Great experience! I called ahead and asked for a part, they said they had it. Drove an hour to get here and it was worth it! They had it and took them 5 minutes to get me the trunk loaded up and on my way.
Brad was fast as hell and the trunk was still on the car at the very back of the lot. I’m pretty sure it took longer to walk back there than it did to have that part pulled and loaded up.
The trunk was dirty but no dents and otherwise decent condition for its age. Bolted right up to my project and looks as good as I could imagine for a 20 year old trunk!
Overall great experience! Best prices in town hands down for the service they provide. Will be returning for sure!
Went to wrecking yard hunting for a wheel and tire so I have a spare for my car. Fair price, good service. I'm no expert... but it all felt cool doing business here. Glad to have a spare. Thanks.
For the last year or so benchmark has been great benchmark has went the extra mile to help me with all of my mechanical needs. They also sell car parts.
These people are the worst. I took off work two days in row in order to wait around for them to show up for our appointment. They give you a six hour window during which they are supposed to show up and take the car. Well I waited for six hours and they didn't show up. I called them and they said their driver was sick. Never once did they call me to let me know that they weren't going to make it, which seems like the bare minimum to expect if they really had to cancel at the last minute. They said they could reschedule for the next day, which against my better judgment, I accepted. I took off work again, but made sure to call them at the beginning of the window to make sure their driver wasn't sick and confirm the appointment. They said they would be there. After waiting five and a half hours, I gave them a call to make sure they were coming since it was getting down to the wire. They say that they won't be able to make it today. Once again, they failed to call me or inform me that they would miss the appointment after explicitly telling me that they would be there earlier the same day. These people have zero respect for anybody's time, and their promises are utterly meaningless. Never got an apology from the lady answering their phones.
Not sure what kind of scam these morons are trying to run, but obviously the line about their driver being sick was just an excuse (unless we're to believe that he was fine in the morning, then sick in the afternoon for two consecutive days). A once-over of their Google reviews reveals that they have done the same thing to multiple other people.
In summary, Benchmark is a garbage outfit in every sense of the term. The people who run Benchmark are garbage men and garbage women. You'll take your business elsewhere if you know what's good for you.
They had my part pulled for me in no time, and picking it up was hassle free. Item was as described, and service was friendly. I will be getting more stuff from these guys as needed, I am 100% satisfied and recommend this place if you need car parts. Cheaper than pick n pull and you don't have to pull anything yourself, they do it for you! Just have to request it, pay for it and pick it up! Not sure if they do any installation here, but they certainly can get you the part you need for your auto. They texted me when it was ready to pick up, which was really convenient and faster than I had expected.
This place is best place to get your car repair. I highly recommend this place. Thier price is really cheap compared to other repair places. Most importantly they are honest.
CAROL IS THE WORST! Do NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR TOWING!! Carol in towing is apparently the only person in that dept unfortunately. She is the most lazy and unprofessional person I have ever spoken to. My boyfriend Waited over 3 hours and still waiting as Im typing this post for a tow truck. He Spoke to Carol to find out how much longer as he was initially advised 1-2 hours per carol! After 2 hours past he was advised by Carol he is not the only person waiting and to give it another hour. Called back after 3 hours she decide to answer and say, hello and hang up. He called back she sent him to voicemail. This time I call back from a different number she HAD NO IDEA WHO I WAS OR WHY I WAS CALLING AS MY boyfriend was previously speaking to her. She answer says hello and hangs up. Call back again she hung up then I call back several times she sent the calls to voicemail.This tells me you had no one else waiting for towing since you assume I was calling for him. I called the Benchmark auto group main number and spoke to Brad who advised he would let the boss Abraham aware of this issue and have him call us.I have never called a company for a hour to be hung up when I say hello without explaining why Im calling. She had no idea why or who I was calling for and decide to play on the phone for a hour. she has now decide to cancel the towing because a voicemail was left letting her know I will be filing a complaint against her and was advised by someone else that was involved in this matter that she feels threaten that a voicemail was left letting her know I will file a complaint agains her. CAROL YOU ARE LAZY no good for nothing incompetent HAG! YOU WERE HANGING UP SENDING PEOPLE TO VOICEMAIL Without KNOW WHO WAS CALLING but felt threaten because a non threatening voicemail was left telling you about yourself!!!!!! MAYBE NEXT TIME YOU SHOULD TAKE THAT HAMBURGER OUT OF YOUR MOUTH AND DO YOUR JOB WHICH WAS NOT HAVE SOMEONE WAIT 4 hours for towing and think that people are going to respect you after hanging up and sending people to voicemail for a hour straight!! DO NOT USE THIS TOWING COMPANY UNLESS YOU HAVE 4 HOURS TO WAIT!!! AND WHEN U COMPLAIN AFTER THE FACT YOUR IN THE WRONG!!! I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD. GET RID OF THAT NO FOR GOOD LAZY CAROL!!!!!

This company made an offer to my daughter then canceled appointment. I sat an hour and a half waiting for them with my daughter and when we called to check, she said the guy was 20 mins out. My daughter said the lady couldn't help us as we had to wait so we hung up and waited. They then canceled appointment without us asking to cancel. Very unprofessional and rude receptionist.
