I have always loved O’Reilly. The locations have knowledgeable employees who are always willing to help. I routinely visit your Edmonds location and David was most helpful today when I needed a bulb for a turn signal. It’s comforting to know that good customer service still exists! Thank you !

The O' Reilly in Edmonds customer service was exceptional. I came in to get my battery charged and and it took a while because I had drained my battery pretty well but the gentlemen let me wait inside to stay warm and updated me often on the status of my battery. He did a phenomenal job of not making feel stupid due to my lack of knowledge on cars. Although this location is 20-25 minutes away from where I live and work I will continue to come to this location and look forward to my next time stopping by.

Super grateful I could recycle an empty oil bottle and filter, and that they did a check engine light diagnostic for free. What bugs me is they generated a quote for the part I needed that is 5 to 6 times more expensive than what I found online... the staff member assured me the quote was competitively priced! I certainly will be cautious and reticent to do business with this business that aggressively marks up their products like that!

One of my headlights were out and I needed it replaced. I’m not a car geek so I went in to ask if they could help identify what type of model the light was and help me replace it. Upon entering and asking for help with this, one worker rolled her eyes and was visibly annoyed with my request. Yes, I get it’s cold out but cmon it should only take a few minutes. She took one look into the light fixture without taking the bulb out to properly identify it and said “ we don’t change these types of bulbs but you can get it done down the street for ~$100.” I return home and look up a simple YouTube vid. The right bulb was $7.00. I get it people make mistakes and that’s ok. But the fact they were visibly annoyed my request and then tell me the wrong thing makes me feel bad enough to where I have no choice but to leave a negative review.

Very helpful employees. They helped me with reading a check engine code and then loaned me the one metric wrench I needed instead of making me buy a whole set. When I was done with my little repair, they also cleared the check engine code. Super helpful!

I had to return some parts I purchased quite a while ago, thought it might be a hassle, if not impossible, but Jessica made it a breeze. Very pleasant to work with!

I cannot thank assistant manager Jacob enough for the high quality customer service this morning! I am an on call worker and rely heavily on my car, so I was a bit out of sorts when my car battery wasn't working this morning. Jacob helped me pick out the correct battery for my car, supplied me with the tools to replace it on site, and offered to come out to check on me once the other employee arrived for the day. He came outside in the pouring rain and got completely soaked to help me secure the new battery. It was an incredibly kind gesture and I will definitely be a returning customer in the future!

Libby was absolutely an All ⭐ Star, She knows her job & was very helpful w putting my wipers & Light bulbs on No Problemo... I highly recommend these guys! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Been a long time customer and have their rewards program. Wife got stuck as the alternator died, it was a lifetime unit bought 100,000 miles ago, they swapped it out, easy and fast. The folks are polite and as I observed, treated everyone professionally and politely. Will be back as it is my go to auto parts store.

Best service and employees. After stopping in the store North finding an employee could not have cared less. I drove to the Edmonds location where I met Libbie. This girl knows her stuff. She was kind, funny and helped me with my battery. She's awesome! Thank you.

This store located in Edmonds was awesome !!! I want to give a shout out to Harry for helping me add oil in my engine even though it was pouring rain outside. I recommend coming here for all of your car needs. 10/10. !!!!

Not a good experince...ordered parts for oil change. Only thing that was correct was oil and collection basin. Oil filter was wrong size as were drain plugs washer. The air filter was wrong...replacement filter was also wrong. After multiple trips to two stores got refunded...went to Honda and got correct parts immediately. A bizarre happening. Hard to believe that parts coding could be so wrong.

I haven't been to this location, however I have shopped at O'Reillys multiple times over the years. When it comes to anything that is related to a car, there is always only one place that comes to mind. That's O'Reilly's. Just about anything one could ever possibly need. Including check engine light diagnostics and battery/used fluid swaps. helpful staff who know how to help. I always do my automotive business at O'Reillys. Love it for everything.

Great service. Damon replaced both my headlight bulbs... I've been in the Hospitality industry for years and his service attitude is 5 star!! He deserves a bonus. I'll be returning for other auto needs. Great job Damon!!!

SUPER NICE guys!! my husband and I were in a few nights ago a couple times and James and his manager who wore a Texans beanie were so cool and nice. We didn’t need much help because we knew what we needed but we enjoyed the laughs and great customer service. will definitely come to this location from now on!

I really like this location, the staff seems like they are always willing to help and they tend to have a good stock of parts. There are a couple of guys that really seem to know their stuff which is always helpful. I think it was James that helped me last time and really seemd to put the extra effort in to help figure out what I needed. Keep up the good works guys!

I been to this location for the past 2 years amazing GM always loved to hear all his car storys in the past great Manager! I'm a bussiness owner of a roadside company and today I was told I couldn't return my part because it looked "sketchy" ?!? I've never heard this policy before? Leslie the assistant manager cared less and sent me off my way!

I am giving this location 1 star due to the lack of customer service that I received from Alex. I went in to purchase a few items and he just pointed in a general direction with a vague description of what to look for. I have been going to other O'Reillys locations for years and have always had a good experience. Not everyone knows about car parts and need help finding the right items. Normally the staff are happy to not only help you find the correct items but install it as well. Well, alex couldn't be bothered to even come out from behind the counter and acted annoyed when I asked him to help me find what I needed. He was rude my entire time there and I won't return to that location due to his attitude.

NSX Cleaning Services looks embarrassing and unprofessional using his company's official account to leave a sad review. I'm sure whatever he asked for help wasn't allowed like changing battery terminals. You guys are doing awesome!! People forget you're an auto parts store and not a mechanic's shop

this store is the best by far and what's making it great is the amazing team : Ken the store manager :very knowledgeable and super helpful, he trained his staff properly ... Tyler is fast and focused , great with the clients . All this guys do go the extra mile to help , I have a commercial account and I did chose this store for a reason... trust me you will never be disappointed with this guys . Steve is the kind of guy that will be off the clock on his way out and still help out if needed . thank you Ken and the team : you are amazing!

We had trouble with our car starting and we went to see if we needed a new battery. Kyle helped us, checked our battery and alternator. All was good, we probably need to have the car checked over for a battery leak. Kyle was so kind, listened (without interrupting) polite, and extremely helpful. The care of us and our car problem was outstanding.

Store staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about necessary repairs and parts. They have a moderate but typical selection of aftermarket and oem parts for a good variety of vehicles. This site will recycle auto batteries, and takes used oil for recycling as well. Prices are standard for the chain shops, but regular specials for oil change kits are what I would call a good deal. Definitely not going to find any incredible deals, but they can order you needed specialty parts as well. My single complaint, and it a very minor one, is that they often try to sell specialty greases to go with parts you're buying and these are entirely unnecessary, but they won't tell you that.

I know very little about cars but am not afraid to ask questions. ALL of the staff here has been very polite and helpful with every stop. When I mistakenly thought I could put on some wiperblades that were attached to the car with what looked like a rubics cube. I took them back a couple of weeks later and the young guy behind the counter immediately came out to put them on when I explained I was lost. They had made the same offer when I purchased the blades but I thought I could manage. Anyway, the men and women there have been nice.

My car died Christmas eve. I later went and bought a new battery from this place. I wasn't even sure if they gave me the right battery as it was half the size of mine. I asked if it turned out not to be the battery if I could bring it back for a return. They said yes and if I keep it I could bring in the old one and get $15.00 back. It turned out to be the alternator and my original battery was fine. I went to return the new battery and they took the battery back but would not give me a dime for it. It will be difficult as they seem to have a monopoly on auto parts. But I will do my best never to buy anything from any of their stores again.
