Daughter reversed into ditch the sheriff called these people to tow it out! Got the car back in 6 hours with a giant hole behind the back passenger seat. Have to go to small claims court to see how they did that. Poor car. Then they carged 870$ for 6. Hours in there tow yard…. So better find a honest towing company that don’t ruin your car and charge up the cost for there convince.!

The girl whom I talked to was cursing and quik to start an argument. Her aggressive Behavior is Very unprofessional and completely uncalled for.you would think working with state law enforcement this company wood be more professional

Carl's towing really came through when our car broke down over the long weekend. We initially called AAA for service and denied us service as they claimed to not have a tow truck available that day. We called Carl's and they were onsite within 20 min of booking and was extremely professional from beginning to end. Thank you again for the assistance and helping us alleviate a large headache quickly and effectively. Would highly recommend for anyone that needs a good tow service.

We lost our keys all the way out in the North Cascades. Daniel was amazing! He picked us up, was so kind, and gave a great recommendation for a locksmith!

Are family broke down with are three dogs around 10 at just on they outside of savi bank parking by the dumpster out of the way of all traffic with are three dogs we weren't able to get a ride home until around 4 hours later were went home to grab the part I needed to fix the truck ,got back around 5 o'clock after work the next day and carls towing had towed it they had a total of about 12 hours and wanted $668.00 and because it was now after 5 o'clock on Friday they wanted another $158.00 to get it out after hours $400.00 of that was because it was towed from a private land owner it was towed approximately 2 blocks or over 1200 to pick it up on Monday. we are locals just trying to get by like the rest of the people in these hard times is that really necessary? Does the private land owner get to keep the additional $400.00 dallors ? I asked is there any way you can work with me alittle on this bill we are on a very fixed income .when the very rude receptionist said nope that's the bill if you want your truck pay the bill ,I said when your next auction maybe it would be cheaper to try and get it then she said I don't think we're having one next month if you you can give me a 1000 dallors cash or 1200 if you use a card long story short leave your truck on the road and the staff at carls towing is something to be desired to say the least .I will say the guy working in the yard was very helpful and probably should get a raise i don't thinkntheres any shortage of funds tond someone else to tow your car. I took my grandkids to the park in Sedro Woolley and accidentally locked my keys in the trunk only to find the trunk release was not working in the car! Buddy from Carl’s Towing was dispatched and figured out a way to get into the trunk without damaging my vehicle. He was professional, kind, and wouldn’t give up until he figured out a solution. I recommend Carl‘s Towing without reservation.

If your life is in a ditch — Carl is the man! He pulled my rv out of a ditch on short notice on a holiday camping trip. Carl is a total professional. Evaluated situation- which included hacking out blackberry brambles to determine where wheels were resting. He came up with the right solution and we were out in 20 minutes. Saved our holiday. My van battery died at a soccer tournament and the jumper cables I had were not able to fully charge my battery enough to start my car. Carls Towing was at the tournament towing another vehicle and stopped and jumped started my car for free. Such a blessing at the perfect moment. I had just gotten off the phone with another towing company and thought my car was done for and was moments away from securing a tow some 33 miles away. Thank you !! 🙏⚽️🦾

So thankful to Carl's. Was in Seattle for a concert when my clutch wouldn't engage & went to the floor. Areas around us were no parking/tow zones. Two other tow companies wouldn't tow (the risk of impound before they could arrive). Carl's rescued my car & took it back to Skagit County. We didn't miss our concert, & got to sleep that night without stressing it any more. Huge thank you!

Our battery was dead and Carl was sent by AAA to give us a jump, even though it was 40 minutes away. In about 15 minutes we found someone to give us a jump, so we no longer needed his services. As he had already set out to help us this obviously cost Carl some time and expense, and yet he was so understanding. I highly recommend Carl's Toing in Sedro Wooley to anyone. Thank you Carl!

Carl's Towing is an awesome outfit. Widespread coverage, inexpensive and fast. My driver,Buddy, arrived before I was even off the phone with my roadside service team. Charged me HALF what my insurance company booked with another outfit. Buddy was willing to wait with me while I made arrangements to get my car fixed, with no pressure of any kind. I had to get my ‘66 mustang towed from Sedro Woolley to Oak Harbor. Terry was able to quickly dispatch a truck! He was very helpful and pleasant to speak with. Buddy the tow driver was awesome too! He was there within 20 minutes and treated my baby with the best care!

