Organized, easy to access all vehicles, fairly regular rotation, and online inventory. Staff is friendly, prices aren't bad. No one bothers you in the yard while you're picking through cars. Wheel barrels provided to borrow, tool bags checked on entry for prohibited items (power saws I believe), discount entry fee for cash and stamp for other location for remainder of the day.

Is it normal to be rude with the customers? I’m having a car picked up. I went through peddle and they directed everything through pull and save. Mary called me to set up the pickup date I had a very unpleasant experience with her. She was not helpful she was rude and very unconcerned about time frames. I simply asked what time the driver would arrive on specified day and I felt like I was irritating her beyond belief. I run a delivery service for my company out going and incoming I help thousands of customers and have never had a call such as the one I just experienced. Hopefully the rest of this experience will go smoother. So Mary please learn some people skills it will help you greatly through life

Good selection of parts. I will definitely be back. I like how they give you a slip showing what row your parts may be located in. I'm from Yakima, and none of the yards there do that.

Used to be able to get a pretty good deal on a bundle of random crap going here, that was the whole reason for doing so... Now with the way prices have blown through the roof it's almost better just to get the parts new... Less hassle and not much in price difference anymore...

Pull n Save on market never seize to amaze me! It's more of a hometown feel and everyone was so nice! I've been coming here for almost 8 years and will continue to do business with Market!!

It's pull and save, it's just a good time, you never know what you'll find there. I'll have to get some photos for the next time I'm there. A great way to save money if you know what your doing

Good source of used auto parts , unfortunately their prices have gone up over the years even before COVID they where already on the rise and it doesn't seem like their inventory has gotten better it actually seems to have gotten worse, they should pay more for cars to encourage people to bring new stuff in. It took me 3 years to find an ecm for my car

Went to pull and save North needing the door ajar sensor on 2003 mountaineer. Door ajar light is staying on. I found what I needed, pulled all 4 sensors and one extra from another vehicle. Apon checkout I delt with sales person MJM telliing me they are fuel injectors.. I guess they kind of do look like a fuel injector. But they are not a fuel injector.. Unless doors have fuel injectors now. Lol. He said he knows what he's doing and charged me for fuel injectors.. Lmao.. Luckily there only a few bucks. Just goes to show they really don't know there parts. I'm gonna go put my fuel injectors in my door now. See if I can't get the door ajar light off.. Lmao

i love this junkyard. They always have so many vehicle's. They are fair in price and its a self service yard. They are only 16 years old and up. They usually have tons of cars to choose from. Also refunds are never a problem and there core charge isn't to high. The yard is always clean and spill free constantly. Love this place

I love this place, i like to go just to go. Cars are my favorite thing, all the way down to the mechanics of one, down to the bolts. So its nice when i go and the employees are nice understanding. They make the prices reasonable too! Just for a arm piece for mt car, was just $9, not as bad as i thought it would've been. They also have all the tools you would need, most for rental i believe, but they allow you to bring your own too. Again its a sweet place for any car fanatic!

Do not bring anything you didn't physically pull out of a vehicle in. I had a price question about a dashboard faceplate that was on the driver's seat of the '99 dakota I was looking in. When i took the faceplate to the counter I was charged $20 since I brought them a broken piece. I found that and was charged for it. All the cashier could say I'd sorry and continued to charge me. I paid for it to end the scene but am calling and getting me money back.

Words can't really describe how great this place is whenever you can pick and pull a part for about 10 cents on the dollar for your car and you have multiple cars to fix, it's a really good deal for you. I just haven't yet found a part for my 1957 Nash Metropolitan Convertible at Pull n Save and I am wwo9osure that I won't? LOL My point being, it has its limitations but the opportunities are endless... For example, They have approx.15 Dodge Vans that match up with one of mine for replacement parts. I only needed the one part but I got plenty of practice taking a second Grand Caravan apart for the practice.. I have been wrenching on cars for 50 years. If I need a refresher course on how to repair something? I have plenty of opportunities to practice at Pull n Save Spokane... The employees at both locations are incredibly nice, considerate, & helpful.... I am just really sad to see Tami leave, though? She will be missed terribly! I wish her all the best in her new assignment @ Spalding... Dr Jeffrey S Rise PhD. Ps: Just today, I found the exact color match on a front fender & front bumper for my 2005 Chrysler Pacifica and did the same for my 2006 Dodge Caravan and 2005 Saturn Relay, too.. It makes the body work repairs much faster when you don't have to paint before putting the vehicle up for sale... Pull n Save Spokane gets the most stars ***** available for my evaluation?! Unfortunately, my second experience with this place has put a TERRIBLE taste in my mouth. Absolutely sickening experience. The employees were not helpful at all. I sought help getting a proper fit of rims for my car, they told me twice with certainty that a 07 Dodge Nitro was the ONLY car on the entire lot that would fit, so I went, paid the stupid $2 entry fee, spent 3 hours getting the parts I needed. As I’m walking to check out, they tell me they will not work. Not only did I waste my time and hard work, they played me for a fool! Because now they just throw them on the floor and sell them after I did all the work… turns out there were other vehicles that were the proper fit.. I was enraged, boarding on heat stroke, and left with nothing. And no, they could not have cared less!!

