  My car died. Couldn’t even get it in neutral to move it. AAA sent a tot truck over. Wish I could remember the company. The driver never even got out of his truck Then AAA sent a truck from kings recovery thank goodness. Jose got here very quickly. Was very energetic and knowledgeable. Jose bypassed the gear lock. Got it into neutral and was gone in ten minutes outstanding experience

  saturday 3/16/24 driver called us he was leaving fife rv to deliver our newly bought 2020 fifth wheel trailer to ocean shores wa. it took him a little more then 3 hours an hour longer then it should have but made it safely and had to pay an extra 220 extra dollars to have him park it nicely next to our deck.had to have 2 other people help direct him and still took him an hour to get it parked like he was new at towing. not happy at all with his inability to park a 5th wheel trailer. company is way over priced to tow and park a trailer with the extra 220 dollars.driver said to my wife he has been doing this for 23 years and could park it anywhere. hard to believe he was not very good at it.would not recommend co. or just maybe that driver.

  Used them before to tow Ford Taurus that tranny quit on it. The driver was good at his job and very courteous and friendly. Only bad thing was the wait time.

  Kings towing USED to be the only company our family worked with. But after today's experience, Never again. I had a 930 am appointment, it is1050 and they still have not showed up... Told me at 1035 that the dispatcher made the appointment with them at 1030. The lack of accountability for a repeat customer is unacceptable. #LibertyTowing from now on. A little more expensive but reliable.

He was polite and respectful, even though I was stressed out about my new car suddenly dying. He actually went the extra mile for me. King's Towing will be my first call from now on.

  I would reccomend King's Towing they are hands down the best service in the Pierce County area she was an is exceptional. Meghan went above and beyond to help with everything I needed she was empathetic to my situation and understanding. I called serval other companies an I didn't recieve the customer service I recieved like with King's Towing. I would refer anyone who has any emergency situations with their vehicles to King's Towing you will not be disappointed. Thank you so much to Meghan and King's Towing driver's, and other employees for everything you have done for my family and I we will continue to use your services.

  My car quit working on interstate 5 in Fife and I called Kings to tow my car to Lakewood. Dan showed up within about a half hour. He was very professional, kind and helpful. I cannot recommend any towing company more highly than Kings.

  We used Kings Towing twice in a weeks span. Our insurance company set up the tow for us originally. We had 3 flats in that time due to A/M 22's on our 14 Charger. First time the tow was set up for the next morning and we needed the car to the tire shop ASAP and next thing you know Picasso showed up and saved us and got the car to the shop before they closed and we were able to get the car back the next morning. He did try calling multiple times but someone's (my wife:-) )phone was off. He still showed up and could have bailed on the tow but didn't. Class act move in our book!! Next go around was not as smooth at first. We had scheduled an appointment for a tow at 8 am to have our vehicle towed to the shop to have our stock wheels put back on because the A/M wheels were nothing but problems. No show at 8 and I called and was informed they were running behind and someone would be there at 10 the lady I spoke with did apologize for the delay but once again no show at 10. Called back again and was informed someone would be there at 12. I received a call from Picasso before 12 ( he was not the original driver that was scheduled) he showed up and I was happy to see it was the same guy that helped us last time. He was able to get our vehicle to the shop and they still got it done before closing and we picked it up that same day. All in all it was not to bad of an experience. But gotta say that Picasso was a good dude and would use him any other time we ever needed a tow. I will even personally ask for him if that's possible. Appreciate the help and hard work you did for us Picasso and making sure our car was towed in the knick of time! I gave the 4 stars only because the delay and no contact to inform us. But would give Picasso 5 stars for sure! We would give him 10 if it went that high!!

  Stay Away! I will be posting a detailed story in other app so this will be a short version. The driver damaged my bumper while hitching the car. I actually had to ask about the damage after unloading the car and only then he had me fill out a damage report. Just like the prior review, GM named Jose calls and claims that they're not responsible and there's nothing they can do about it. Actually laughed at me and said "you can take it to court." This is after the fact that I did not get a call from them for a week and I had to follow up myself. In addition, the office rep indicated that the incident was not recorded in my file. Which means I had to send them an email with the photo just to get a call back. Zero integrity, zero professionalism, and zero customer service. Again, stay clear from this business.

  Would give no star but not an option. If you want scratches on your car. This is the place to go. Friend got his car towed. They scrached the rim and the rear bumper of a brand new Benz. Got video to prove and Jose the manager is calling us a liar. Good luck

  Not sure about other people's experience with this company but mine was fantastic. I was stuck on the side of the road with an electric vehicle close to a charging station and they were able to hook up on a flatbed, get me to the charging station in the middle of snowmageddon 2019. Shout out to this company for fast and friendly service and very communicative as well. If you have an electric vehicle, don't hesitate to give them a call.

