Now listen here, I done had my ol’ Dodge towed by these fellers three times this month, and lemme tell ya — they’re the nicest bunch of boys this side of the county line. Showed up faster than a raccoon on a chicken coop, all smilin’ and polite, callin’ me “sir” like I was somebody important.
And I ain’t gonna lie — them drivers? Real easy on the eyes. My wife said, “You best stop breakin’ that truck on purpose,” but I told her, “Woman, sometimes the Lord just wants a man to need a tow.”
Only problem is — and I hate to even mention it — every time they tow my rig, somehow there’s… well, let’s just say a mysterious warm puddle on the driver’s seat. Now, I ain’t accusin’ nobody, but that seat smells like a Waffle House parking lot after a Friday night.
Friendly, over priced, well-hydrated, price-gouging. 1 star. Rack city.
Cat and Shane did an amazing job extricating our truck from our yard which required them to maneuver around multiple obstacles. They refused to be deterred.
Ian made me sign a waver as my car is lowered, I totally get that part but I was still pretty nervous. He also went the extra mile to place planks under the tires and pulled my car up the flatbed with ease. No damage at all. When we got to my house he helped me push it into my garage. What a pro.... Dispatch also told me approx 30 min. Ended up being about 35-40 minutes. That's great service on a Saturday afternoon. Thanks to the Burns Towing team.
Its tough to leave an unbiased review of a tow company ... Especially when you're not in agreement with your vehicle being impounded there... But - I'll try. They're what the average Joe/Jane would likely expect from any average tow company. No particular pros or cons to list... No wait - one pro: they have a couple of office cats that you can pet from time to time.
I SO appreciate Ian! My car’s tire went from hero to zero when I ran over something metal. I was told it would be an hour before someone would arrive, but Ian got to me within about 35 minutes. He very quickly changed the tire out for my spare, and I’m about to happily be on the road again. THANK YOU Ian and Burns Towing!
The tow truck driver Cat was on time professional and went above and beyond. She even was willing to park my wifes car in our car port that was difficult to get access to due to a back ally. If her manager sees this you have a diamond as an employee.
Crashed my car back in November wasn’t my fault the city sent it to Burns towing. Burns let the other persons insurance company impersonate as mine. And allow them to pick up the car when they were not authorized to do so. Only My personal insurance was authorized to do so. With burns allowing this. The other insurance company sent my car all the way to the other side of a country. New Jersey. Once on they had it on hand they would not tell me where the car was located for about a month in a half, I only got my car back due to a legal team contacting the other insurance company. I’m not saying burns towing is bad. But my personal experience was horrible. This slip through the crack is still causing me trouble 6 months later.
Spent all day waiting for my 8am tow. I called and never got an answer, and there was 0 communication that my appointment wasn't going to happen. I ended up calling another company and they were not only faster, but also $100 less, and they had very open communication.
Hands down Burns Towing is the best towing experience I've ever had! My alternator died and my car wouldn't turn over. I was stressed about getting it to the mechanic and having to take a whole day off work to wait for a tow truck. Not with Burns Towing.
Garret was very helpful when I called. He walked me through what to expect, gave me a quote, and set a time that worked. Garret called with updates on the day of and sent confirmation texts so I knew exactly when the driver would arrive.
Driver Cat called when she was 5 minutes away and arrived exactly at our arranged time. This made the whole process stress free and easy!
Cat was friendly, helpful, and made me feel safe and secure through the entire process of picking up my car. She took great care getting my car on the truck.
I will only use Burns Towing from now on.

Money greedy my house is 3 blocks away from them they towed my vehicle in front of my house took 5 days before i got the notification and got charge $2,000, stay away from them if you don't want to get rip off
Great business, was quick to pick up our truck and the driver was so friendly. She was kind and thoughtful as well. Will definitely give them a call again!
My car broke down and I had no way to get it to my mechanic . With one call Burns Towing showed up quickly on a Sunday, & in about 5 mins he had my car loaded up safely and was shooting out of the parking lot like he was on fire (safely of course but quick) then delivered it to my mechanic. Not a scratch, ding or anything, perfectly delivered with no issues. Highly recommend their friendly, professional and safe towing services!
We trust Burns Towing to help at our commercial property and they have always been incredible to work with. The owner Kris handles business the way that it should be handled. We will be using them for many many years to come!

