My motorcycle got a flat due to a nail while a long way from home and I needed to get to the mechanic for a new tire. After calling around, Will quoted me a great price and provided speedy, expert service. Very friendly and helpful.
Our truck died on the road, TDD was there within the timeframe quoted; and gave some suggestions for trying to start our truck before hooking up to tow. Definitely recommend.
I work at an automotive repair shop, so I'm constantly having to deal with tow-ins and tow truck drivers. A lot of the drivers that come through, you "cringe" when your own customers are having to deal with them.
My Jeep happened to break down on the side of the highway near Oso. I called TDD Towing and they had a guy out to me very quickly, all things considered. They were able to get my rig towed back to my shop in Seattle in a very reasonable amount of time. The cost was also very reasonable.
I'm giving a special shout-out to their driver, Jesse, who had my heavily-modified/lifted Jeep picked up safely and off the side of the highway very efficiently. I rode with him in his tow truck back to my shop and I'd be confident with him talking to any of my own customers, if they were to ever need a tow.
This was the first time I have ever needed one of my own vehicles towed (freak aftermarket part failure in this case) and my first own towing experience was a fantastic one.

It was an absolute pleasure working with James at TDD Towing. He handled my baby (C8 Corvette) with care. We delayed the pickup of my car after advising me that I needed a took hook (installed on the car) to properly retrieve the car. I ordered the tow hook overnight and he picked up the next day.
I was stranded on Interstate 5 North of Arlington when i called TDD Towing. James, the owner, was in the middle of removing a vehicle from his own front yard. He stopped what he was doing to come and get me and tow me back to Arlington. I am 67 and it was the best vehicle breakdown experience i have ever had, and I've had a few.
