Went out of their way to ensure my truck with motor cycle were secured from the top of the mountain at a late night hour. The owner of the company was direct and literally was concerned. The operator of the tow vehicle was Respectful and on point in all the transaction. I would recommend this team full heartedly. Truly

Terry pulled our ass out of the fire. We were in a terrible situation hanging half off a cliff on the edge of cascade river road. He got us out no problem and it was a gnarly tow. I’m beyond grateful he was able to save my truck.

Had emergency blow out going up to hills, and Jason came out straight away, helped with loading, trying to find a place where to change tyre as being Sunday everywhere was closed, and only because of him I managed to get my tyre changed and be on my way. Went out of his way just to go and drop as different shop to get tyre changed. If you need tow, call this company and ask for Jason, he won't let you strangled.

I find some of the reviews silly, you have to know where this area is where Terry and Alice serve. There literally is NO OTHER tow in the Concrete, Darington or Marblemount area so these are your go-to folks when your car goes down. The price isn't cheap if you're broke down in these areas, as services are limited and far away. My Jeep went down in Arlington and Terry was there within 45 minutes and drove me all the way back to Issaquah. It wasn't cheap, about $900 but I got home safe and truck is at the local shop. Appreciate you service and hopefully I won't need it again, but if I do, this is the only place around. And that is coming from a AAA member, their rates are just the same as Triple A for that area.

Cascades Towing & Roadside services will be the only company I use from now on. I’ve used many different towing companies over the years in Whatcom and Skagit counties for my vehicles and I have never had a good experience, some were bad, most were okay, but they all made me feel like I was an inconvenience. This all changed when I needed a tow and contacted Cascades Towing, Terry called me right away to let me know he was picking up my truck, gave me detailed timelines, and professionally delivered my truck exactly when he said he would. Cascade Towing met all my expectations! Fast, honest, fair pricing, and was HAPPY to help me out.

An animal jumped out and collided with our vehicle. Terry from Cascades Towing was timely, friendly and efficient. We’d highly recommend them.

This man charges unreasonable! He charged almost $1000 when only towing 85 miles. Also threatened to take away our car if we do not pay in full until the policeman came.

This company dropped my car very aggressively, scraping the back bumper on a curb(it left a small scratch) and when he dropped the car it was all the way across the parking lot from the shop. The shop owner came out and asked him to move it closer to the shop, seeing as the car did not start (before he dropped the car) and he began screaming at the shop owner saying he was going to fight him and using very inappropriate language. Multiple slurs and cuss words were said to the shop owner. I do not recommend someone who performs this level of unprofessionalism. Go ANYWHERE else.

Wonderful experience, very friendly and helpful driver took us from Cascade Pass all the way to Lynnwood (near Seattle)! He was kind and stopped to get us food on the way.

I was stuck on Prairie Mountain almost an hour from Darrington with little cell phone reception. Luckily my friend was able to drive me into town where I started making calls. AAA doesn't cover off road towing so I tried calling any company that would help me. I called Cascades Towing and spoke with Terry who said that he would come as soon as he could. He was very knowledgeable and experienced. My ignition wouldn't start and steering wheel were locked. He had to remove my drive shaft to be able to move my truck. He got me down the mountain and back home. For those of you reading this review don't hesitate in calling Terry. Please be aware that their pricing is port-to-port. You are paying for the time that the truck isn't in the office. This means that you are being charged for the travel time of them getting to you and them returning back to Concrete. It ended up being worth it because I got home to my family before dark.

Terry was great! Our insurance called him and he was there quick to take it to the shop. Handled a sentimental truck with care and professionalism! Highly recommend!

They were quick, compassionate, friendly, and accommodating. Terry showed up quickly, was careful with our vehicle, and it arrived back at the dealership with no damage at all. Highly recommend these guys.

Terry is so easy to work with. He rescued my broken down van and brought it home safe in a very timely mannor, after my insurance couldn't get anyone to go get it for 24 hours. This guy knows Washington like the back of his hand, knew exactly where my van was after a short explanation. Also very knowledgeable about what info insurance will need to get properly refunded. Cascades Towing is the only company I'll use. Thanks Terry, youre the man.

