Colby was awesome to work with. We were able to work out an aggressively priced deal on a new Pilot without a lot of back and forth haggling, and no tacked on dealer adds or last minute surprises at signing, Definitely the smoothest car buying experience I've had.

The staff here is very willing to help out anyway they can. However I have taken my wife's car here three times to try to resolve a fuel pump issue. The last thing times they haven't been able to find the issue at all. The car still has a strong fuel smell while driving.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I bought a Kia from them and the motor blew up in it 6 months later, they did nothing to help me fix this issue then told me I could get another car through them and they would take the blown motor Kia as a trade in, but tacked on the difference of what I owe for the Kia even though it was their issue. So I traded it in for a jeep cherokee and had problems with it from the start, I tried to get some warranty work done on it and made an appointment for a rental car while it was being serviced drove all the way from concrete for them to tell me they ran out of rental cars even though I had one reserved and an appointment and told me to make an earlier appointment next time. Not sure if I have just had bad luck with the cars I’ve chose but the help they’ve offered me is less than exceptional. Do better!

Tim at Rairdon Honda was fantastic to work with. He greeted me right at the door and made me feel welcomed from the start. What stood out the most was how respectful and low-pressure the entire experience was. Tim really listened to what I wanted and never tried to upsell or push anything I didn’t ask for. It made the whole process smooth, stress-free, and actually enjoyable. Highly recommend asking for Tim if you’re visiting Rairdon Honda!

Tim has been an excellent guy to work with. I travelled up from Portland to get a rare car not available in my area. I leased a brand-new car from Honda in June and only got to drive it for about two weeks before it went into the shop for repairs. It’s now been sitting there for months, and I’ve been making payments on a car I can’t even use.Every time we called to get an update, we were told “it should be ready in a week,” but that week kept getting pushed back over and over. It’s been one delay after another with no clear communication or accountability.We also tried multiple times to speak with the manager to get some real answers, but somehow he was always “unavailable” or didn’t want to talk to us. It honestly feels like we’ve been ignored and left in the dark about a situation that’s costing us money every month.Leasing a new vehicle should come with peace of mind, not months of stress and uncertainty. I truly hope Honda takes responsibility and treats their customers better — no one should have to pay for a car they can’t even drive.

Well, I never like going to dealerships because of personal reasons, but I have to say that this experience was really good! My husband found a car for me to look at and it was exactly what I was looking for and more. As we sat down to go over the cost, we explained to them that we didn’t want our payment over a certain amount, and worked with us to make sure it stayed close to that amount. We never felt pressured to purchase extra items that we thought we didn’t need. The sales person that met us there was nice and friendly and helpful. After that, we met with the finance manager and just went over all the paperwork to make sure that everything was accurate. I really felt like they cared about what we wanted and not what they wanted and that’s important for me. Sometimes it feels like sales people are just pushing because they want the commission. It was not like that here. I’m very happy about that and my experience.

I purchased a new CRV and a year and a half later discovered this GPS tracking device under the dash. This car is not financed nor leased. Dealer has not responded to my written inquiry. I see other reviewers have have dealt with the same exact situation, so this is apparently a systematic problem. I don't know if it is just sloppy work on the part of the dealer or something far more nefarious. I am requesting I find out who has my personal data and how I can be assured it is deleted (although data rarely ever gets really deleted). Disturbing. EDIT: The dealership reply has some serious problems. 1. I was never notified that a tracking device would remain in the car, even if I declined to pay for the tracking service. 2. I don't buy the assertion that the device is not transmitting. I would guess it is, even if it is not officially activated in the tracking service system. It has a flashing green light and I would suspect it is still transmitting. Doubling down on this shady practice makes this entire situation even more troubling.

Paul in sales and Susana in finance were awesome in the purchase of our new 2026 Honda CR-V! Paul was quick to respond, knew his stuff, and even sent us a video of the car before we came to see it in person. He got us a great deal and helped us through all steps in the process. Susana helped us locked down the best rate plan for us and made the backend process super easy! Great experience overall!

I had the pleasure of working with Hugo, who was incredibly supportive, polite, and attentive throughout the entire process. He went above and beyond to make sure my car-buying experience was seamless and enjoyable. The dealership also offered very competitive prices, with excellent financing options and a fair APR. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my experience and would definitely recommend adding this showroom to your list of must-visit places for car shopping.