Dispatcher was polite and professional. Driver was on site within 15 min, personable and efficient. Car was safely handled. Didn’t love the price for the distance, but it was on par with other times I’ve had a car towed. Would tow again.
I would give this place more than 5 stars if I could! On my way home from picking kids up from daycare my cars axle/control arm snapped and I ended up on the side of the road with 3 of my grand babies. I have AAA free towing and first tow truck came right away only to tell me I needed a different type of tow and to wait for 30 minutes. After waiting finally got a call from them letting me know they wouldn’t be available until the next morning. I called Burns towing, spoke with the dispatcher Daniel, who was great, had a truck out to me within 20 mins. Catreena “Cat” was the driver, so so so great and so helpful! She got my car back home in the driveway with no problem, she did what the other guy from STS Towing couldn’t do and did it easily! I have free towing, but would have no issue paying as long as Cat is the driver! She’s awesome Thank you for excellent service Cat!!!!
Very fast service! Daniel was quick to send Frankie out to come pick up my car. All was said and done in under an hour, very impressed by the great help. Will be using them again and highly reccomend them.
Burns Towing staff made the experience of getting our stolen car back as painless as possible! They offered to have us check out the car first, and even jump started it for us without hesitation! Garrett was very helpful to us as were Sharon, Josh, and Jake I believe (the one who juggled cars around so we could get ours out). Josh jumped our vehicle no problem and we would definitely use their services again if ever needed!! Thank you for taking care of us....and our car!

I was stuck on the side of the highway, in the dark. Sarah answered the phone and assured me that a truck would be there quickly. And it was! The driver, Mark, loaded my van quickly, got us out of there, and safely home. Mark was fun to chat with and I felt safe on the ride home. I kept his business card because I will be using this tow company again, if needed. Thanks folks!
After being stranded by AAA for over six hours, we finally made the right decision to call Burns towing. Their driver, Mark, was there within 15-20 minutes in rush hour traffic and still apologized for the long wait! We were just happy to finally be getting rescued! He was beyond professional, helpful, and sympathetic of our situation. 10/10 definitely recommend.
The people who worked inside were very helpful a sympathetic to this circumstance.
However the man who towed our vehicle went above an beyond to help when he delivered the car. Mark was awesome an despite its condition treated the car with care to not cause more damage then the thieves already did. Thank you Mark we appreciate you a the service!!!
Great people - Polite and professional, from the phone operator to the driver. I was told a certain amount per hour and that they would pick me at my house since it was on the way to the car. They did not pull my car out of the ditch, because the car was not at the location it was supposed to be. The driver was driving me back home. But I remember we had passed a car that looked mine. The driver was gracious enough to drive back and take look. Sure enough that was my car we had passed. He jump started my car and make sure I could drive it before leaving. They did not charge me dime. Which is awesome. But I would have gladly paid them for the first hour, for the faster service then expected in this cold snowy, wet weather. They were able get to me within in an hour, after they said it would be about 3 hrs. Unlike the last towing company I called. They said it would be their 45 mins to an hour to come and get me. And 5 hrs later at the gas station I was at, they still never showed up. Sorry I can't remember people names. But I would gladly recommend them for their services. I will keep their number in my phone next time emergencies.
I am completely overwhelmed with the wonderful help I received from this company.... You were prompt and arrived at the expected time ....the driver was knowledgeable and helpful...took me all the way home with my car and tried his hardest to park it into a parking spot at my apartment complex...you guys literally lifted a huge weight off my shoulders and made something that seemed so stressful to me so very easy and for that I am beyond thankful ...thanks again guys you are awesome!!! Best experience with a tow company ever!!
