Called Dick’s Towing after my insurance company’s “road side” service left me hanging for 2 hours. I should have known better and called Dick’s Towing immediately because I have always heard good things about them. They responded promptly and efficiently. And if I need service in the future, they will be the first that I call. Thank you!
I’d give zero stars if I could. From the original phone call not being accurate in time or services requested. to the last 3 calls that were never returned after ending the call with “we will get back to you within 24 hours.” I finally went into the business in person and still did not get a full refund. Talking to all the receptionists you could tell the business is full of narcissistic behavior clearly passed down from the boss. Would not recommend this location to anyone from my personal experience.
Dicks Towing was quick to respond when my Ridgeline broke down on US HWY. They were prompt, professional and priced right. Josh did an amazing job getting my rig loaded safely on a busy highway. Thanks again!
You gotta pay the price I payed like 200 for 15 miles which is pretty good but my driver Chris made my terrible day better, getting to me quick, he makes good conversation and most importantly does his job great and makes sure his customers comfortability comes first. Definitely recommend this company they made it so quick and easy without all of the other talk.
Dylan was friendly and made me feel comfortable for the entire experience. He called to let me know he was on the way, when he got there he just needed the keys from me, and the rest was taken care of safely, professionally, and quickly. Hope I don’t need them again, but will be my first call if I do.
I was stuck on the side of I-5 with a broken trailer. The truck arrived with in 30 minutes and it took him maybe another 30 minutes to get it loaded up. The driver was super friendly and did an awesome job of making sure to not damage the trailer while loading.
Great service. Great communication. I have a 67 Ford Galaxie 500 and he knew exactly how to handle it so there’s no damage. It was done safely and in good time.
The tow truck driver that came to help us was AMAZING. She handled everything quickly, efficiently, and with ease.
Called the dispatcher yesterday for a non-urgent tow for today. Dispatcher was easy to communicate with and scheduled us no problem. Communication day of was clear and efficient.

My wife was hit by a dui driver and vehicle got towed by Dicks to there yard. We went to retrieve belongings and there were a few workers floating around but we had to wait for a special driver to unlock the gate. Then when we came to get the car with a tow truck the same thing happened people everywhere but had to wait for a driver. The accident in no way was our fault and yet we felt no sense of urgency to help us get our vehicle released or our belongings. We had to pay extra to our tow company because he was held up waiting for someone to come open the gate. It made us feel like we were the bad guys picking up our totalled car. On top of that they gave us a report that says the keys were with car but none of them knew were the keys were. We were already dealing with a traumatizing experience and then this kind of service on top was just to much.
Excellent service for sure. I was stranded at night on the side of a highway, and they answered my call. Operator was pleasant and efficient. Took great care not to damage my truck further. In Snohomish County

I really appreciated my driver Chris. Very friendly and empathetic, seemed genuinely concerned about my situation. He made sure my daughter and I were comfortable in his cab on the ride home. His suggestions on what failed on my vehicle were accurate as well, and I've since gotten the repairs done.
Cons:
1. Price was ridiculous. Nearly $180 to go 0.8 miles.
2. The tow truck itself was breaking down on the short drive to my house.
Considering these cons, I've deducted a whole star each. If you're going to charge exorbitant rates, make sure your equipment is up to snuff.
I had a flat tire and needed assistance putting on the spare. They sent Jerry to come help me. He was very friendly and efficient! Dicks towing was great and affordable, highly recommend!
The guy who winched the vehicle out of 10 in of snow knew what he was doing and did the job. When I got the bill a couple hours later, I had questions about the number of hours they were charging for, so I called the office for clarifications. The customer rep who answered the phone is the reason why I am giving 4 stars instead of 5. He was extremely rude to me and yelled at me, even lied about the agreed terms upon hiring them. Fortunately, the owner contacted me right away to explain the bill to me and was super professional and civil, just as I was expecting when I called the office. I am very glad to have my faith in humanity restored as I can really tell the owners do care about providing a good service. She is the main reason why I can still recommend this company and will consider using it in the future for my own needs.
The dispatcher was kind and professional, not to mention knowledgeable about where I was (when I wasn't) and how far away I was to a dealership. Her Estimate on the tow was like $4 more than what it turned out to be. Greg was my driver, again professional, and I felt like I could trust him with my family (sorry but some tow truck drivers I have had in the past I couldn't say that about). I use to look around for a tow company now I have one that I can trust. Thank you Dick, you have built a real asset for your community, keep up the great work.
The lady who answered and greeted me was friendly, expeditious and friendly.
Mike, the driver/operator, got here in the time slot I was told. He worked his _SS off while taking good care not to harm my car. Mike was also friendly and expeditious.

Showed up quick, and got the job done without any issues even though it was a 24k lb army truck.

Call triple-a for service and it would have been 6 hours called Dick's towing. And they were there in about 40 minutes. Tops polite, very knowledgeable took good care of us. I would recommend them any time. And every.
Time and they also give you a receipt , so you can be reimbursed by aaa if you have it
