Wish I could give it a 0 star review. I manage an auto repair facility in the greater Seattle area. Recently one of their drivers picked up a vehicle from my place of business and not only did it take almost an hour to load the vehicle, but once it was loaded and he was driving away, the driver started to cat call one of the neighbor women business owners. I would never let this company pick up a vehicle let alone trust one of their drivers near my wife or sister and feel safe. The fact that this company will hire that type of person is astonishing.

I had a tire dilemma on the Mountain Loop Road. AAA couldn’t help, and no other assistance from anyone was available. I contacted this towing service and while they couldn’t help either, Adam did everything possible to find someone who could. We broke down on the side of the road and didn't know what the issue was, our car kept dying while driving, it took them a little bit to show up, but once they arrived they took a look themselves and gave us a lot of useful information on the issue, they did the job quick and offered a lot of advice, definitely calling these guys again if i find myself in a pinch.

These guys are a godsend! My friend hit a curb when we were having trying to have good Day on memorial Day and we thought we were screwed. We were expecting to have the car towed and taken to a shop in Mukilteo, when we had to go across the ferry to Whidbey island. Miraculously, these guys came, on memorial Day when no shops were open and told us we had a spare tire and fixed then and there. If I could give more stars I would. We went out to a vehicle that would not start in the driveway. Not the funnest of things to deal with but we called Safety Auto Towing and Adam told us he would get us taken care of. He let us know it would be latter in the day before he could get there and kept us updated throughout the day.

Would absolutely recommend this service. We called Safety Auto Towing at 10pm and the truck came out within about a half hour. The operator, Adam, was friendly and very kind to us. We had planned to have our car towed to our apartment then would have found a way to get it to a mechanic in the morning. Adam offered to do the repairs on our car as well and save us a second tow. We said yes and he let us know that he would have a quote in the morning. We had already called an Uber for a ride home, but he waited until our ride showed up to make sure we would get home safely.
The next day, Adam had our quote, ordered the part (alternator), and had it installed/the car ready for pick-up by 6pm. His prices were quite comparable and this company could not be beat for reliability and professionalism. Of note, even after we had paid for service, this guy was still fixing things on our car. My armrest closes and my trunk opens now, free of charge. Many thanks to Adam and everybody who was involved in fixing our car. You are all so gracious and really helped us during a stressful week.
These guys were great! Blew a tire on my 32 ft horse trailer with my horse in it hours from home. Came out in less then 30 min fixed my tired and I was back on the road.
