Absolutely no help! I called with a horse trailer stuck in the snow with horses on board. I'm less than 3 mi from their shop and they quoted me over $1,000 to come get me unstuck in the snow at the motel. Talk about taking advantage of someone with animals already in paril. Y'all should be very ashamed!

Mert from Spokane Towing did an excellent job getting my high end vehicle delivered to my home in Whitefish, Montana. Kept in great communication re when picked up the vehicle, called during the trip to give an update re his arrival time and then showed up just as he said he would do. My husband was broke down out at northern quest casino and every towing agency I called either want way to much money or wouldn't pick up the phone. Excellent service. He was on time, made the extra effort to pull my car out of the driveway in such a way that it didn't scratch the other car parked next to it, and was very personable and knowledgeable. He even gave me a few tips that might help me keep the car out of the shop the next time I have transmission problems. Definitely recommend.
They were very rude about me getting my belongings out of my vehicle and I had proof of the car being in my possession my name was on the registration just not the title and they said there's no way I can get my stuff out of my vehicle then when I call the week later they said it was okay to come in on Monday to get it. They were very unprofessional and need to learn how to be more business like and calm towards customers

I Called Luke this morning after a guy disabled my car on The first snow of the year. Not only did Luke come and Drive me 40 miles home, he gave me a deal. He is the only tow company I will use from here on out. Great service, friendly, and professional.
These guys are the best bar none. The hidden gem is they also to automotive repair work. I wont say they are the cheapest but they are the best i have seen in Spokane. Prompt and friendly service. The owner came out and did my tow. He was very helpful and even showed me some things to check for to help identify the problem with my vehicle. The truck itself was in prime condition and you could tell that he takes great pride in his business by providing a quality service.

I have had them tow multiple vehicles for my business and for personal things. Always prompt, on time, affordable, and professional! Most recently had them haul my friends big Mercedes Sprinter van! Was there within 30 minutes and it was very reasonable! I'll continue doing business with them for sure.
Was the second time we had Luke come out and help us with a tow, I needed him to be there at a certain time and he was there nearly 20 minutes early, he came in and got the job done in a matter of minutes. Always nice and professional, even gave some advice on what to do to fix my car. Would definitely recommend him for any tow. Best prices in town and he gets the job done with no problems.

I called the same morning I needed a tow. The young man was kind and professional and knew what he was doing. He charged me half what other companies were wanting and was efficient and patient with me when I wasn't able to meet him at my vehicle at the original planned time. He came to my car a second time and only charged me ten dollars more than the original quote, even though he had to come twice. I would recommend this company and will use them again should I need tow services again. Really great people.
I called Luke Sunday afternoon he gave me an estimate and was able to do it the next day! He towed my vehicle all the way from Deer Park to Spokane Valley for under $200 would not recommend any other towing service, this is the guy you need to go to!
Luke was quick and friendly and easy to work with when my car broke down. Quoted a much better price than anybody around and the price didn’t change when he got there. Hopefully I don’t break down again but if I do, I know who to call.
Very pleasant experience for something that is never a pleasant experience. Luke showed up when he said he would and charged me exactly what he quoted. My car wasn’t in the easiest of spots to access, but he was quick, skilled, and friendly. I’ll definitely call him again if I ever need a tow (no offense, but hopefuly I won’t).
One man operation, he goes above and beyond to help you out when you need a tow. We were stuck 60 miles out of Spokane and he towed us in. Saturday afternoon and was 3 times cheaper than the other companies we tried we payed 200 dollars and the lowest other price we could find was 600! His prices are very low and reasonable! Thanks for getting our family out of a pickle!
Answered my calls, gave me a time, showed up at that specific time, on a Sunday, gave me a fair price, was patient with me getting some paperwork from a guy I bought the car from, got my new 72 cutlass supreme project home safe and sound. Definitely calling him before any other tow company for future tows. I suggest you do the same....
Such efficient and flexible service. Luke does a phenomenal job. Gave best rate he could, was very easy to work with. I was nervous to get first tow off google but was so great full that i did.
He got my truck to the dealer with no trouble. He had a good rate for a Sunday! Wasn't there when he said he'd be but he was responsive when I called so, all good! Overall, very satisfied.