This was the best experience. Michael was knowledgeable and understood what it took to give me more than a second-rate answer. I feel I was treated to a first class experience. I know where to go for my auto needs now.

I was lost until Micheal from the mead location took the time and effort to help me. Not only were they helpful but knowledgeable above and beyond all expectations. I live in the spokane Valley, but I now drive to the mead location to receive the service I'm looking for.

As a former employee of Spalding's, i thought this was completely ridiculous... A few days ago, I went to the valley location looking for parts for my car. While I didnt find what I was looking for, i happened to find an aftermarket stereo bezel to complete the install of my stereo. It wasnt in perfect condition by any means with some broken tabs and a crack or two but it was better than what i had; which was nothing. I take it up to the counter to pay and the gal looks at it, noticing the damage and just tells me im good to go and have a nice day. I thank her and go on my way. Awesome experience here, which is the complete opposite of what I experienced today at the Mead store. Same scenario, looking for parts for my car, not finding what I'm looking for but come accross another bezel that was a little bit different style from the first one i found. This one had a more flush fit, but like the other one was missing some tabs and was just in rough condition. So i take it up to the counter and hand it to the gentleman to inspect and he looks it up and looks at me and says that bezels are $10. I kinda laugh thinking hes joking but nope, hes dead serious. So i ask, "even if they're broken? I was just at the other locationa couple days ago and found something similar and they just gave it to me. You're really gonna charge me $10 for a broken bezel?" And with a straight face he just says, "yup." Now dont get me wrong, i wasnt expecting him to give it to me like the other gal did. I would have gladly paid a couple dollars for it. But $10 for a damaged piece of plastic that i would have to do some small repairs to is a freaking joke, borderline insulting. Its no wonder people try to steal from you guys. The mead location is complete opposite from the valley location. From their absurd pricing to most (not all) of their employees stone cold arrogant attitudes. So if you have the choice, I would take the time and spend the extra gas to go out to the valley and not even waste your time with the Mead location. You'll have a much better experience there.

Great place to acquire HEP C from all the syringes strung everywhere. I recognize that the drug infested homeless are the source of most of the vehicles here but there are safety precautions that any business presenting a product must adhere to. I would think anyways... this place is more like a third world pile of cars that washed in from the sea carried from another drug infested third world. All parts have core charges now, even a fender... come on PNS you used to be so much better than this. Go there if you must but seriously BE CAREFUL! Do not go laying across a seat or digging out your parts without taking EXTREME CAUTION as there are needles everywhere. GM Brandon is a joke.

Been a long time customer and nothing's changed so, I'll redo the rating when I find out the problems have been taken care of. For now, a low rating is more than sufficient due to the service provided by SOME employees. After going back and forth to the 2 locations and finding out that particular brands of cars are being torn through by SOME employees and the valuable parts are being taken and sold online privately before the cars get to the lot and management has no idea or recollection of such events. It's not just 1 or 2 cars it's every car that comes in that's of particular interest to "these" employees they get the valuable parts they want then process the cars to be put out in the yard... that's not how you run a pullyard/salvage yard/junkyard. Employees are ripping off the customer and the employer and making $$$'s on every deal they make on the side.

Good place to buy used car parts. Place is clean and well organized. good customer service most of them. Tho rest of them. I don't know but looks to be nice too. Absolutely I'll be back in the future.

This may be one if not only places to go to get those used needed replacement parts for your vehicle around town. Bring your own tools to remove whatever it is you need for your repair on car/suv. Prices have risen quite drastically in recent years yet they still will be leaps and bounds below those brand new prices. With sum luck may even find brand new parts to boot! They have a price list on website along with an inventory of the vehicles on the yard so have an idea if they have whatever may need. Goodluck!
