Leonardo was the man who came to pick up my vehicle, he was absolutely amazing, very kind and friendly. He was extremely informative about the process. My vehicle was in a driveway that is pretty tight and Leonardo was able to take the vehicle without problem. I would recommend the company to anyone but a million percent I would recommend Leonardo himself and his tow company. I absolutely will be telling everyone about Leonardo and his tow company.
This is the worse experience I have had with a company. I explained that my son was selling his car and it needed to be picked up by a certain date and time. They agreed that it would be picked up by that time. That time came and went with no pickup. I had to reschedule my son’s flight to the next day which cost me $200. I called first thing the next morning and they said they spoke with the driver picking the car up and told me he said he would be no later than 11 am. That time came and went. My son had to drive the vehicle to their location and Uber back, more cost to me for their screw ups! I would never recommend doing business with cars 4 cash or Copart ever. The most unprofessional companies ever.
Excellent customer service. Willing to work with you. My car broke down out of town, and I had to get it taken care of before leaving the next day. I wouldn’t be in town for a pick up due to how busy they were. However, they were able to make an accommodation for me and was able to get my vehicle removed and paid for the next day. If you are going to use this business, I’d advise making sure you’re calling the local number and not the 800 number.

Coparts and team were easy and excellent to work with. I had to change my pick-up date by a week and they were kind and Gracious to accommodate me. They had the check ready to give me at pick- up time. No hassles
I called and got a good price in Friday and they showed up early on Monday. Everything went smoothly, got the check and was done within 15 minutes. The tow driver was awesome, easy to talk to and got the job done quickly. Definitely will do business here again.
The service is great the app is great it's just that the tow truck driver got stuck and broke two of my plastic ramps that I use trying to get out and a bunch of plywood and some other things but I had to go and pick up my kids so hopefully he got out okay

pretty good tow service, quick and easy, phone calls that lasted 5-10 minutes to set up pick up time and any additional information needed. the price they offer for most cars i’ve sold are terrible not gonna lie better options for better value
Very quick, more money than towing it to the used parts places and I didn't have to worry about towing it. Helped me with a lost title issue and easily changed pick up time when I was running late to meet them. Losing my car was hard but they made it the least stressful as possible. I've already recommended them to others. Thank you.
Place is a scam. They had me answer all the questions but did t ask how to spell anything, you know like my name for an email, then put me on hold to get me a price only to answer again as if I was a new customer. Either forgot I was on hold or thought I was a new call. Foreigner answered the phone not even in the same state as where I need service.
I get everyone need a job but considering the scamming industry, you'd think with the fear and stereotype they can't blame us for being skeptical the second we hear that accent on the other line. Gave them a shot and everytime; ALWAYS proved to be a scam.
My experience was great Amanda was very helpful and understanding she was so nice to me helped me though the whole experience so give her a 5 star rating plus and make sure she get a copy of this I want her to know how much I appreciate what she did for me
I’ve never done this before and wasn’t super excited about having to do it. We lost a work vehicle at the end of last season (it threw a rod) after we put a $650 logo on it so it was really frustrating. We tried to fix it but ultimately there was no fix so I had a friend of mine who lives in Peru who told me about Copart and as soon as I started working with them they were fantastic and offered me three times what everybody else was offering. Marcus immediately connected w/me. He was professional, friendly & understanding recognizing that even though I’m selling a vehicle it’s really at a loss . Marcus representing CoPart/Cash for Cars was spot on professional he was an activist for me and did all that he could to work with the other vendors that he relied on to get things done and then when those vendors showed up they were awesome so I am very pleased.

This is a weird industry! Your best bet is to try craiglist 1st then the FB marketplace. Then just go straight to pull and save junk yard. This place offered me $40 but the local junkyard offered me $140 the problem then is towing it there. BIG WARNING once they get your phone number you'll start getting strange calls still asking about buying the car even after you turned diwn their offer. I gave 3 s because they ask A LOT of questions about the car then give a low ball offer. I think they just hall it to the junkyard & profit the difference.