  Needed a short bus towed from Tacoma to Portland. We sent a picture and they said they had a truck big enough for the job. Then we get a call from the driver saying he’s outside looking at it and his truck isn’t big enough, but he wasn’t even outside when we went to meet him. Called dispatch to figure out what the deal was; they said they would call right back and then never did. If you want integrity, go with another company.

  They towed my car, ripped the bumper off because they didn't do their job right, and then when I called a couple weeks later wondering where my car was at, they told me they were a tow company not a body shop and they don't have my car! After talking to several people, they finally admit they have the car and it's being fixed, but no one can tell me how long it will take. I called again today to just get a time line of when I can get my car, and I was yelled at and told that I know my car is in the body shop and the technician is out getting a part for my car right now and so no they can't tell me when my car is getting back to me. The woman was VERY rude and told me I had no right to call and yell at her. I didn't yell at her, I just want to know when my car will be returned. It is the only car I have and it looks like I'm never getting it back.

  Roger was super fast to get to my truck. He explained everything and had such a great attitude. I would definitely recommend calling them. They pride themselves on excellent customer service. Ask for Roger if he's available because he's amazing.

  Our driver, Roger, was awesome! Very kind, helpful, and entertaining.. not to mention, he drove that truck like a pro. The service was quick, he arrived 30min earlier than expected, latched the car on without a struggle, and got us to our drop off point quickly. I called 3 other tow companies and Kings towing had the best price. Great company, great price, great customer service. Highly recommended..!

  Using this service was the icing on the cake of a horrific times of my life. The "driver" was RUDE, the office "person" was RUDE. My vehicle was not brought to me in appropriate time frame, it was not secured in an appropriate location over night (all without my permission). The "driver" that delivered my truck the next day dropped it blocking my only drivable car in a parking area that's fits 20 cars with no others cars in the parking area. I was told I was speaking to different people, but the voice was always the same and the rudeness was equal if not worse the longer I they had my truck hostage. NEVER USE THIS SERVICE

  Thank you for coming to my rescue. Express was the tow company that my insurance sent oit first at 5:15pm got call at 6:30pm saying delay for another 58mins. 8:30pm comes no tow then calling insurance again they got ahold of Express and now delayed again 45mins. At this point i am so mad. Got a text from Express saying they cancelled my tow and another tow company is coming. Which was you guys the Kings. You guys said 10:25pm and were on time. Thank god for you guys since it was over 5 hrs being broke down off the road. He was very nice and professional.

  Jose and company had complete disregard for expectations. Jose was rude and with a rather odd sense of entitlement to make or break commitments as he pleases because he owns the company. Sadly, not something he was willing to accept upfront. They committed to tow my car within a very specific and critical time frame. I confirmed twice with them the requirement and explained that if they could not make I would rather have them say so upfront - as this was critical for me. They stated - No problem and assured me they will provide the service on time. Not only did they not arrive on time, they did not have the decency to call and reset expectations. I had to call the dispatcher and her response was simply that the driver will call back with a new ETA. The driver was Jose, he basically said that not only will he not be able to arrive on time (obviously since he was already ~25 mins late) but that he simply wouldn't be able to help. I explained that I did not need apologies from him and that I needed to speak with the actual owner or dispatcher to understand what happened and get a solution, not one of the drivers. He started to bring a myriad of excuses and the apology as if I should be ok with that and go about life... This condescending and rather odd attitude is what I found most disrespectful and unprofessional. Things happen, but own up to your commitments and mistakes - this speaks highly about integrity and responsibility in my book. But that's not all... Right then I got a call from another driver, same company saying he will arrive in 30 mins - I said ok. I also asked for the name of the owner of the company to follow up - He stated that was Jose. Well, clearly he had no intention to amend the mistake (as he was only 'the driver' when he spoke with me). 30 mins passed and no truck, I called them back and spoke with Jose once again. His response was, we cancelled the service. All that to say, not only would he (his company) have had the opportunity to amend the first commitment, but he could have had the decency to call and explain that they were not going to provide the service at all. Up until today I had never posted a negative review anywhere online, but the reason I am doing this now is because of how irresponsibly, to put it delicately, Jose and his company behaved with me. We all have bad days, perhaps today was one of them for Jose and his dispatcher. Expectations are very important to me, if problems arise; communicate in time. And if you make mistakes own up to those mistakes responsibly and with decorum. I was extremely frustrated and he completely disregarded that. This was my experience with them, take it as you may.
