olympia for the dealership to check it over. They had Carol from Summit Towing call me and it was literally just minutes after I hung up with the dealership. She was kind and professional, made sure I knew they were on the way. Grandma got in a wreck and the driver Tim was kind and patient with us. He gave us tons of information on what steps we needed to do next and get me informed during the process Carol at the desk was amazing and very patient with us also we got at the end of the day what was willing to help and work with us to get our stuff from the car and let us know more information about where the car will be taken to once the insurance comes and picks it up. I had a fender bender yesterday afternoon. John was actually behind me when it happened. I was shaken up and my airbags deployed. It was difficult to get see to move over due to the airbags obstructing my views. John made sure I was okay, helped me get to the shoulder and get out of my car. He then loaded up my car and took me and my car home. I really appreciate everything he did for me. I highly recommend him and summit towing. Thank you, John!

Needed an early morning rescue off of I-5 when the old 64 Chevy pick-up refused to go. Derek got it off the freeway, then turned it around so it would be headed in the right direction in our garage. Derek picked us up once before in another vehicle, so I knew he was the one I needed to call this morning. Great job, great stories, will definitely call Summit if we need a tow in the future.
Gio was awesome. Super friendly, arrived in a timely fashion, and had to work pretty hard to push the car into a spot that was accessible to the tow truck. Summit Towing made an otherwise unpleasant experience of dealing with a dead car as pleasant as possible.
Amazing service. I was in an accident on a busy road, at commute time, at night. My car was undeliverable and after having been told my other tow would not be coming SummitTowing was called and they were there in under 10 minutes. The driver was so kind, thorough, and assured me by advising the process (payment to be billed to insurance) and I was able to have it towed to their yard until I was able to get my insurance to help with further arrangements. When requesting my car to be released the manager was, again, kind and courteous and confirmed where the car was being towed to and that they had spoken to my claim adjuster accordingly. I’m extremely impressed and would recommend them to anyone! Cheers!
HUGE thank you to Robert for his quality services. I called around for a locksmith to get keys out of my car and was quoted $150+ until I was advised to call Summit. Robert was quick to respond, lightened the mood with some humor and after only paying 1/3 of what I would’ve from a locksmith; I can’t recommend Summit Towing enough. Hopefully I don’t have to call again but if needed, I would most definitely use their services indefinitely.
Summit towing is an excellent tow company! If you can request Bob for your tow he is the best I have ever used. He was a pleasure to deal with and towed my classic Datsun 280Z from Olympia to Everett. Thanks Bob for the job well done. And thanks Robert for sending him and providing a great tow!!!
Due to a fire underneath the hood of my 1969 Mustang, I needed it to be towed to a repair shop. My driveway is quite long and narrow. Derek did an amazing job of hooking up the car to a dolly on the rear wheels and lifted the front end, as there are too many low trees to place it on a flatbed. He was very careful and thorough, including placing paper underneath the lightbar so it would not scratch the paint. He drove extremely slow leaving the house. I would not hesitate to use Summit Towing again!!!
Had an excellent experience with Summit Towing. The driver, Derek, was very kind and even stopped off at a parking lot for me so I collect my mom’s belongings from the car since I couldn’t get to the crash site. Wonderful service and would definitely recommend them.

Tim is absolutely an amazing tow truck driver the best tow truck driver I have ever dealt with has a good sense of humor I was having an issue with my Ford pick up truck it held up to its title found on road dead it didn’t want to drive I lost my parking my neutral all I had was reverse and drive I couldn’t shut my truck off because if I did it wouldn’t start so he towed it back to my place was the best experience ever I will definitely use this company a lot more with towing so a big shout out to Tim

This has been the worst experience. My husband and I are dual military and we took time out of our busy day to pick up my husbands car that got towed and we have been waiting here for over a hour after they told us someone will be here in 15 minuets we called again and was told there has been a misunderstanding no one had notified the worker from this location . This is a business that has operation hours so someone should be here during those hours. I would never recommend this company.
I blew a tire an hour from home in the dark last night. I waited for roadside assistance from my insurance company for close to 2 hours with no show from a company I had never heard of. I decided to call Summit Towing North which was on the sign directly in front of my car. I kid you not... Brad the driver showed up in less than 3 minutes!!! I had never been more excited to see a tow truck in my life! Brad immediately put me at ease and changed my tire in minutes. I cannot say enough great things about this company and Brad. Summit Towing North is now programmed into my phone and will be the only company I ever call in a crisis. Thank you so much Brad!!
