I did not have an enjoyable experience attempting to buy a car. Communication was difficult in general. I asked to finalize the process over Docusign because I had a lot going on over the next couple of days and didn’t have time to go to the dealership for 2-3 hours but I also wanted that specific vehicle. They initially continued to pressure me to come into the dealership and there was about a 5 hour gap in conversation while I was waiting for them to discuss with a manager. They also told me they had raised the price on the vehicle the day after I was there but they would honor the price from the day I was there and looked at the car. They weren’t able to figure out doing paperwork electronically the first day. The second day they called me and tried to pressure me to come into the dealership again and I told them my preference was to do it electronically because I was very busy those days and as a dealership that does online sales, I wouldn’t think its a big deal. Once they finally started the process online they sent me a sneaky text saying they were building the deal around the online listing and to let me know if I had any questions. I asked to confirm they were giving me the original price they said they would honor from the day I test drove the car and they said the price went up and they could no longer honor it. I asked why that was since I was already told they would honor it and then was told because I didn’t come in a provide the down payment the day before that they would no longer honor the price. They claimed they explained this to me but the fact they would not hold the price was never stated, all they had told me was that they could not hold the car if I didn’t come in and at least pay the down payment. During that portion of the conversation I told them I was not going to just come in and drop off a check with no contract in place and there is no reason to pay the down payment until the paperwork is signed.

Paul helped me out today and it was a really good experience. He was very kind, upfront, and welcoming that we had kids with us. I went in very aware of having credit that needs rebuilding and they were still able to work out a deal with me. Very appreciative to be no longer driving around a 26 year old vehicle. I now have something safe and reliable for my three kids!

First and foremost I found the salesman to be proactive, kind, and authentic in his desire to help me get into a car. Although I was there 4.5 hours, he continued to check in with me to make sure I was comfortable. I did get a car which I love, but it came with a cost. Having purchased new cars before I recognize that there are sales tactics that are used in order to sell cars. I don't fault the salesman for that. I did have two issues, and again I have to take responsibility for my part in them.
Firstly, I had gone to the dealership to look at a car that was on special. I had seen it the day before I went, and the morning I decided to go it was still listed as a special. The salesman met me at the door, the car ready to go where we directly went for a drive. The drive was great and he let me know I was very fortunate as there were only two cars on special and the one I was driving was the last one. Then we came in and started to talk price. I was confused because he kept talking about them doing the financing, and I kept reminding him that I had already spoken with my bank and would be using them for the financing. We went back and forth on this for some time until I did understand that they were just the middle man to fill out the paperwork for my bank. He offered that they could look at products from other vendors and I told him I would stay with my bank. During this time he went back and forth to his manager anumber of times, coming back with their offer the paper slowly became more and more full.
Eventually he came back to tell me that the car we had been talking about, the one on special, had in fact sold and that this car was not on special. I was astounded. This is where I have to take responsibility. I could have gotten up and gone right out the door. But I really wanted the car. He said he would make it up by giving me a good deal. He asked me what my ideal monthly payment would be. I told him what my max would be. He came back at $17 over my max. I agreed.
The second issue came up when I was signing papers and discovered that financing was not coming from my bank. The rate was higher than I had been quoted from my bank. My bank had said that until the final amount to be financed was submitted to them, they would not be able to give me an accurate rate. When I asked the finance person why it was not financed by my bank like I had asked, he pulled out a sheet that showed the different tiers of rates from my bank, and that he got me a better rate from this bank. I explained to him that I had spoken directly with a loan officer at my bank and that the rates I was quoted were not the same, and that in fact, they would not be able to give a rate until the paperwork was submitted. I asked if he had submitted it and he said no. Again, that was a point when I could have gotten up and walked away, I didn't. I take responsibility for that.
So, I got the model of car I wanted, and came out only about $33 dollars a month more than the max I wanted to pay. So........I'm pretty happy. And......I ended up spending about $3000 more than I was expecting to, and I don't know that I got the best rate I could have given they didn't submit to my bank.
I don't think Rairdon are crooked, they exist to make a profit. I don't think my saleman was crooked, he works on commission. I got the car I wanted and am pretty happy about it. I was reminded that when buying a new car one needs to be strong in the face of sales pitches and shifting numbers. Take the time to fully understand what you are paying for, and why.
I do believe that if it was true that the car I had come to see had sold, they should be more timely to update their website. Very misleading. At the very least they should honor the price on the special, particularly when the salesman confirms that the car you are driving is on special.Feb 08, 2026 -
We had the absolute best car-buying experience here that we have ever had. Our salesperson, Emma, was outstanding and was a pleasure to work with. We felt ZERO pressure to buy; all our questions were answered directly, no time was wasted while working on the deal, and communication was clear. Excellent experience overall with the purchase of our '25 Honda Pilot Black Edition and trade-in of our GMC Acadia.

Great experience working with Colby in getting our new Honda CR-V Hybrid. Colby was knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to work with during the sale process. Very helpful working on the deal and working out our trade in as well. Overall great experience with Honda of Marysville. Just like with every major purchase be knowledgeable ahead of time, read all paperwork(twice), be prepared, and you’ll be fine.

