I was in a car accident as a passenger, but when I went to get my stuff out of the car, the first time, they told me that I needed ID, so I went back a second time with ID in hand, and they told me I had to have the owner of the car with me or a notarized document with permission from the owner. My car keys are inside that car, and they refuse to help me. Inconsistent and rude.
Cory was able to tow my car earlier than planned and matched a lower quote I received from another business. I value supporting small and local businesses. He was trustworthy and honest through the whole process as I was not able to be present due to certain circumstances. I will 100% be using B&R Towing again
I had an excellent experience with this towing company. They went out of their way—literally—in the middle of the night to help me. Their rates were fair, and they kept me updated on exactly when to expect them. The driver arrived quickly and handled everything professionally and efficiently. I highly recommend them if you're ever in a tough spot and need dependable towing service.

Broke down on I90. They arrived in 15 minutes. There was no haggling over price, no doubt or hesitation in their work. I trust these guys. 10/10, next breakdown I will be calling them first.

My daughters car died and Corey (Owner) came to her rescue. He had her car loaded and to the mechanic shop within 30 mins.

My wife and kids and I were in town for appointments and the car over heated. Corey came with a quickness to help in any way he could. He's amazing very family oriented, honest,reliable and most of all respectful. Helped us get back on the road and he didn't charge very much at all. If I could give him more then 5 stars I would. 100/100 by far the best towing company we've ever dealt with. We used to deal with AAA until that day. They told us it was going to be about 5 hours before they could get to us and we started calling around for prices and how quickly they could get to us and B&R Towing was the best price and was able to get to us super quick. It was freezing, snowing and we had our kids with us.So glad Corey answered and gave us a quote never will I go to another towing company again.
Super professional, kind,honest and very reliable and its not just another job Corey actually cares about people. Doesn't matter what time it is he will get there as fast as possible and make sure the job gets done and everything and everyone is fine. Hard these days to find genuine good people.
Corey was amazing and totally helped my boyfriend and I out in a super cruddy situation. My boyfriend was on his way to pick me up from work when our car broke down on division. Corey was very quick and efficient and very well priced. Not only that but he was very friendly and even came back after dropping off my boyfriend and the car to give my boyfriend the snacks he left in Corey’s truck.
10/10 recommend B&R Towing for all your towing needs. We will definitely be keeping them in mind if we are ever in that situation again!
So I'm giving this guy Five stars and if I could give him more I would. I called every other major towing company in town. 1:15 on a Friday evening Saturday morning you would think they would all be answering in willing to make money. Since it is one of busiest times. Nobody would answer period he answered and was prompted and courteous, and more than fair on his price. If I could give more than five stars I would give him 10 plus
Rear timing chain popped 18 miles from home and Cory was able to meet me at my vehicle and wait for me has I was heading back in from my route at work super reasonable price really respectful and honst guy would highly highly recommend definitely well be using again
