Called this place at 1:00am in the morning to get service for my dead battery in my vehicle. I get a notice that they are “on their way.” I call them they tell me it will be about 90 mins before they get there. Mind you we are 20 minutes away from their facility. I stated that since it was now 3am, I would like to get some sleep. can we schedule them to come in 7am. They confirmed. That time came and went. I called them at 8am they said they would be 20 minutes. Nobody came. I called again ringed ringed. No answer. The worse experience I ever dealt with. If you are stranded and need help DO NOT call them. They will not come and will not answer your phones. Take your business somewhere else.
My husband called and pre-scheduled an appt to pick up a car at 3:30p on a Tuesday (having to take off work early to get there). We both understood that someone rear ended the tow truck and the need to wait for an officer had to happen, but the lack of communication and no responses is truly upsetting. After he and I have both left messages at 7 and 7:30p the car still has not been picked up and no one has returned our calls.
My roadside assistance service used Pacific for my tow. I did a quick Google review search to see what to expect. What I found is that you need to also read to company's response. Always two sides to every story.
Here is my experience. As soon as I got the message who my provider was I called Pacific. Rosa answered the phone and was very pleasant and helpful. She told me that it would be two hours, because there were two customers ahead of me. I was called by Rich when he arrived. Went to meet him and that's when things got crazy. I couldn't find the keys. OMG, I couldn't believe it. After 20 minutes of looking I told Rich to get going. He said that if I found the keys he would come back. So understanding of him. After much running like a chicken with my head cut off, my wife finally found the keys after 2 1/2 hours of searching. Called Rosa and Rich and they were great. Rich showed up at 8pm, we got it loaded, and he delivered it to the dealership. Anyway. Great communications. They were very understanding and flexible with my issues. I'll use them in the future. BTW, they also do lock-out service.
I owe this company a huge apology. The terrible review that I wrote last week, was meant for
"Always Towing Company". I sincerely apologize to "Pacific Towing & Recovery" for the mean things I said about them.
I just hope they can forgive me
Very professional and responsive company. Even after the tow, they even offered to and repaired my car at a considerably reduced price than the dealership. They even guaranteed their work. I highly recommend this tow & service company to anyone. Thank you guys so much.
If I had the option of 0 stars I would pick that. My car was broke down and was told they would tow it to Hayden to get fixed. Went to auto shop this morning with my car not there. Told they went to wrong place ( no call to me that they couldn't find my car) and never went to pick up my vehicle. No answer no call. STAY AWAY GROM THIS SCAM COMPANY
Pacific Towing was great, very fast and went above and beyond to help my son with his vehicle. The owner of the business showed up within twenty minutes of calling for help. I will definitely use PT again. Thank you for ALL your help!!
I made the mistake of buying a used Cayenne with one key fob and electrical issues. It has autolocked on me twice with the fob inside and dies (yes i finally ordered another one to program and still working on electrical). She showed up the first in the freezing cold of winter and second time in 90 degree heat to help with one of the most complicated situations and had to work hard to open it. I live 20 minutes out of town on a steep driveway and she drove/backed up a giant rig with a car on it better than I have seen anyone maneuver. Very cheap for lockout and appears to be woman-runned business.
Wasted 7 hours of my day waiting for tow truck that never showed up! Lady that answers the phone, lied to may several times about how they were on their way several times throughout the 7hr wait. Never called me or texted about being late or any updates whatsoever!
My Subaru roadside assistance dispatched another tow company (core values) that kept saying the driver was on their way, which was a lie, they kept pushing their arrival time back & hung up on me twice, then finally after 4 hours I canceled core values and contacted Pacific Towing. Pacific Towing was great! They are Super friendly and did what they said they were going to do and most importantly they kept me in the loop and arrived on time. I highly recommend Pacific Towing!
by far the worst towing experience I have ever received. No phone calls back, 4 hours late, and the smell of weed came out of the car when she rolled down the window. She forgot to pull the wheel jam 4 different times within a 20 minute time period. I'm not sure how this company is still in business.
Waited 4 hours, called insurance and they contacted Pacific recovery/towing again, it's been another 3 hours, company phone has message machine, no one answers, or returns calls. Worst service ever. Arranged for different tow company.
We were so pleased with the services Rich from Pacific Towing provided us during a stressful time. He hauled two classic cars for us as well as a travel trailer. He definitely went the extra mile and we really appreciate it! Their pricing is also very affordable compared to other companies another bonus! highly recommend
They did a excellent job of getting my dead vehicle to my house for a very reasonable price. They were quicker and cheaper than anybody else I called for a tow.
