Had no idea how long it would take to have my vehicle picked up so made sure I didn't have too much on the calendar. So I was very surprised when they said they could pick it up in an hour or two. The tow showed up, put the vehicle on the truck, tied it down, and left within an hour!! I couldn't believe it and will recommend them to anyone.
I was able to quickly fill out the information online. When the number was lower than expected, they negotiated with me to get a more reasonable rate. They just had me provide further pictures to see the condition of my car. Then they scheduled the pickup and payment. I just had to be there at the selected window time.
They were fast and efficient.

Was very pleased with how the whole scrapping of my car went.great customer service, I really didn't have to do anything. Once I made first contact they contacted me and connected calls for me to talk to tow truck driver. Just met them at the agreed time and it all was done and money in my hand in minutes. Thanks
They (Wheelz, and Pick And Pull) did all that they said they would, paid what they quoted initially, at the time of pickup and that was scheduled for 2 business days after initial contact. Smooth transaction. I would've given 5 stars but the constant text messages were annoying while I was out on the road working. But in all fairness, every company we contacted was that way to the point of sounding desperate, way more than we were!
Otherwise, a great business dealing. Just one minor thing to consider... if you have two owners of the car, both have to be present unless you do what we did and that was for one of us to sign a bill of sale over to the other so that only that owner had to be present for pickup. Easy process...
And the driver arrived sooner than scheduled, and faster than he said he would. I would recommend and feel they are trustworthy.
Very kind and respectful, communication with my tow driver was great and he worked around my schedule and was on time when he said he would be. Great service!
Terrific service through Wheelz, I got a great price for my car, however the check they initially gave me was not deportable which was very stressful. I contacted customer service and they immediately sent me an e-check which deposited perfectly. 4 stars for the stress, but they are a trustworthy company.
They were efficient in setting up my appointment to get my car towed away.

With the 8-12 morning window for pick up time, I'm glad the Driver came at 11 instead of 8AM.
I work nights and need sleep.