Carl's towed our motorhome off baker lake rd. He did an excellent job. He answered the phone right away, was there quicker than he said he'd be. Highly recommended

The drivers of this company have no regard for anyone else on the road. They drive significantly below the speed limit with dozen of cars lined up behind them. When calling the dispatch line to let them know that their drivers are breaking the law. They don't care and literally hang up rather than addressing the issue. I'd recommend any other towing company over this one. I'd be terrified of anything happening to a rig they're towing, if this is their response to their drivers breaking the law, imagine how bad their response will be if they damage something of yours. ETA: Well, the private number that called me multiple times in a row will never be answered as i do not answer private numbers. If he wanted to speak with me then he should have when I called, rather than the woman hanging up on me.

Thank you Matt with Carls towing and J&B towing. I was driving randomly my car went into neutral and died. After all the regular checking, I realized I had to call a tow. And of course it was now stuck in park so I requested a flat bed tow truck when talking to AAA. Now normally I assume I’m gonna be waiting at least an hour for them to dispatch a company to me so I prepared for a long, hot wait. Literally 5 minutes after getting off the phone, a tow truck pulled up. Holy cow! I don’t even know how they got there that quick. It’s 85 degrees, and my car is in front of a curb with no way to move it, so Matt had a heck of a time trying to get it on the flatbed but was still super nice, and never lost his smile! I’m sure he was miserable in the heat but I couldn’t tell at all! Excellent customer service. Same with getting it off the flat bed, issues with the car was making it much harder than it should have been but he made it happen. Pretty sure my motor is seized so it was definitely one of my worst days in a long time; but Matt definitely was the one thing to go right during this fiasco. Hes definitely an asset, and the exact kind of person you’d want out there representing the company. I definitely recommend this tow company, and hopefully won’t have to use them again, but shall the need arise they will be the first ones I call. Thanks!

I would give them 1 million stars if i could! He showed up in 10 minutes from my request, super professional and polite. Even brought me back the energy drink I left in the truck! They saved the day!! Use them!!

I got stuck in a ditch and Carl helped get me and another persons car out of a pretty tough situation on a remote mountain road with ease. Very thankful to have an honest and capable guy like that to come to rescue when you need it. 5 stars!

Chely has been an actual saint. I was in a total loss accident, she has given me advice, gone above and beyond to help provide kind, and supportive service. She remembered both my boyfriend and I from the first time we came in over a month ago. She has been extremely patient and provided so much information. When her boss stopped in she even wished us good luck with dealing with car insurance. I know that job has to be extremely stressful at times, but Chely makes it look fun. I was in an auto accident a couple months ago, my van was totaled, they towed it from the crash site. Cool. I called the number listed online and was routed to one of the drivers. Right off the bat I could tell he did not want to dealing with me. He ended up giving me the number to the shop, so I let it go. When I called the number the dude gave me it ended up calling him back, due to a misunderstanding. He immediately copped an attitude and started questioning my intelligence... This is not how you treat customers. Very rude indeed.

We were returning to Canada after spending time in Seattle when our car blew a tire late Sunday. Mark helped us figure out our best options. Towed the car to the tire shop and drove us to the hotel near by. Very friendly and professional service. A good outcome. Reasonable price too. They are even mailing us a cheque for a slight overpayment, which we would have ever known. Thank you very much.

We were in a bad car accident up on highway 20 recently and our insurance company wasn’t helpful with the retrieval of our vehicle. Carl’s towing came to the rescue, they provided great customer service and gave us advice on how to move forward with our situation. Jason at Carl’s towing was so kind and patient with us during the stressful situation and we couldn’t be more grateful. It was a tricky job to get our car out of the trees and brush but they went up into the mountains while it was snowing to retrieve the car and made sure we were updated the entire time with their progress. Great service, great communication, great company. My husband and I would highly recommend using Carl’s towing when you’re in a jam.

I called Carl's towing pretty late at night (about 9:50pm) after an exhausting day of trying to fix my wife's car on the side of highway 20. I was given a quote and an estimated wait time of 30-40 minutes. I figured while waiting I would try a few more things on the car to kill time, but they arrived in just 10 minutes!!! The guy was super nice. He took my payment information and gave me a receipt along with a business card. A few minutes later, I was on my way and he was loading our car up on his tow truck. I was very hesitant to choose Carl's Towing because of the 1 star review that they had. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and they were amazing! Do not be put off by the 1 star review, Carl's Towing was very fast and friendly. I highly recommend choosing them!
