They went above and beyond for me I had to return and I cannot find my receipt they spent over an hour trying find my receipt and my purchase date but the person ring me up with the wrong name by accident but they did not give up they kept digging and digging until they figured it out most people would have quit they're a little bit lazier not too fond of the valley location
They have a bucket of tools to lend you, but it's impossible to find the right size socket when there are literally hundreds of them mixed in a Bucket!
Jose was the best!!!! I needed a battery for a 2000 Saturn SL1 and he had happened to own the same, just a 1998, so he was already familiar with that car. He helped me get a new battery and back on the road in no time!! What a great person, I seriously appreciate ALL his help for me today!!! He definitely deserves a raise!!
Excellent place get parts have 2 locations..1- valley,2- mead in Spokane hillyard area off market street well not quite hillyard but it's visual point.
Anyways both places are REALLY REALLY CHEAP PARTS FOR YOUR BUDGET..it's definitely a life safer for your pocket book..you can download app check prices and hours..one thing found out ANY KIND OF TORCH BE LITTLE OR BIG ARE NOT ALLOWED!
SO be prepared when you go take any kind nut loosener spray PB BLASTER OR W4 OR ANYTHING LIKE THAT NEED YOULL THANK ME!
ANYWAYS always better call ahead see have your match for your vehicle .
IF FOREIGN CAR..there Spalding's across street same location but there a little bit pricier however NO NEED GET DIRTY THEY PULL FOR YOU..SO your option are good check em out good people it's definitely worth the trip SAVE hundreds from parts store if your cool busting wrenches this is your best bet.
And people work there are awesome very professional..

Sometimes you can't afford new parts so something to get you by at a minnanal cost pull n save is the place . Often find dam good deals . Bring tools to get what you need .
They do have the BEST customer service. Their Return Policy is awesome. I found it easy to return the glass that was to big for my car. I still haven't found the glass yet.

Great customer service when I called and when I got their. And it was easy to find what I was looking for. It was a very successful trip! Would VERY much recommend.
On duty crew was very gracious in allowing us to use their facility for training. They were helpful and very knowledgeable. We will definitely use their facility again to conduct training.
This establishment is now one of many other establishments that does not support Parenthood. No longer can a dad or mom take their kid there if the parent(s) have no one else to watch said child.
Seen a truck on the website I wanted parts off called the desk confirmed truck was there. Then spend 45 mins looking for the truck including walking several rows with people who work here and the truck was not there very frustrating

Everything you would expect from a salvage yard. Great staff, well organized yard. Only reason not 5 star is the inability to verify a part is or is not available. Drove 5 hours round trip and unfortunately no luck finding the part I needed
Great resource for parts when you need to save some money or need parts you can't get at local parts stores. The north yard is great. I really appreciate the gravel yard so you can focus on finding what you came for rather than dodging mud holes.
How can you not love pull n save, it's like a playground for adults, you never know what you'll find there. All in all it's a great way to save money if you know a little about cars and the staff is always knowledgeable and happy to help. They have tools and stuff to use if you don't have any of just plain forgot yours.
Great salvage yard with online inventory and long enough hours to pull a motor if necessary. With wheel barrows and cherry pickers easy to get what you need for most any project.
My dad loves this place. I think anyone who wants to save money this is the plane you want to check out. We've been coming here for years. It's fun to get dirty and save money. Plus your taking things off cars or trucks yourself. Nothing better than doing it yourself. The workers are friendly, and the door fee is not bad.
Found myself a nice replacement grille for my s10. Very reliably price with a friendly staff.
Setup as the same as the south side one but this ones a lot newer. Not as many s10 as the other one but inventory changes constantly.
Would recommend grabbing parts or selling your old vehicle to these folks. I'm not in the area for much longer but if something else is needed. I'll be back

A cute boy took me! As we wandered the rows of old car bones, I looked left & right trying to soak it all in.
If you need an auto part, at a discount price, I highly recommend checking their inventory online & paying them a visit. Also, you may enjoy going if you love puzzles, automobiles, mechanics, saving money, or just have a vivid imagination I'd highly recommend it. I enjoyed peeking in windows, staring at engine components, making up stories for each rig that had found its way there. I enjoyed accompanying my friend on his treasure hunt. The fact that he was easy on the eyes may have increased my overall positive experience.
TIP: Beware of Wasp nests, especially as the weather continues to get warmer. Also, use caution when digging through vehicle contents. There is no way to know if dirty syringes may be lurking within.
I love this place, i like to go just to go. Cars are my favorite thing, all the way down to the mechanics of one, down to the bolts. So its nice when i go and the employees are nice understanding. They make the prices reasonable too! Just for a arm piece for mt car, was just $9, not as bad as i thought it would've been. They also have all the tools you would need, most for rental i believe, but they allow you to bring your own too. Again its a sweet place for any car fanatic!
i love this junkyard. They always have so many vehicle's. They are fair in price and its a self service yard. They are only 16 years old and up. They usually have tons of cars to choose from. Also refunds are never a problem and there core charge isn't to high. The yard is always clean and spill free constantly. Love this place
Words can't really describe how great this place is whenever you can pick and pull a part for about 10 cents on the dollar for your car and you have multiple cars to fix, it's a really good deal for you. I just haven't yet found a part for my 1957 Nash Metropolitan Convertible at Pull n Save and I am wwo9osure that I won't? LOL My point being, it has its limitations but the opportunities are endless... For example, They have approx.15 Dodge Vans that match up with one of mine for replacement parts. I only needed the one part but I got plenty of practice taking a second Grand Caravan apart for the practice.. I have been wrenching on cars for 50 years. If I need a refresher course on how to repair something? I have plenty of opportunities to practice at Pull n Save Spokane... The employees at both locations are incredibly nice, considerate, & helpful.... I am just really sad to see Tami leave, though? She will be missed terribly! Ps: Just today, I found the exact color match on a front fender & front bumper for my 2005 Chrysler Pacifica and did the same for my 2006 Dodge Caravan and 2005 Saturn Relay, too.. It makes the body work repairs much faster when you don't have to paint before putting the vehicle up for sale... Pull n Save Spokane gets the most stars ***** available for my evaluation?!
