I have to say the staff at Whiting’s was always so cheerful and helpful. They took the time to explain things to me and help me out tremendously. I would definitely like to shout out to Jeff. He is absolutely amazing. He worked so hard to Find the right part and help me through the process. Also kudos to Steve,. I realize he is retiring in six days however he is still hoping the customers even though he is leaving the business. This company and wrecking yard is Wrecking yard it is a place of possibilities!
Drove from tri cities to Spokane and got the wrong part. Came back 2 weeks later with my receipt and management told the clerk my refund had to be paid back with a check because it was over $100, I get a letter from my bank a few days later that the check was voided. During the refunding process there was another part I was interested in doing an exchange with but they didn’t want to help me, instead they told me their part pickers were all out to lunch for the next 3 hours after waiting in the lobby for 25 minutes. During that time I overheard one of the clerk being rude and impatient to other customers on the phone and that’s when I gave up on the exchange and opted for my refund.
A real treasure! Third generation business that still provides great service and reasonable prices. Find what you need on the up-to-date website inventory or call for more information - the team is friendly, honest and treats customers with respect. I left with the parts I needed and a related referral. I would not hesitate to recommend Whitey's Wrecking.

We called and gave the production date and received a quote. Then we asked how much to ship and I was told to text someone to get the price. I texted the number, and the next day got the quote to ship, and then asked about picking it up instead-I was told it was $175 and not the $145 we had been quoted the day before.
They quoted us $145 for an inverter, then the next day they sent an email stating they are $175. Then when I asked why the change in price, they said they never qouted the $145. So they essentially called me a liar. If you’re going to get a quote from them on a part, definitely record the conversation.
Im ftom PA, I ordered an evap canister for my crv 06, it is in excellent condition and the shipping was fast.

Called and Elmer answered and I told him I was looking for a visor for a 2014 Nissan Murano driver side he told me bag they had 3 vehicles on the yard and had the part available quoted me $45 and asked for my name and told me he'll have it ready for me when get there sure enough part was on the front table wrapped up in a plastic bag also they included the cover for the screws will definitely deal with these guys again
Service is amazing! This is the 1st wrecking yard I have been to that didn't treat me like a dumb girl! I asked questions they spoke to me like a Normal human!! Highly recommended
I called this morning talked to John he was a great help. He was able to get me what I needed and even ship it to me since I lived 3 hours away from the yard. Amazing service and communication. I recommend this place and will use them again,
I needed a random Audi TT part for a project and was very anxious to source it.....Thank you Steve for your patience with me btw! I am very impressed with their professionalism. I had ordered a part that was damaged in shipping. I called to see what could be done and they gave me a full refund. It's refreshing to see businesses take responsibility for mistakes. I would confidently order parts from them in the future.
The best junkyard I've found for import cars. They have quality, tested parts most times, fair prices, ability to ship for less than expected and have always been super helpful. Great experience working with Steve to secure a window and ignition lock cylinder for a 2003 Subaru WRX Wagon. He sent me pictures of said items and kept great communication with me. I highly recommend them.
Super rad auto wrecker, showroom if full of cool vintage memorabilia and used performance parts off of various makes and models of cars that have come through the yard. Wide selection of coilovers, exhaust systems intakes and wheels and tires out on display, all of which seemed like a good deal. I drove all the way across the state to buy a hood for my car and the whole ride over they kept in communication with me even after I told them I’d be arriving later than expected (I got stuck in traffic coming over Snoqualmie pass) and one of the members of their team stayed after hours to wait for me to get what I needed! Very grateful and impressed! 5 stars!
Whitey’s Wrecking was absolutely wonderful with their assistance today. We needed a part for our business Tigard Transmission, not only did they have it but it was on the shelf ready to go. They packaged it up and the same day already received the tracking number for it. Excellent customer service.

I live on the opposite coast and needed a passenger side rocker panel moulding for my white 2007 Toyota Matrix, which Whitey's had in my color. Before buying it, I requested a lot of photos and had a bunch of questions that kept coming to mind. I'll say it right now - I'm an engineer and tend to drive people nuts, including myself, lol, with all my questions.
Well, Steve at Whitey's was unbelievable. He took a ton of pics and answered all my questions without a single complaint. I even asked Steve to clean the part so I could get a better look at its condition. No complaints again from Steve. He was so patient with me. Talk about great customer service! The best.
