I call them before to arrange a pick up, but there was an issue with the title of the car. We fixed it and we called them back to arrange the pickup. The service was neat, even though we didn’t get anything for the car, my wife is happy the car is gone and I am happy too.

I came across this company and let me tell you, the process was easy and very professional. Candace was very helpful and we got a great offer for the truck. Called at 10 (advertised as open at 10 which is weird because the next day I called at 7 and they were open?) and everything seemed good. They gave me an offer, I accepted, they said they'd pick up no later than 5 and that I should expect a call. Well I recieved no phone call, nobody showed up. Next day I get a call at around 7 from the tow guy saying he will be there between 1 and 5. That seems a little to broad of a window to keep me waiting. So I call the company, explain the situation, and then was told I'd receive a phone call from a dispatcher to follow up on the status of the whole thing. Waited an hour, no phone call. So I call back, obviously very agitated that nobody is following through with what they're telling me. Finally talk to driver again, says hed be there at 6. Never showed. Today I have to call them back.
The biggest issue is this company has wasted 2 days of my time making me wait around for a phone call. They also had me sign and date the title, leaving me under the impression that they are picking up the vehicle.
Will update as things unfold here, but I dont recommend. Sell your junk to save n pull or something. These people aren't worth the trouble. The tow truck driver was rude and kinda took me for an idiot during our phone calls. I'm a pretty level headed guy, but when people jerk me around like this I lose my patience real quick. Seller beware, they'll low ball the value of your vehicle and waste a massive amount of your time. THIS IS NOT SAME DAY PICKUP
I'm not happy that they only paid me $150 but it was more than other people wanted to pay which is still a rip off. It still drives, it was just in a crash and I didn't have the money to fix it. The guy who came out was professional and didn't mind the mold in my car. I had let it sit for 2 or 3 months since the crash and I did check on it a few times. So idk how it got moldy. Then, found out a mouse made my car it's home! So i couldn't finish getting my stuff out. And they didn't knock down the price so I was grateful for that! I intended to get the rest of my stuff out that day. But when i saw the mold and mouse I couldn't do it!

My Honda 2008 Civic LX was worth $190.00 to them. Took it to a mechanic said he can do all the work plus some for 1,500. My car has 91 k miles with not allot wrong. Please don't use them worst low ball of your life. MIGHT AS WELL CALL THE JUNK YARD THEY'LL GIVE YOU MORE!

Was easy as it could've possibly been. Multiple other places were going to give me less that what they paid me. They even called me back in order to get more details to get me more than the competition. Super easy and very friendly. Even the driver was there in time and prompt. I had the best experience with this company. I was able to text over a few days, as i dont have much time to speak on the phone due to work. They were very polite and patient as well. They paid for the tow and really took care of everything with no headaches. The whole process from call to pick-up was only a couple days and so glad they did pick-up on Saturdays. Had title in hand and driver had the cash quick and easy. Would definetly use there services again and recommend to my friends and family.
Easy transaction, quick offer and customer service was contacting me the following day making sure I was being taken care of and followed up after car was picked up making sure I was paid as specified.
This was a good experience. I was so sad to have to part ways with my car, but it was so much better than dealing with strange people from buy sell trade pages or Craigslist.
