HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! Prices Are 3 times more than what they used to be
Oct 10, 2025 -
I called about a wheel they said it was there and I’d need to bring a lug wrench. I drove 45 minutes and they charge you $3 before you can walk in their yard. The car didn’t have any wheels left on it and hardly anything left to it at all. I asked for my $3 back and they said they don’t give refunds.

Worst experience ever! No customer service at all, no respect to customers at all! Friend of mine invited to visit this place. First of all, they are checked my "bag" 3x5 size! When I ask why, guy point to the wall - sure! Read and laugh- I keep there jack, torch, and other large heavy equipment - ok, this is funny... stupid but not critical. The guy open but not closed as it use to be my bag - ok... None of the listed vehicles were on yard. So, I just walk around and wait for my friend. Wasted $3 to look on nice view - wrecked vehicles. When we were checked out, my friend asked for price for something, keep another part in one hand, tools in another. And all begins!! Scream: - what in your another hand!!?!? - I want to buy it, so what would be prices, separate, 1st and 2nd part? Put it on table. Get the prices, said he don't like 1st part price, and will get only another one. Pull out card to pay, move hand to the pocket to pull out some small plastics (no one provide shopping basket there, right), another scream: - What in your pockets!?!.? He was really frightened, even me, staying next to him lost any idea what is going on. They are screaming on him non-stop. Threatened with cops. There is no way to understand or say anything. I seen he was shocked completely. My friend still shaking even today. I don't know how those people planning to do business with such attitude and "service" but I will never go there again, and will not advise anyone.

Good staff, treated unprofessionally and rudely for a return by management

I frequently visit the Pick-n-Pulls for used parts to keep our fleet of cars running. The prices are good and the staff is great.

I went in looking for a the sprinter van bumper. They told me to wait, After they helped ten+ people, The lady who told me she would look turned around and walked away. After helping another 7 customers Another employee told me they don't even have those. Thanks for ignoring me for fifteen minutes and wasting my time.

Cleanest junkyard I've ever been to. Maybe even the best. Staff is great, unless you have horrid social skills. Customers, on the other hand, rip apart cars like backyard mechanics. So, look at their site/inventory and go early when a vehicle arrives. Have seen bumpers torn apart because some knucklehead would rather rip off a mud guard instead of unscrewing three screws...

As a total one-off customer, I thought it was a good experience. Didn't know what to expect going in but staff was helpful and pleasant. Love that the website has the inventory the way it goes. Got what we needed to fix our 2011 Hyundai Elantra, thank you. I also tried to call first like a few other people mentioned. They didn't answer the phone. I don't know my job is the same. We don't really answer the phone that well. it's a golf course and we get a million phone calls with people asking extremely detailed questions and you have customer in your face actually paying. I think it is a crap shoot about if the part is there after a few days. Luckily they had 4 old Hyundai Elantras on hand.

I called and was put on hold. Waited 15 minutes, hung up and called back to ask two questions which are: 1. what is the expected wait time on hold? The lady on the phone answered my question with, “ Well, it’s gonna be longer and longer if you just keep on hanging up and calling back” And immediately put me on hold again. 2. What is the best time to call so that I don’t have to wait on hold? I never got to ask the second question. I called back five additional times and they would not answer my question. They kept on just putting me on hold. Terrible Customer service. Would highly recommend going somewhere else if you can. also would recommend to management to provide better training on customer service for anyone dealing with customers as this lady clearly doesnt care about customer service.

I've only been coming here for 2 years and somehow I was mistaking for someone else thats been coming here for years. This place is not what I expected in terms of customer service. I had accidentally brought my parts in by accident because it was going to be my core. But the rude cashier treated me like I was a thief. Talking about respect your elders she didn't care who you were and how old you were. I came back to get my alternator the next day and said it was thrown away. Now I dont think there is a law that saids they can keep your parts. At least give me a benefit of the doubt because they didn't do their job by checking customers.bag and could've prevented this from happening. I was coming here every weekend but now I will look elsewhere that will appreciate my business. I dont care care how far I have to travel but at least I will not be profiled or mistreated unfairly for giving them my business. I feel really frustrated with the manager because she didn't want to hear my side of the story. I gues I know who was training the employees about customer service because they suck at it as a paying customer we dont want to come here for that. I hope someone realize the damage that their managers are chasing customers away

I am a grown adult woman, with MULTIPLE visible tattoos, 10 visible facial piercings; I am clearly an adult, I had forgotten my ID and the lady at the front denied me entry, even though the other men were NOT asked to show their ID, I was singled out and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

The staff here are all sweet and awesome, first off. Super stress free experience overall. I came in because I saw a 2013 Kia Forte, and I needed to replace a couple parts on my 2011. Had all the parts I needed, at a MUCH fairer price than the auto parts stores. Quick, easy stress free experience.

Way over priced for junk parts. Same price for a beat up plastic bumper as a new one would cost. And could not take my son out to help but a dog in a stroller is fine to be out there.

I thought the reviews weren't that bad and paid the price, I ended up just like every one else in the reviews paying for far more than I should have for used parts that were cheaper online and having to pull them off myself. The experience of going to the scrap yard was great though and the staff were nice, I just don't think there is any world were their prices are justified.

