Needed a specific lug key adaptor to remove a flat tire and the lady working the counter had me squared away in no time. Both of the staff there were very friendly and I had nice little chat with both while making my purchase.
10/10, would visit again if in the area for any car part/tool needs.
Very friendly and convenient, i had a car jump off a trailer on the side of hwy 14 toby on his way home after work pulled over and helped get it back on the trailer took a couple hours He didnt know me from Adam.. i wont shop anywhere else for my car
Car cover that I bought does NOT protect from water. I specifically asked for a cover that will not allow water to get to the car. The man had to order one out of the Dalles. When I opened it, the strap that was supposed to be included was not there. Also, the cover did not keep the water out. It doesn't work! I certainly hope they take it back or they will be sued!!!!! Worthless
The employees of the store were so helpful.
Even the manager came out and helped get the belt back on the truck. We were thousands of miles from home and our alternator was under warranty and they honored our warranty from our home Napa store. What a blessing!
This is why we use Napa when possible.
After hiking a trailhead with no service, my car was hesitant to start. Tracy and Tom were both helpful and kind. Thank you for a shop with knowledge and incredible customer service. I wish I could do more than say thank you and write a Google review! Y’all saved my day!
These guys could use help managing their inventory. In the 10 minutes I was in the store, I witnessed three turned down sales. Two because "the computer says we have 1 in stock but its not on the shelf" and one because "they keep movin' stuff around on me on my days off... sorry boss."
One call in and two in person shoppers (myself included). Honest to God, this is exactly what I witnessed. I wanted to support local but these types of experiences make you think twice about driving into Washougal or Hood River where you might find a business that takes more pride in serving their customers.
Just got off the phone with"the new kid on the block" John,for a price check on parts. He was extremely polite and pleasant. His professionalism was obvious by the prompt (especially over the phone) service and knowledge of auto parts ect! Hats off to you John and also to Ricky who also knows his auto stuff. You guys deserve a raise and/or a huge steak dinner! Thanks again!
Over the years I've seen amazing crew members and crew that didn't know the difference btwn a car battery and a muffler. But stevenson napa finally has a decent crew back, Ricky and his team know what there doing and are truly helpful when it comes to getting the right parts or just generic questions
Was traveling, windshield wipers just not doing the job. Stopped at Napa in Stevenson and bought new wipers, they were on sale! A fine young man installed them for me, was super careful to be careful of my truck. Great Service! What a 100% perfect experience! Thank you Wilson's Napa in Stevenson!!
So helpful and kind when I needed help the most: My skid plate fell off driving through Stevenson and I called Stevenson NAPA seeing if they could help me or point me to a mechanic. There was a young employee who offered to help by going under my car and screwing in what was left (so it wouldn’t drag). This happened on Saturday, October 8, 2022 and I want to thank the friendly employees at NAPA Stevenson and the specific employee who’s kindness and caring was exemplary.
Came in earlier today to see about exchanging my AAA battery that was dead after not even two years of purchasing it in North Carolina. Andrew was great about checking the battery to make sure it was the battery and not some other problem with the car, but it was Toby who went above and beyond installing the battery into the car for me. I've never done any work on a car in my life and after seeing how difficult it was for him to get that battery out of there and the new one installed I was greatly impressed with his skills and knowledge of what to do because that battery was encaged into that car. It would had taken me hours to get that out of there because I probably would not have noticed the screws at the bottom holding it in. Toby's manner was very professional and kindhearted. I wish there were more young men like him in the world. Many Thanks For Your Help.

Every single time i get parts from this napa, i have to go back in and exchange because i was given the wrong part. If no stars were an option, that would be my selection..
Unfortunately a lot of times the parts/ items you're wanting are either not available and usually have to be ordered. Maybe not this particular location but other NAPA Stores are notorious for messing up on receiving the exact parts/ items that the local businesses are needing when they have customers waiting for their vehicles to be fixed.
I'd give him five stars but their parts prices are way too high and never buy an alternator from them

Never have what u need in stock, high prices. And 50/50 that u get the part u wanted. I save money and time just ordering my stuff off of Amazon now. Plus employees, never seems to know a alternator from a starter....best to avoid.
I am an Oregon resident and don’t want to pay tax in Washington (it’s still the law) but lazy Napa employee’s give the line there under investigation by the state and they can’t do that...Well guess what I have heard that BS for 3 years now. I’ll but my parts at an honest place because that’s what all this boils down too. HONESTY...... it’s important to some people it shows me this Napa is not afraid to give a line of bs if it makes their life easier.
Disappointing shop there if this behavior is acceptable to you, but it’s not to me.
Needed A LOT of 10-30 full synthetic, these guys happily hooked us up with 10 cases and when the job was done, they happily took back 5 cases that we didn't need after all. Great service! Got us back up and running and were total life savers!
The employees here are very friendly and very helpful. Patrick, Web, Aaron, Joe, Jesse and Mike all work as a team. If they don't have the part or item you're looking for in house, they will call the other Wilson NAPA stores to see if they do. If you need a hard to find part, they are great at that as well as special orders. They were able to find the part I needed for my car and it not cost me an arm and a leg.
