Todd and his team were absolutely amazing. My Tacoma broke down on a mountain side just outside of Pierce Idaho while running the Idaho BDR. He showed up at 2:00 A.M. on Independence Day weekend and towed it home. Then his repair shop had the truck fixed in less than 24 hours after getting it back to his shop, and on top of all that he surprised me at every turn with how affordable everything was. I have found the mechanic for all my future repairs. Definitely check Juniors out, they’re good people who hustle.
Considered them friends until I figured out they were double dipping. Had engine covered under warrenty, they did the work and I needed additional parts. Some were covered through the warrenty and I paid for them as well. Have proof! Funny when I called them out for it, they had another vehicle of mine and I was told to get it immediately. I also heard they had a lawsuit with the tribal local school. Bad business will eventually catch up!
They accepted my request for a jumpstart through my insurance then canceled it without notifying me or my insurance because it wasn't worth it ($34, they wanted a call worth at least $110). Obviously it's not about the money, it's about the lack of communication. They said they had no way of contacting me or my insurance which I don't understand because the other companies I've been connected with through them have been able to contact me no problem. The person on the phone was at least friendly.
Tod and his wife are awesome, I was broke down on the road with my horse trailer. They were on the way home. They stopped and helped me.. I will recommend them to everyone and will definitely use them if I ever need too again

My situation was unbelievable, but through everything that was happening this company understood my situation and stood behind me and supported me.
I'm 66 years old and a veteran, in my earlier years I also ran a wrecker in Spokane so I understand the situations that can be imposed on a wrecker driver.
My sincere thanks to them for going above and beyond what they had to do to help me.

Horrible service!!! Talked to the guy, he said he was about an hour out and then an hour and a half later I find out he cancelled and wasn't coming. Very bad way to run a business. Untrustworthy!! Luckily my car is just at my house and I was not stranded on the side of the road. Definitely call someone else if you're looking for to get towed!!
The owners are a husband and wife, who are extremely caring and go above and beyond for their customers. Not only are they a towing company, they also have a mechanic shop and are very open and honest about your vehicles issues. They don't try to charge you for unnecessary crap, and do everything they can to save you money. My daughters car seized up as she was driving down i90 during rush hour, they towed it home. We couldn't figure out the issue so we called them, Todd came out, tried everything he could on the side of the road, couldn't figure it out, so he towed it to his shop for free figured out the issue. The car needed a new motor, but instead of making us pat for the most expensive motor, they found the best cheapest (new) option, than called back about an hour later, with an even cheaper option to just rebuild her current motor, and found all the most reliable and cost effective parts to rebuild. Communication has been wonderful, and very transparent. One of the best experiences I've ever had with a shop.
Rude! They have a pickup and a car trailer. I don't understand why they are even listed as a legit "towing/wrecker" company. Do yourself a favor and hire only a true towing company not some "guy" that has a "car" trailer and a pickup.