5 Star experience!! We had the pleasure of working with the fabulous Emma! We called and set up a test drive, she had the car pulled up front, and even showed us additional options we had not thought about. She was knowledgeable, informative, and walked us through every step! We had the our CRV financed through Honda so we worked with finance, Dave, and WOW were we impressed with being step by step walked through the options and add-ons! Very, very happy with our experience!!

Abysmal experiences at this dealership. The salesman Tim was really unprofessional. He told me not to tell him how to do his job. He also came out to the sidewalk, as we were leaving, to mock us in a passive-aggressive manner. David, in finance, pressured me to purchase products to inflate the loan to supposedly make the banks more willing to deal with my negative equity. This turned out to be false and while I was able to get them canceled, they came off the back-end of the loan so they kept my payment just as high. I do feel the dealership treated us vindictively and poorly. I got the impression they put in minimal effort to make the deal go through. They have some really good vehicles but sadly, the way we were treated by staff is simply a deal-breaker. I ended up just going to Carmax. Had to spend more money there but the experience was as different as night and day.

I’ve been car shopping for a couple of months and have been pretty indecisive, but the sales staff at Rairdon’s Honda of Marysville has been incredibly patient with me throughout the process. I never once felt pressured, which made the experience so much more comfortable. They truly take the time to work with you and make sure you find the car that best fits your needs. I had an absolutely amazing experience at Honda of Marysville. I spoke with Pete, a service advisor, and he went above and beyond to help me. I had just bought a used Odyssey earlier this year and didn’t have any past service history. Pete took the time to look it up for me and confirmed that the transmission fluid, coolant, brake fluid, and filters had all been done recently at Honda. That saved me from spending ~$700 on services I didn’t actually need. What impressed me most was how genuine and helpful Pete was - he wasn’t trying to upsell me, just gave me honest advice and clarity. On top of that, booking an appointment online was seamless and I was able to get in the very next day. It’s such a relief knowing I have a dealership nearby that’s not only professional but also truly customer-focused. Big thanks to Pete and the team at Honda of Marysville - this will definitely be my go-to dealership for service going forward!

I had an excellent experience purchasing my first electric vehicle from this dealership. The entire process was quick and efficient, which I really appreciated as a first-time EV buyer. I bought a used vehicle from this dealership about a year ago. The buying experience wasn’t terrible but certainly wasn’t great. The sales guy pushed pretty hard on the dealer add-ons which I declined. One of those is a theft recovery system which I specifically requested be removed. To be clear, there was no loan on the car, I wrote a check for it I refrained from writing a review because in the end I got what I wanted despite being a little annoyed. Today when doing some work on the car in my garage, I noticed a green blinking light where there shouldn’t have been one, so after 30 minutes of pulling apart the lower portions of the drivers side dash board, I find a GPS tracker in the car. I’ve attached a photo of it. I don’t know if they were simply lazy and neglected to remove it or if they’ve been tracking my movements and selling my data. Either way I find it distasteful and would never buy another car from this dealership. Tracking a persons movements (or even having the technology enabled to do so) without their permission is a violation of trust. Do better Honda of Marysville.

Everyone was very friendly. Dealership was just a dealership. I was shown the wrong car at first and had to do 2 separate test drives. Taking warranties off and other insurances I didn’t want was a hassle going back and forth for them to “forget” to take another off then having to wait for another print up to be settled. All in all everyone was very helpful and my experience was good. I love my car, the price I got it for, and everything that was offered with it.

Came in to trade in our CRV for a new hybrid, got the exact trim and color I wanted and had a quick and smooth transaction process, big thanx to Chris, RJ and Susy, we managed to snag ourselves a car during their Labor Day sales event so happy!! I was not financially prepared to buy a new car until an emergency happened & I had no choice. Colby, the salesperson at Rairdon's Honda who helped me, found the absolute perfect car for me at an extremely reasonable price, just barely used & still like brand-new inside & out. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had the smoothest car-buying experience of my entire life thanks to Paul at Honda of Marysville. From start to finish, he was kind, professional, and completely on top of everything. He walked me through the entire process step by step, answered all of my questions, and pretty much did all the heavy lifting to make things easy on me. Paul’s attention to detail and genuine care made this whole experience stress-free and enjoyable. I’ve purchased cars before, but this was by far the easiest and most seamless transaction I’ve ever had. If you’re looking for someone who will take the time, go above and beyond, and make the process smooth from beginning to end, Paul is the person you want to work with. Highly recommend him!

