These guys are the best; responsive, supportive, caring, careful, and a fair price, as well. The concern they exhibited and willingness to help in so many ways was really important to me. Can't thank you guys enough for being there when we needed you.
I mean how can someone be so rude after you got into a car accident. The guy said that he didn't want the title signed because he wanted us to pay for the whole 25 days, If I signed the title that day then the day charges stop. He said if you didn't want to pay you should learn how to drive. I mean who purposely gets into a car accident?
Just a phone call, no in-person contact, but he was not very personable. I was calling for a friend. I was told that his vehicle, and all belongings, were auctioned because, "That's what we do after 20 days." I was told that's the same for all those companies in our state. It seems like a cheap shot, more the former owner is left homeless without even a vehicle to sleep in and no way to get to work. Obviously if that's state law, they're no worse than the rest, but he could have been more polite. I was just trying to help someone.
Not technically me using this business but my car was totaled and towed to there and I tried calling and talking to them and he's straight up told me in the middle of me speaking more than one time The Man in charge whom I requested to speak to said "I don't need to hear your sob story....." Rude unprofessional inconsiderate a****** is what I get off of reading or seeing their name I highly do not recommend this place. Please steer clear of these guys.
1ST off, towing a car isn't cheap. Was it the cheapest, no. That being said, I needed to get a car off the highway and they were the only people that were available to help. They showed up before they estimated, the driver was also super quick and helpful.
This company was very helpful. My car got totaled on friday morning, I called them saturday to see what o had to do to pull it out (not knowing they're closed on weekends) the man answered and got me my quote instantly even when he wasn't at the shop, and also explained the pricing for weekend pickups. I appreciated this cause it helped me determine to pickup on the weekday since it would be cheaper.
Picked up my vehicle this morning and they were helpful with what I needed to bring with me to get the car. They were able to take over the phone payment because I wasn't gonna pay for it (my daddy). They were very polite and helpful.
When they looked at the dolly we brought the were helpful enough to tell my husband and bro n law to go look at the car because it was damaged where it would not fit on the dolly. One of the employees offered to tow it to my house for a flat rate. INSTANTLY appreciated that. Expected them around 2pm, called the shop around 230pm when I haven't heard from them nice lady answered and apologized for the wait they were out doing jobs which I totally understand :) I just wanted to know if they were still coming and they explained they were.
Got a call from the driver that was heading out and gave me an estimated time. 30mins later driver showed up and asked us how we wanted to out the car. KELLAN (the driver) was so awesome and helpful! He stayed in the rain for about 20-25mins for us to help get the car off the bed to help stick it in the garage he was so awesome and helpful! Couldn't help but to tip him. :) Thank you Kellan!
So overall, they are friendly and awesome and will help accommodate you if needed just be nice and ask and it cant hurt :)
They picked up my car when it was totaled in an accident. When I went to get my belongings I realized a bag of newly purchased items was missing but everything else was still there.
Drivers are very inexperienced and unprofessional. Asked them to out the car in the yard so it was out of the street and got to the house just as they were leaving to find they left the car in the street and were not even gonna call to tell us. If your insurance sets you up with them request another company.
I was absolutely shocked with how awful my experience was with them. I have never had such unhelpful service from a business.
I had my car stolen, and long story short, the car was located and towed to them. There was an issue with the title and the police said it was registered to me so i pay the costs, but the insurance had claimed the car a loss. I just wanted to make sure I wasn't going to pay for the tow, or get any idea if i would have to at least. I also had personal items in the car (hoping they were still there by some miracle).
After being hung up on twice completely unapologetically, the man was harsh and rude about the situation to the point i was pleading for him to be helpful and not so rude, but he didn't care at all and would "maybe call me back" when the car got there. Apparently if he thought he knew the situation and the insurance paid for it he didn't care at all to help me at that point or even be a decent person about it.
What kind of awful place to work is this to become this way?
These guys saved the day for me in the middle of the night with a lockout. They got here exactly when they said they would and got in the car within two minutes. Highly recommend this business.
Be very clear with this company because they will just relocate your vehicle without your permission. They told my insurance company I "verbally released" the vehicle. I did not. Also, their yard is not staffed during regular hours. You must call and see if someone is available so you may retrieve your items after a wreck. Overall a 2 for lack of communication, poor judgement, and low availability.
Called in last week to have our vehicle scrapped. The car was totaled but still had great parts and looked nice.
I call in and get the laziest response in the world from some old guy, along with an insulting hang up with the worst offer I've ever heard of. Not only did he offer "100 bucks" for our vehicle but he didn't even bother to negotiate when explaining the condition.
Called only one of those Seattle car junkers and immediately get an offer for $350.00 and they picked it up within a few hours.
Not only was Boyd's local (within 6 miles), and beat out by a place from Seattle almost 70 miles away, they're lazy, inconsiderate, and dishonest with prices.