I have always gotten the best service here, from the a service desk to the parts department. Peter was the last customer service representative to help me out and he was simply awesome, very kind, outgoing, willing to go the extra mile, got me in to do his safety check on my vehicle. Without charge and even ran it through the car.Wash for me. He was very knowledgeable and I thought that my a car was still under honda's 3 year bumper to bumper. warranty but it wasn't due to mileage. He was very kind and sincere. And even though my bumper to bumper warranty was no longer in effect. I feel like he did what he could. And
He even referred me to a good auto shop to get some minor scratches on my car fixed. I would recommend no matter where you purchased your honda.Vehicle, if you're in the area, make sure to go to this dealership.Everyone there will treat you like a queen or a king. Came to buy a 2025 Honda Accord. Customer service was great, sales person Andres was very helpful and did a great job. Financial process went well. Manager Josh was very polite and made us feel they care about their customers. I would definitely rate this dealership at high level.

I typically buy slightly used vehicles(3-4yrs old) over the past 30 years, because I drive 25-30k miles per year due to my work. I was now finally looking to buy new! Marysville Honda had the Honda Pilot I was looking for. My initial contact was with Chase in sales. When I came into the dealership everyone was welcoming & very friendly.

Nicole in Service is always very helpful when we take our Honda CRV for an oil change! She greets us with kindness and is very thorough when explaining the service that was done and what may need to be done in the future. They are never pushy and I really like that! We recently purchased Honda CRV 2026 hybrid from this store. We worked with Paul. Paul is an excellent sales rep. He worked hard to get us a great deal and made the car delivery experience smooth and welcoming. He is very friendly, professional, and attentive throughout the process. He also ensured we received the best possible price during the Christmas season. Even after the deal was closed, he diligently followed up by calling to check on the car and make sure we were happy with it. Highly recommend working him.

I recently had a very positive experience at this dealership, and I felt genuinely well taken care of throughout the entire process. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, attentive, and willing to answer every question I had. This review is almost 3 months overdue and I apologize for that, but this should be even more valuable because I am still satisfied with my purchase after 3 months. From the moment I arrived at the dealership, I knew the vehicle I wanted to get and the vehicle had the best price in the market. Mariana was my sales person who helped me with the process and I got good finance options. I bought a 2015 Ford Mustang, so it wasn’t a new vehicle and I knew there could be mechanical issues. But the dealership was transparent to show me the maintenance record and I saw they fixed the driver-side window, which unfortunately stopped working a week later. By the time I took the car to fix the window, I also got the check engine light for a different issue, but the dealership was nice enough to take fix both issues for no charge. They showed me exactly which sensors they changed for both issues and I am glad they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase! My car has not given me any problems since then and I strongly recommend them because they do value their customers.

Recently, purchased a Honda Ridgeline at Rairdons Marysville Wa. I saw an ad price on what some may call a lost leader. I drove an hour and ten minutes to get there.The vehicle was not there. Mariana was my salesperson. I asked her what happened and she said that that vehicle had been sold. I was not very happy and conveyed that to her. She said, let me get my sales manager, I thought, "oh boy.Here we go" Josh was very considerate and professional, just as Mariana turned out to be. They price matched the ad price on a vehicle that was actually a little higher in price than the one I'd drove down to see. We discussed my trade price, after a bit of discussion/negotiation, they came up with a price that was very acceptable to me. I would highly recommend Mariana, to anyone who's looking to purchase a vehicle. I thought I'd be driving home in my trade vehicle. Instead, it was new car, smell all the way to Birch Bay.The new rig, trade in, paperwork, delivery, all elements of the deal were terribly smooth and for that I am thankful.

I bought a used vehicle from this dealership about a year ago. The buying experience wasn’t terrible but certainly wasn’t great. The sales guy pushed pretty hard on the dealer add-ons which I declined. One of those is a theft recovery system which I specifically requested be removed. To be clear, there was no loan on the car, I wrote a check for it
I refrained from writing a review because in the end I got what I wanted despite being a little annoyed.
Today when doing some work on the car in my garage, I noticed a green blinking light where there shouldn’t have been one, so after 30 minutes of pulling apart the lower portions of the drivers side dash board, I find a GPS tracker in the car. I’ve attached a photo of it.
I don’t know if they were simply lazy and neglected to remove it or if they’ve been tracking my movements and selling my data. Either way I find it distasteful and would never buy another car from this dealership. Tracking a persons movements (or even having the technology enabled to do so) without their permission is a violation of trust.

I was not financially prepared to buy a new car until an emergency happened & I had no choice. Colby, the salesperson at Rairdon's Honda who helped me, found the absolute perfect car for me at an extremely reasonable price, just barely used & still like brand-new inside & out. He and all the staff there made the whole experience as pleasant and easy as possible. I definitely recommend shopping with them! Thank you so much Rairdon Honda!!