Very good service ! Had to repo my truck from a lady that was not trying to pay the rest of her payments on my new truck . I called pacific towing and he was on it told me he would be at her house to get my truck in 45 minute’s and he was their on time. Very friendly and good service. Also it was half price and after hour’s !
Tried to get tow. Toe truck not working. Schedule a tow the next week at 2pm. They said we will give tow for half price. No one comes. I call and now toe truck is stolen. They said they left message, they did not. Had to call another company.
Definatly going to be working with Pacific Towing. She towed my van to the macanic and she was very generous giving me a ride home. Good service tonight! Thank you so much Rosa you are awesome!

A few weeks ago we got stranded outside of Ritzville and although it took a couple hours for him to get to us from Spokane, he was so helpful and accommodating! He pulled our truck and Uhaul and put our babies carseat up in the cab l. There was room for all of us to ride in his cab to the hotel. Thank you for saving the day! He even helped us get the uhaul unhooked and hooked back up to our truck.
Highly recommend this company especially Rick he made a bad day a better one. Had me off the road in less than a half hour from the time my wheel and axle fell off in the middle of the road. Thank you again you have my business for life.
Super thankful for their service. Very friendly over the phone, and able to help. The price was more than reasonable as well. I had to move a piece of equipment across town using the flatbed service. I figured they only towed cars and trucks, but nope. If you need equipment, golf carts, you name it.. towed, I would totally suggest these folks! I cant wait to do business with these folks in the future!
I called at 8:00 when they opened and made an appt. With Rosa for my dodge to be towed at 10:00. At 10 she called me back and said that it would be an extra 30 min because she picked up someone on the side of the road and took them home...she didn't get to my car until 11:45! I've never seen someone do a tow in flip flops and shorts...we followed her from airway heights to Hillyard and then passed her in traffic and arrived first at the garage. We watched her go right past the shop and waited for her to return. I checked the car in, had a drink and conversation etc and no tow truck. She called me to ask where I was and I gave her the cross streets as it was right on the corner plus the address and name again. Then we waited and waited again! She called back a second time and told me she couldn't find the shop STILL . Then when I spelled out the name she said "oh! I was looking for the wrong place" she didn't arrive until 5 minutes to 1:00!! She mentioned a discount for the tow and I paid her just so I could get out of there because I had to get to an appt but after all this it should have been FREE !!!! on top of all that there was no paperwork done for my car, nothing for me to sign etc about the tow. She just took the cash and left saying...sorry...VERY UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE!
NEVER CALL THIS TOWING COMPANY! They don’t even deserve 1 star. We called at 10:45 in the morning and said they would be there to pick up our car within an hour. We gave them the correct address and our phones were charged and we were ready to receive a call updating us about our car, NEVER received a call, very unprofessional business. It’s been 7 hours and we’ve called multiple times and they have ignored us and have been VERY RUDE. Our car is still waiting to be picked up, was told they could deliver our car to the mechanics before they closed at 5. That didn’t happen. We are very upset with this company and would not recommend to our worst enemies. Never do business with Pacific Towing. THEY ARE A HORRIBLE TOWING SERVICE!

I had gotten my boss's bobcat stuck in the mud these guys are a great service. They are very polite and reasonable priced. I will be calling your company if I need anymore help thank you so much. The last time I got the Bob cat stuck it took the guy along time to find where I was and it took him 4 hours to get it out and he got stuck getting me out so it set me back 8 hours all together. Spokane 24 hr towing service did it in no time at all. And the receptionist was so very nice. Thank you pacific towing
Had a flat tire and no spare and I remember a friend who had mentioned how pleased he was with PT so I called them and explained my situation. It was maybe 15 outside and I was freezing. Rich was there immediately and he brought another tire for me to keep and a nice warn jacket and had me sit in his truck. Well he noticed my brakes were bad so we went to his shop and he fixed my breaks and refused to take any money for it. I'm a single mom and I struggle to make basic bills
I never would have been able to afford all that Rich did for me. Thank You again Pacific Towing.....I am definitely going to highly recommend Pacific Towing!!!
CASH only. They were understanding when they found out we missed that memo. They also gave me a free tire and put it on for me. They drove me to their house late at night, which sketched me out a bit but they were really nice in the end. Little miscommunication here and there, but overall, did a great job.
