Not really sure how this company has such a high rating on google. I deal with columbia garbage so maybe its from their other company which is hood river disposal. Found that out when I was looking to change companies. I see that one person commented the garbage guys always put the lids back on the cans i am happy she has that experience mine through them into the wooded area. Right now is the rainy sseason so of course if the lids arnt put on then rain will get in the cans (not a big deal right) until u find out you are being double charged one month because there is a weight limit on your trash cans. I have two 32 gallon cans and i was told they were over the weight limit thats why my bill doubled. They said there is a weight limit for the safety of the crew because they have to lift the cans. Makes since to have rules in place but if you were that worried about your crew maybe get trucks that have the lift arms then your crew will be satisfied and so will your customers because they wont have to pay double for something out of there control last i checked i dont have a scale to weight my garbage i have 32 gallon cans like i was told to have.
We truly appreciate you. Thanks again for hauling away the refuse we generate in a clean and professional manner. We count on you and miss you when weather limits access.
The roads are bare, (we still can't drive in and out of our driveway, cause of ice and packed snow.)

If one wants to have the Xtra Service of being notified if there is to be delayed or cancellation service, I Highly suggest you move back to the City where perhaps those services might be available.

Our driver impressed me with his kindness. When our 78 year old neighbor lady walked down her driveway to chase down her wind-blown can & lid he got out of the truck and got them and brought them to her. What a blessing.
Today your driver emptied my garbage and rather than putting the can back where I had placed it for pick up he placed my can on the inside of my yard across the fence this insured that in the high wind today my can wouldn't blow down the street. He has done this in the past and I want to reach out and say how much I appreciate his thoughtfulness. I am handicapped and have had to chase the can down the street in the past and it is very difficult for me to retrieve the can when that happens. Cudos to your employee for taking the extra time to insure my can was secure after it was emptied. Please pass on a heartfelt thank you to my refuse collector.

Naomi the secretary has a hard time understanding addresses..she argues with you when you explain that she is assuming you are part of someone else's property..tried to explain that there are 2 separate legal addresses that she is not taking into account.
I am only legally responsibility to my address,not someone's else. She has lumped now 3 separate households into only 1 account. Sheez got nowhere with her waiting over an hour now for someone who might understand that there is three accounts here..
This company does not inform their customers of pick up delays. We were told we have to wait a week for service due to weather. Where are we supposed to put all the garbage. The roads are clear and they are picking up garbage around us.
