Ripoff place. They charge you $3 to get in but they dont even have wheel barrels and the 2 they have dont work. Wanted tripple the price of a fuse box $140 that i pulled myself and wanted to charge extra for every fuse and relay. Save your time and buy online delivered to your door new. This place is going down for sure

Zero stars if it were possible. This establishment has implemented a set of rules so extreme that even a prison wouldn’t enforce them. Meanwhile, people openly come and go causing damage, stealing, and creating chaos—yet as an honest customer genuinely trying to follow their procedures, I was met with resistance at every single step. The issue isn’t just the rules; it’s the staff. Their behavior, demeanor, and communication are completely unacceptable. Communication is practically nonexistent, and basic customer service is clearly not a priority. I understand this is a junkyard—but that is not an excuse to abandon professionalism or basic human decency. You are operating a business, standing behind a counter, and accepting money. That alone should come with a minimum standard of respect. This place needs significant improvement—across management, staff training, and customer relations. If ownership wants to understand what a functional operation looks like, I suggest visiting other junkyards. The difference is night and day.

Sold a car to them and less then forgot a pair of sunglasses in. Less than 24 hours later to see if I could grab them and they wouldn't give them back.

Nice, very friendly, and helpful !nothing like the Lynnwood location! I highly recommend going to the Arlington yard....

Staff is very friendly and outgoing. As soon as I checked in I was asked if I needed assistance finding a specific vehicle. I was given the information and was on my way. One of the few Pick-N-Pulls with outgoing staff.

Great location for replacement parts. Found a similar Subaru and grabbed what we needed. Easy to work with and easy to work on the cars. Great pricing too!

After I got all my parts I went to the counter the it was more expensive then if I ordered the parts and shipped to my door. Also they charged a core fee for everything I got. They won’t be getting my business ever again

After spending all day pulling parts in the rain, they wanted to charge me $260 for a rusty 40 year old crossmember and the older counter woman started to argue because she didn’t understand the difference between a lower control arm and a swaybar. Walked out without getting anything i pulled.

What a disappointment and how far downhill this place has come. It used to be about great deals. After I drove all the way there, paid a fee to get in the door, and found and pulled the part myself, they tried to charge me TWICE the retail value of the part. That's right, they wanted $122 for a part I could get for $67 online including shipping. What happened to this place? What a complete rip-off. Never going back and no one else should either.

$6 entry for 2 people. We went there and took out two door handles and spent nearly two hours to gently remove them both just for this location to to charge us over $40 for 2 door handles when its less than $27 online for all 4 new. More expensive than what seems logical.

They've been a lot better recently. If you look kinda young they will ask for ID. There is a $6 entry fee so I'd recommend check their website for inventory and part prices. Parts prices are meh.. but still a lot cheaper than most places. Hours state they close at 6PM however they don't let people in after 5pm which is very misleading. All cars are on wheels and on concrete floor making it easy to pull parts. Cars are frequently being replaced with newer junked cars.

If I could leave a lower review of 0 stars. I would this place has gotten absolutely outrageous. They charge you a $2 fee to get into the reckoned yard. Then they charge you corcharge fee on all parts. Then they should want to charge you for the part itself. And now they're charging you a warranty fee. So A simple blower motor that Would cost normally twenty bucks at other wrecking This is outrageous. I will never do business with this company again. Not to mention, I find that their staff is quite rude. When I go and their warranty is a joke, they will exchange the part for another part. If they have it, they will never return your money. And I'm going to talk about real momentarily. I had a friend that had a transmission that he bought from them. We installed it. The transmission turned out to be garbage and all they would do is give him a voucher card for the replacement cost of that transmission or or another transmission. And when he finally decided to use the voucher card. It was expired so they screwed a mat of his three hundred bucks

The crew has always been helpful in the years I have come here. I came in recently to get a radiator and had the normal banter at the counter with one of the employees. Upon leaving I was approached outside by the manager Joe Pedroza. He proceeded to apologize for the counter persons attitude. I was confused and explained that I have been coming here for years and I love these women and their attitude was absolutely wonderful and I had no complaints. I was completely embarrassed for this employee because she did nothing wrong and he kept insisting that she shouldn't talk to customers the way she talked to me. I am still confused because all she did was talk to me like I was a friend. I would have given the location 5 stars but what kind of manager is going to go out of their way to shit talk an employee to a customer and then disagree with the customer and try to convince them that they don't need employees like that working there. Personally I think pick n pull 100% needs people like her and not managers like him. Stepping on good employees to build yourself up is one of my triggers. I was always told to keep it to yourself if you can't say something nice but this has been eating at me. Do better choosing management pick n pull.

