Just went in about a engine light that Jiffy Lube messed up, Terry the store manager was so helpful and came out to the car and helped me. I will go back there for sure. Great, above and beyond service!
Openly sexist dude works here, heads up to any other car gals. Incredulous that I would carry my own battery, quizzed me on my understanding about the gaming t-shirt I was wearing and what games I play, y'all know what I mean when I say he was generally demeaning. The other guy was okay though. I won't be returning to this location. Shout out to the crew on Pacific highway, never had issues with them.
Person working today is very rude. They sold my friend the complete wrong parts for her car and recommended she buys one rotor for no reason. I told him If you going to recommend rotors without looking at the car you should recommend that both are replaced but I told him she doesn't need so he can refund those and exchange the pads for the right one. Note that the customer service representative had slow business due to a art fair so idk why he's in such a bad mood when im probably the only customer he's had all day. Accusing me of an error causing the parts to be wrong saying I messed up the model when I wasn't even the one who bought the parts. But when he looks up the part number it wasn't even for the car at all and obviously their mistake. Not to mention he threw my parts on the table with attitude like he was crazy. Very disrespectful and unprofessional

It's just like any other O'Reilly's. Brought in my toasted battery and got a new one. The staff all greeted me with a smile and everyone was chill and cool. I've been going to this specific location a few years and they've never let me down
Went in with a list for two different vehicles. I was working on that I have to have fixed before tomorrow morning… I stood in line and was passed by two other people that were in line behind me and the employees did nothing about it… Looks like I go drop $500 at your competitor.
The guy that I've encountered several times when I go during morning or afternoon, is not helpful at all. The other guy that was there with him the last time I went was even less helpful and they both totally ignored me and never left from behind the register to see if I needed assistance. The one guy was shopping on his computer!!! I guess that's why he couldn't barely acknowledge my existence. I will go to any other auto parts store but never this ever again
Constantly wrong parts or defective. 90% of the time they just tell you to go to Lakewood hub. Also lack of overall customer service. No phone calls when parts come in. No effort most of the time. Go somewhere else being my recommendation.
I can’t say enough about the quality of service I received from this location, Jason helped me figure out what I needed to purchase for my car and went above and beyond helping me to understand. I am a women and usually get taken advantage of and this was not the case. In these times it is rare to find someone that truly cares and wants to assist. He has won my business for Oreileys. Absolutely unprofessional personal, tried to buy the battery for my Ram keys, first they said that don't cover 2021 year and advised to go check with the dealership, I googled the type of battery and than received another genius advice to go and change it at Locksmith across the road, after stating that I don't need that kind of advices, guy got mad and refused to sell anything. Checked AutoZone couple blocks away- also didn't cover 2021 production year, but they immediately googled and not only sold me a battery but even replaced it on the spot.
AJ gave the best customer service! I was having problems with a car part I purchased somewhere else. I am definitely coming back! He makes customers feel important and that is very much appreciated nowadays.
Has gotten much better. At least there's a few people working there now who know something about cars. The parts are affordable and if they don't have the part in store then they can usually have it ordered in for the next day. I like that I can rent certain tools. Often I've bought tools that get used 1 time then they sit on a shelf collecting dust. With rentals I get my money back, in full, or if there's no rentals available I can buy use and return. No questions asked. Very improved from a few years ago. I will recommend and return again. Infact I'm going back now to return the harmonic balancer I rented.

And once again O'Reilly's never ceases to amaze me with their high levels of customer service. Porsche recommended that I buy an expensive $400 battery to replace the factory battery and so I did that. Albert the assistant manager at the 6th Avenue store went above and beyond to make sure that they replaced my $400 battery that went bad in less than one year. I would like Albert to be mentioned by his upper management for commitment to personalized customer service. I had an emergency situation. My battery was dying while driving on the freeway. I got off the first exit, barely made it to this location. Frazzled, I talked to Albert. He patiently listened to my situation and calmly took told me what was wrong, what to look out for and what needs to be addressed as soon as possible. Meanwhile he took care of the immediate issue, (new battery) and found a discount for me. Which I truly appreciated.
I got home safely and was able to relax. Thanks Albert.

Awesome customer service. They Swapped out the headlight bulbs on My 2005 Volvo. Which is not very easy and they were great no complaints just got the job done also the store has a great inventory always has had everything I needed. Easy 5 stars
We had a crazy day with battery issues and both Max and Lindy were incredibly helpful with assisting us. Got us the correct one, and help try to determine what the cause was. There was so much more! One of the best experiences we've had at an auto shop. Very appreciative of them both.

Alternator went out on our van full of stuff and kids on our way camping. We barely made it here in hopes of figuring out what was wrong. Liam (or Lee) was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and recommended the auto shop he takes his own car to. Thankfully they are able to fit us in and get us back on the road. Had to carry a battery a few blocks back and forth. All the people working there were awesome and helpful. Charged my battery and helped me narrow the problem. Ended up swapping my battery on the warranty. It was a very rough and rainy day but they all made it much more bearable.
Jon was so helpful with replacing my windshield wipers. He helped me find a good deal on more expensive brands for the same price as my old cheap ones. He even INSTALLED my new blades in a fraction of the time it would have taken me! Thanks for great service!

Very good customer service, and they had the parts I needed. Motorcycle battery price seemed high, but I haven't bought one in s few years. Battery charger price was a bit less than I expected, so I guess it evened out.
I see a lot of poor reviews on here about various things, but I have only had excellent experiences at this location. The staff is always super helpful; they are quick to come out to help measure/scan/check sizes/etc. I just bought wiper blades and they exchanged the ones I had previously bought, grabbed the right size (and gently corrected me when I mismeasured!) and installed them for me without being asked. I find them to be knowledgeable and super friendly. I really appreciate their customer service!
Their store is well stocked and had everything I was looking to get. Clerks knew where to find each item and seemed knowledgeable regarding them. I also have joined their rewards program and was able to save about 50% off today's purchases using emailed coupons they sent me..
