Most tow companies go through your vehicle and take what they want, but NOT THIS ONE. The gentleman was very helpful, even shared a few laughs with him. He made sure to roll up windows on my vehicle so it didn’t rain inside it and NOTHING WAS MISSING!
My car would not start in my garage, and needed a jump start. Rescue is located 2 1/2 from my home, in the same town. Guy jumped my car, was here all of 10 MINUTES. I was not stranded in the middle of nowhere, and I didn't require a tow. I was charged $150, which I paid in cash. I call that price gouging, but you be the judge. If I could rate zero stars, I would. Be forewarned.
My daughter's car was towed and they worked with her to get it out. These people are very good pepole. They are very good at their job. Will use them again in the future.
I have a 2002 Mercedes CLK430K, I have been having some issues with it and last Sunday I was coming back from Monroe and it started acting up. I ended up pulling off of HWY 2 and decided to take the back roads home. My car flashed some "warning" code and I had to pull off to the side of the road. I looked on line and called Rescue Towing. They were super nice and showed up in about 20 minutes and he knew I had to have my car trailered instead of a regular tow. Great service and super fast. Was worth every penny! Thank you so much for your rescue!
Very bad business, not professional, they charge $250, we agreed, but when we want to pay for the services, they said they only accept cash, my driver did not have any cash with him, w ask them if they can accept payment over the phone, zelle, cash app, paypal, they refused and they wanted to take our truck away... Somebody helped us with the cash so we paid them. They did the job, thats ok, but we are in the 2021, he should have multiples ways to get paid.
My son paid 150.00 to tow a couple of blocks,if he wants a receipt that would be 67.00 if he paid him 200.00 that comes with a receipt Not a good business
$250 dollars to hauling a car for 6 miles and no receipt, I was gonna pay with my debit card and the man told me it was gonna be a lot more, so had to pay $250 dollar cash

I donate my time and knowledge to an organization that helps single mothers or fathers with a donated automobiles to needy families that can't afford the automobile itself but will gladly accept the donated transportation from anyone but I STRONGLY THINK I REMEMBER THIS SMALL LITTLE TOWING COMPANY DONATED 2 OR 3 RUNNING AUTOMOBILES TO MY ORGANIZATION FOR THE NEEDY OF RUNNING AUTOMOBILES OR TRANSPORTATION AND I WANT TO THANK RESCUE TOWING FOR DOING SUCH A NOBLE GESTURE AND HELPING OUT SOMEONE IN NEED INSTEAD OF SELLING FOR A CASH PROFIT THEY BLESSED THESE FAMILIES BY GIVING!! HOPEFULLY THEY RE ABLE TO ASSIST A COUPLE MORE AUTOMOBILES THIS WEEK IF POSSIBLE? ILL CHECK IN YOU GUYS ON THE 17TH OF THIS MONTH AND SEE WHAT IS GOING ON? AGAIN, THANKS AGAIN FOR YOUR LAST DONATION, YOUR IN OUR HEARTS AND PRAYERS!!

TOTAL RIPOFF! Charged my son over $900 for a tow and they "impounded "it when we had never even contacted them or authorized them to tow the vehicle. My son had actually called our insurance right after the accident.. insurance company contacted a DIFFERENT tow truck company come to tow his vehicle (which he had paid for) nobody knew where the car went when OUR tow truck came and it was gone, even police department didn't know! Eventually police discovered that this place took his vehicle. There was no record of the police department ordering a tow, the officer at the scene was aware that insurance company contacted tow and had been dispatched to pick up the vehicle.. When my son went to this place, he saw the guy erase the amount that had been written in pencil on the paperwork ($300) and change the price to over $900! Completely dishonest business! DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR BUSINESS!!