This yard has went down hill drastically. Parts are expensive inventory is all over. The lady's that have taken over the front are rude over charge you on stuff that you can easily find on craigslist or marketplace already pulled and probably in much better shape. Or even brand new from a parts store. There used car prices are ridiculous. They have taken out all of the engine hoist. You have to find a away to drop transmissions or any heavy part on the ground and drag it out. Service like this I don't see them staying around much longer. Edit: update changed my ratings from one to 3 star. Counter people were much nicer and more helpful then previous visits. Still have to find a way to drop transmissions. The engine hoists and wheel barrows are there. Pricing is still high but I dont see that going down with todays economy.

LOL how many places have eight 1-star consecutive reviews. Go somewhere else, kings. I won’t even call the service their ‘bad customer service’. It feels like they’re just looking for outlets to be sassy and spit venom at you. Someone go buy them some coffee and donuts because dam.

The white lady at the front desk is extremely racist and disrespectful. She has short dirty blonde hair and blue eyes. I heard her harassing customers on the phone and she was being rude to an old man who needed assistance. She asked for my ID because she said I look under 26, but on the website it says 16 years or older can come inside. I clearly look over 16 and I happened to not have my ID so I offered to show a picture and she said she would not let me in with a picture of it. Since when do they discriminate on age? I have never gone to a junk yard that asks for an ID , this isn’t a club? I will be taking my situation and escalating it to corporate. She clearly doesn’t want to be there and when I tired reporting her the other ladies at this location did nothing about it. Very unprofessional and unkind.

Extremely rude customer service . The white lady at the front desk was extremely disrespectful and dismissive. She said I looked underage and continued to ID me and I did not have my ID at hand so I offered to show her a picture. She cut me off immediately and she there is no way she would let me in without a physical ID. A kind old man behind me was asking why she needed my ID because they have never asked for it at that place. She continued to state how I looked under 26 and I would not be allowed in. Do not come here if you want to avoid being harassed.

Went in to pull a couple spoilers off some Nissan pathfinders, $75 for two, they usually sell for $120$-150 a piece on eBay. I’ve seen the reviews of this place and cringed when I approached the doorway but it wasn’t all that bad. As soon as you walk in you sign in at the tablet and then proceed to the back exit to enter the yard, they have portapotties - the bathrooms inside are employeees only. Just go get your parts, come back in and when you get to the counter tell them immediately what parts they are and how many cars you pulled them off - they need to find the parts in the system and let’s be honest - not everyone at the front desk is going to know what you have on the table - this reduces any unwanted sour behavior from employees. And lastly don’t expect a kiss on the cheek - which it appears some of you in the reviews expect… Go in - be clear - get out.

Mostly leaving this review because of their absolutely insane prices, often nearly the same price as new, no negotiation, $3 entry is annoying. $36 each for 25 year old plastic fender flares?? Have had a general repeated poor experience here. I recommend going to Canada for far better prices, no entry cost, better selection, much more helpful staff, negotiation, and an overall better experience.

I am extremely frustrated with the service. The associates here are consistently unhelpful and downright unwilling to assist in any way. I've been in several situations with broken-down cars where I've needed just a little help, and they refused to do anything—even something as simple as looking out the door for me. My most recent experience was the worst yet. I was stranded and needed to take an Uber to get there. Despite their posted closing time being 6 PM, I arrived just after 5:30 PM, only to be turned away at the door. They wouldn't even let me in, leaving me with no choice but to walk miles back. What exactly happens between 5:30 and 6 PM that they can't let a paying customer in? It's infuriating and completely unacceptable. I won't be coming back here and would advise others to avoid this place as well. If you're looking for any semblance of customer service, this is not the place to find it.

Cashier attendant was awesome. She gave my husband and I both a bottle of cold water. Without having to ask she knew we were in need of a drink. Very very hot day. Thought it was great to see she cared for her customers. Keep you the great customer service.

Love coming here to walk around for excerise and look at the cars but the staff is generally rude and the prices are crazy. Could probably buy most the parts for cheaper brand new and not have to remove them. Only some parts have good pricing

Great Customer service and reasonable prices if you have the knowledge to pull your own parts!

Super easy and the people are nice. Resonable prices! Got a window for 20 bucks. Their website is a little confusing. I couldn't find a price for just a window and I was expecting to pay 40 bucks.

Nice people big yard, I came to get a spare and found one that fits my minivan. Didn't take me too long and they let me borrow the tool to remove it. I'll be coming back to sell them my truck that I'm junking. They know the procedure and told me exactly what I needed to do, all the documents required and even gave me a quote for how much they'll give me for it. All I need to do is sign the title and schedule the pickup time. They also give veterans discounts, 10%

This to me is just a fun place to go and tinker around. I used to build engins and transmissions he'll rebuild whole cars from these places long time ago before on board computers got put all over every rig. For literally every system it's just not worth the money but still fun to go here with friends to see what is new and maybe there in need of a part

Went in on half price weekend. Really good inventory selection, cars are not overly picked. 2 bucks to get in, 1 dollar if you join their loyalty program (free). Only "downside" would be their staff demeanor, but come on. You are getting killer deals on parts. Get what you pay for? Not a big enough issue to keep me away.