Terry came out on a cold Sunday to change my flat tire. He was fast and very knowledgeable. Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend this company.

Locked myself out of my truck and thought for sure I’d be waiting all day for a locksmith to come upriver! Nope! Cascade towing was here in less then a 40min! Very nice man it was simple and done in seconds! 4 stars!

I was needing a tow truck and went through my insurance, after waiting 6+ hours I made my insurance cancel the request and pick a different company. They then provided me a truck from Cascades Towing. Jason called right away letting me know he got the request and how far out he was! Jason kept me up to date when he was 10 minutes out, picked up my truck and met me at the shop within 45 minutes. He was a rockstar! He was extremely kind and patient considering I had my two kids with me. I’d love to say I will use them again but hopefully I don’t have to! I’ll recommend to anyone I know who needs a fast, kind, and efficient tow!

THIS MAN (Terry L HOBBS) the owner IS UNPROFESSIONAL! He was witholding my car from the autobody that he was told to deliver to. He was disrespectful and cussed and called me names, and the insurance, and autobody . He said I had no right to call him about my car! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE MAN! Would NEVER use this towing company again.

After waiting three hours for another towing company to show up, which they never did come. Cascade Towing was called and Jason arrived shortly after the call. He was professional and very helpful putting in my new battery. I was on my way within a very short period of time. I will recommend him and Cascade Towing and Roadside Service from Concrete, Wa.

Terry made a miserable situation a little brighter. Though a little rough around the edges to start, he quickly proved to be a big ole softy. He offered very important and useful suggestions for my subsequent interactions with the auto shop and my insurance carrier. He is no nonsense and to the point, but his subtle compassion goes a long way. If you're stuck on a North Cascades forest road, Terry will be there. Because there's literally no one else!

Terry is the man! We got stranded in a rental car in North Cascades NP and Terry came to our rescue. He was super kind and even helped us load/unload our luggage. We cannot thank him enough - after an exhausting 24 hours, this was exactly the kind of service we hoped to receive. We would definitely recommend this company!

Picked up my partner and our car from the North Cascades and towed them all the way home (a long way). Customer service could have been friendlier; he was a little short on the phone and didn't ask for or provide a lot of information. The driver gave my husband a hard time about dragging him out to the mountains so late--as if we were thrilled about it either. The worst part of the experience, by far, was that the driver used racial slurs--and tried to engage my husband in a conversation about racial slurs--while they were stuck in the truck together. Completely not OK. Ultimately, they got the job done and we were grateful to be home. But it wouldn't be our first choice for towing in the future.

Had an amazing experience with this company several years ago, got locked out of my truck while at a camping festival. My tools and food/water were all stuck inside, and they showed up very promptly. It was a bit of a struggle to pop the door but they did so with no damage. Customer service was very personable and friendly. Would reccomend!

Terry at Cascades Towing is great! He towed my vehicle after it was stranded on the side of the road. Great communication on the phone to set up the tow, solid flatbed tow rig, and very nice to work with. Call Cascades for great service!

Great professional and honest service. The owner/operator was amazing with my young kids and wife. He also showed up on time as promised. No drama, no issues with billing. In fact he cut me a break due to my situation, greatly appreciated! Don't hesitate to reach out to Cascade Towing.

Shockingly rude and unprofessional. We were recommended to him because he lived about 5 minutes from where a vehicle of ours had gone off the road. It took him about 10-15 minutes to winch him out and then handed us a bill for $408. I called later to dispute the bill and he started raising his voice at me and said "That's the price, if your guy didn't want it he could have denied the services." Well not sure how that is possible when we get the bill AFTER it's already winched out. He also claimed it took 1 1/2 hours from start to finish, but his "office" is 9 minutes away.

The owner, Terry, had horrible customer service! First off, he gave his worker the wrong address, leaving us stranded for 2 1/2 hours when we were in the next town over. Second, when we called him to get an update on where the tow truck was located and how much longer it would be he said we “couldn’t ask him those questions and needed to just be patient.” He claimed there was nothing else he could do. When the tow truck finally got to us, he had taken the card reader out of it so our driver had to make a stop and wait for someone to bring it to him. Not very professional for a “business owner”. Our driver Eric was very friendly however, and we understood that the delay was not in fact his fault.