I initially sent an inquiry through Autotrader, Chase replied and sent a video right away showing the car that I was interested in. Scheduled a test drive, he followed up on the morning of my appointment by confirming availability, was nice to make the hour drive confident that the car was present on the lot. Got paperwork completed to take a drive, no rush or pressure, and we were able to make sure it would work for us. Finally the negotiations with my trade and business office closing were low key and professional, enjoyed chatting with Chase and Jeff while getting everything done, which isn't always the case at some dealerships! Thanks for a great experience, we are enjoying the new Civic.

They sold me a car with no oil or coolant in it. Dip stick looked about over half an inch overfilled. Figured the car ran through oil so I was like whatever, and filled my coolant. About a week later I drove to Canada to visit my boyfriend and the car broke down. Took it for an oil change and they had said that there was actually little to no oil in the vehicle. They had explained that the little amount of oil splashed on the dipstick and that’s why it appeared to be overfilled. It ended up getting rod knock due to this issue. Took it back to the shop and every-time I call for an update I get the “we’ll call you tomorrow” and never receive a call back. I recommend avoiding this dealership. Update: 2 weeks later, I received the car with a new engine. They still gave me the car with the key fobs not working. I asked for paperwork for the new engine and I wasn’t given any. I asked for paperwork for the new warranty for the motor. I wasn’t given any. I wasn’t given paperwork for the supposed rear blinker fix for it constantly going out as well as it not working while the hazards weren’t working. I had my dad call and they instantly apologized and said they’d email me the paperwork. It’s honestly annoying that I have to go out of my way to have a male talk to the department to get basic paperwork, or for them to fix this issues that I’ve talked to multiple people about so they should know those things needed to be fixed before returning the car to me. Still don’t recommend this dealer. I also received my car with two brand new bottles of glass cleaner missing, as well as my brand new bottles of oil, coolant, brake fluid. The glass cleaner and break fluid were in my trunk, which makes no sense. There was no reason for them to be in my trunk for an engine replacement. The rest of the items were left in my backseat. When brought to a concern, I was just told “well we wouldn’t do that.” No sorry, no apology or anything. I understand it was a third party who had done the engine replacement but at least some empathy from Honda would’ve been nice since they already screwed me over bad. The only good thing I have to say is Vivanh was great and apologized on his part for everything even though it was everyone else fault for these issues. I have yet to get any answers for my missing items. Another update: They are only giving me money to replace my items IF I were to update my review or completely delete it. I would like to say the most helpful person in my situation has been VIvanh. I have now had to have the car towed from my work, as the break pedal is completely jammed, and the car wouldn't start. I had replaced the battery and it still wouldn't budge. Thankfully I was able to talk to Vivanh, and he had a tow sent immediately to get it back to the dealership to see what's going on with it. He has been the most understanding, and continues to help even when I'm frustrated and upset about things that keep happening to my vehicle. He truly cares, and wants to make sure I'm taken care of without caring about a stupid review.

10 out of 10! This was my first time buying a car and it couldn’t have been easier without my salesperson Paul, finance manager Jeffrey and manager Vivanh. I was treated with the most absolute respect and felt a valued customer. The way I was helped on making a good financial decision for what works best for my family and was spectacular! I didn’t feel pressured in anyway so this was a really good experience on my end. The negotiation process was easy and smooth. Their work ethic and dedication left me without words on how excited I was leaving with my car. Would recommend buying here for a good experience :)

We had a fantastic experience at Honda of Marysville. From start to finish, Maeghan in sales and Jeff in finance made the entire process quick, easy, and completely stress-free. We came in with a clear budget, and they worked tirelessly to keep us within that… no pressure, no gimmicks, just honest and helpful service. What really stood out was how non-pushy everyone was. Maeghan was incredibly professional, listened to our needs, and never tried to upsell us on anything we didn’t ask for. Jeff made the financing part simple and transparent, and we felt totally at ease with every step. We live in Auburn, so we also love that they’re part of a family of dealerships… meaning we can get service locally at two of their partner locations, all while taking advantage of the comprehensive coverage we selected.