Picked-N-Pulled just about everything I needed to get my brand spanking new 1995 minivan lookin as beautiful as any fresh off the lot Maserati. On a serious note, the staff was fun to hang out with and the parts I needed were present. I called ahead and asked about a car, they said they had one and when I got there I found it to be true. That being said, they thought my part may not be there as said car was on the lot for a while. I went anyway, and it was there! So be sure to check for yourself if you can.

The staff here is wonderful and very friendly. I needed a replacement hood for a relatively uncommon car. I'm very appreciative of the staff as they were able to confirm they had one in my color and check that it was in good condition for me ahead of time - as I would have to drive several hours to come get it. Parts pricing was very good, and the yard is pretty big, so the selection of cars is pretty good as well! Pulling the part and paying was quick and painless. Make sure to bring your own tools as you will be pulling parts yourself. :)

As a first timer, and doing my first window harvest solo, I KNOW people like me can probably be annoying to seasoned vets of the junk yard scene. I live in Seattle, my window got busted out, I'm incredibly financially challenged at the moment, and all I needed was a little encouragement and good advice. They were awesome to me! BRING YOUR OWN TOOLS

Worst experience I've ever had at a salvage yard. It starts with having to to deal with the snarky comments and rude attitude from all of the staff except for one. For example I was done for the day and walked in to the building to pay, they asked me what I was still doing in the yard since they already closed, but online and the time on the door said thet I still had over 30 minutes until they actually closed. Then I asked to pay for my stuff to leave and they asked me to leave what I found at the register to come back in the morning and pay. When I insisted to pay they got annoyed and finally checked me out. After returning the next day to get the engine block that I needed I found out that they are severely overpriced, mostly due to the fact that they only sell items in bulk. Like they will not itemized items on the engine assembly they will only sell you the entire engine whether or not you are leaving with the accessories on their list or sell you just the brake booster, they also charge you for the brake master cylinder. Then after having to rent the chain hoist, you quickly realize that the cars are too close together to steer it between the rows without damaging another vehicle. Then one of the tires on the chain hoist bent while I was lifting a 4 cylinder engine, causing me to almost throw my back out due to it being near impossible to return to the entrance. Therefore I lost my money, because they rented me inadequate equipment. Then after buying my overpriced engine and transmission they opened the gate to allow me to load it into my truck, but before I was able to finish loading all of my tools, odds and ends, they closed the gate on me. If it wasn't for the only competent worker at the Pick-n-Pull that day, she noticed what happened and opened the gate to allow me to finish loading my truck, I would have had to take two to three trips back through the store to finish loading my truck. All and all I'd rather wait for online shipping from sketchy online websites than to ever have to go back to this Pick-n-Pull.

July 14, 2024 I come to pick-n-pull in Lynnwood, I haven’t come here for a while. Admission fee went up two dollar. Last time I was paid $1. So everything is changed I didn’t know about it. So I asked the white guy at the counter about the pass, he didn’t give me a friendly answer but He insult me. Because I’m not same color skin like him. I think we are the same person it’s No different, it should Treat the same

Have yet to find a car yard where the workers are actually nice or have any respect for anybody. I live over 100 miles away talking about “we can’t tell you what the car has left you gotta come look”… what ? It’s really not hard to tell me if a car has a BUMPER on it. Why does this company have an option to check up to 500 miles away if you can’t even ask if it’s got something on it still. I’m not asking about some random item under the hood. It’s a BUMPER. Weird ways to run a business

Parts pricing is a little crazy for having to pull it yourself and no guarantee anything works. But the staff here is way better and nicer then the one in smokey point and the yard Is a lot bigger with more variety

Really really awful customer service and shady business practices. Decided all of the items I purchased were not returnable after I had paid for them. I don't think that is legal. Place is a ripoff anyways they want nearly ebay prices for their untested and apparently non returnable parts. The employees are fairly uneducated in their field. They'll charge you for different parts that you're not purchasing because they don't know what they're looking at and don't bother to ask. If your looking for doors or cabs or glass for 89-95 toyota pickups, go to another yard, these idiots think they have airbags in them and crush the cab before putting them into the yard.

Super friendly staff! So many cars available to pull parts from. Bring your own tools - currently $3 per person to enter. Pull your own parts and pay on your way out. We've found so many little parts to repair on our Toyota Pickup! Treasure hunting at its best!

Somehow today was the pick of the years for me, the staff admitted they were short staffed and busy but never showed it. Everyone was more than helpful and understanding as I was working on a big haul. I came to Oregon for a car here and the outstanding customer service rewarded it. (You get what you put into it, and the regulars I watched banter with the staff working today demonstrated that)

The people here are very helpful and the prices are generally very reasonable. Be aware that you need to bring your own tools and remove the parts yourself. Not too difficult if you know what you are doing and this keeps the prices low. Be sure to join the (free) tool club for additional discounts.

Just spent about 2 hours pulling a engine to be kicked out and not able to purchase the engine after pulling it all because the worker In the front of the office was not clear about a hoist deposit. Even after saying I'm sorry I was not advised about that and the employees seen me grab the hiost the main guy out the office just decides to not sell me anything what a way to waist my time because your not happy today I try and call the police but they won't do anything pick n pull is shady for that

For those who still know what a wrench is. It's a good resource. And I said to the wife. It's not much bigger than a Match box car. Can I have it huh, can I, can I. If someone doesn't than into the yard with it . And you know what happens then . They fork it, people jump on it and then they CRUSH IT. Gone for ever and ever. Post script; it's gone out the door to a new home and just hopefully many happy new years. Bringing plenty of memories and miles to be seen
