amazingly satisfying experience with saleman 1-2 rjw who obtained a door, tailight and fender for my 96 subaru. it was boxed and padded impressively and I think the parts were in better condition than he stated. He was courteous and responsive and diligent. I have never had such a positive experience with a "junkyard" before. No junk from these people, only excellent quality. I live in Wyoming and Spalding will be my supplier from here on out!
My experience has been limited, but my expectations were exceeded. I have been hunting a specific transmission for a project, they are still around, but not around me at a reasonable price and or shipping. I was defeated, when I saw an ebay ad that seemed too good to be true I was skeptical. free shipping on a tranny? come on.
Transmission was reasonable market value for where I lived, free shipping, received quickly. appears to be in good condition, shifts by hand, still uninstalled. this place saved me some good money from what I was getting prepared to spend because of shipping.
The people there went above and beyond my expectations. They helped me for the car part I needed. Customer service was exceptional and everything was professional. Joesph and Cameron, thank you so much!! I will for recommend this place, to anyone who needs car parts.

Excellent service! Walked in and told them what I needed. They drove me out to the yard, found the car that would have the part. It was a coolant reservoir. Spaulding was the only place that had the part. The Kia dealership would have had to order it. If you can find a part for your vehicle, call these guys. There is a good chance they’ll have it Highly recommended.
I got a piece for my truck and while trying to fix it the part broke so we went back and Desirae gave us a refund and a new used part. Make sure to visit, I would again.
This place has been very useful for me over the years. I drive older cars and pickups and they have had a lot of the parts I have needed to keep my vehicles running along. They seem to be very reasonably priced as well.
Great company for used auto parts, shipping was incredibly fast, staff is very knowledgeable, prices are the best on the West Coast, highly recommend this place.
They had an airbag listed as brown in color. I messaged them on ebay to verify and didn't hear back. After two days I called. They verified over the phone that the airbag was brown. I made the purchase. Two minutes later I get a message on ebay saying they were wrong and that it was not brown. Now I will receive a refund in 3-5 business days. Its funny because my money was taken out of my account INSTANTLY but now I have to wait to get my money back.

I bought a ‘new used’ motor from Spaulding. It turned out to have bad rings, costing me critical time, money, and opportunities during my season.
When I approached them about it, they made it clear — in their words — that they ‘don’t care about my life timeline.’
Instead of standing behind their workmanship, they hid behind a rigid 180-day warranty policy.
That’s all you need to know.
If you value professionalism, accountability, or respect for hard-working people, look elsewhere. I don’t do business with companies that treat serious customers like disposable paychecks.
They had everything pulled and ready by time I got there so I didn't have to get dirty. Customer service is top notched w knowledgeable people. Price was negotiable which helped out a lot. My new favorite spot for used parts.

After my truck breakdown and cracked my Differential’s Housing I found this place that accept and help me to delivery the part soon as possible to me where my truck was stranded .
