Absolute hero. Tonight Sat. June 21st I didn’t catch his name, but in the 7/11 parking lot off 74th/Custer Rd. and Bridgeport, he absolutely saved my night by randomly helping me out with a jump. 10/10 would recommend to anyone, any day. Super nice guy, must have been either his company or a guy that’s just on call. But if your reading this right now, you’re a hero man and I greatly appreciate you doing that for me. Btw I didn’t even ask him, he came up to me and offered help. That is what this world is lacking now a days, simply one human seeing another human in need of a simple helping hand. Which he did just that. Thank you to whoever you were!
I called these people from my elementary school and they barely gave me the time of day and when they told me it was gonna take 30 minutes and I needed to be quicker they told me they were gonna block my number. I don’t suggest this to company to anyone.
My kids broke down on out-of-town trip. Driver was terrific, eased their minds about everything, made sure they were in a safe place, cautioned them about what areas to avoid while waiting for garage to work on car. He told the kids what it sounded like the problem might be and he was not wrong. Thank you for being there for my kids.
Joe, The tow truck driver was incredibly prompt, arrived within 20 minutes of my call, and handled my car with great care, even though it was in a tricky spot.

I would give this place a zero if I could. The guy named Joe, was so rude to me over the phone on Saturday. Kept saying he doesn't have to talk to me bc I'm not the registered owner when my son and I was on the call to inquire on picking up his vehicle and gathering information on how much and what was needed to pick up his vehicle. I kept asking the price reiterating bc people say one thing and different in person. He says he already said it and that I kept asking over and over. We were going to pick up Saturday but since he told my son of the different rates, he specifically stated to my son it will be cheaper to pick it up Monday bc its during business hours and not weekend rates, so rates would be weekday rates, which would make it less, so they wouldn't charge additional for having to make an appointment to have someone come to their office to release our vehicle. When we arrived on Monday, there was no one around in sight, we walked onto the driveway to try to find our way to the office and the guy says we had to be off of the property. We then walked out front in front of the gate. The gate which led to the rundown ramshackle of a house/ office had all this fencing and barbedwires to the gate, it appeared locked. Later the office manager comes out with a clip board for my son to fill out the invoice, where we were filling out paper standing outside, learning that he was charged more than what was told to him on Saturday. If we had known that it would have been more, who in their right mind would wait to acrue more charges? I sure would not have! So, we told the officer manger lady what the amount the guy said and she goes to say that he never said it. How would she know if she wasn't present with him when he said that to us, bc he claimed to be the only one in the office on Saturday. She was argumentative with me about it. I said have him come outside, and when he did he lied through his damn teeth!! He says one thing over the phone and in person switches up, he told my son a specific price amount of 617 and when we go to pick up our vehicle he plays stupid and acts differently, like he never said it. And looks to her, the office manager lady to enforce the "rules." She was very rude, both of them, very defensive, no professionalism whatsoever. No accountability, I mean if hes dyslexic then say so and take accountability! I noticed the smirk he had after he needed her to defend his unprofessionalism bc he doesn't know how to professionally and effectively communicate, holding, to his words that he had said when we originally called to inquire on Saturday. A business that has no ethics when dealing with people and treats people horrible won't be in business long, especiallywith those types of people you employ. If you are the owner that reads this, I hope you employ people who have a kind spirit when dealing when the customers/ the public. And say what they mean and honor it. No professionalism on the phone or in person. We didn't even catch her name, the Caucasian woman that is office manager, who was very unprofessional. The Hispanic guy, Joe kept telling me I couldn't be on their property bc I wasn't the registered owner, when I was there to assist my son in retrieving his vehicle especially when he was being swindle by two rude employees. The tow yard or property looked very decrepit, scary, run-down like a crack house and unprofessional, of course I'm going to walk with my son to his car. You already swindled him. I don't know what else you may do.
He goes and makes more unprofessional remarks that I should let my son be a man. Very unprofessional! He was very immature and had a child level sense of professionalism.
I've never met people who were so disgusting in nature. It's just poor taste all around. I never do reviews but at least other people can expect the type of business practice these people adhere by, disgusting!
Super long story short, quite a while back, I had a car towed into Honda. They were supposed to evaluate the car because it had been in an accident, and we needed to address damage for insurance purposes. I had an appointment with South Tacoma Honda, and even told them when the tow truck driver(I think Gabriel) had picked up my car, and left to bring it to them. Well five days later, I get a call from Honda. I assumed they were just really busy and hadn't gotten to it yet (I had a rental so I was trying to be patient/ didn't care), anyway, they called five days later to tell me that they didn't even realize my car had been dropped off, they had no idea why it were there, and had the rental car agency not called them to check in on everything, they STILL wouldn't have known my car was there! As well as having no idea who's car it even was, although I left them with my plate number and discription of the car, a long with why I had wanted to bring it in, ect, and the tow truck driver did as well. Long story short again, they blamed the tow truck driver, they said he snuck into the building, dropped my car off, dropped the keys in the drop box with no info whatsoever, and said he brought the car in after having it for an entire day, blah blah blah.... So I was pretty pissed, called this poor tow truck driver and kind of chewed him out, he then explained his side, and was shocked that they lied about all of this, on top of blaming him, but he was able to give me the exact description of the lady he dropped my keys off with, and stated that he gave her all of the info he was supposed to, and after some investigation I found out that he was telling me the truth, and Honda was the negligent party. Thankfully everything ended up getting resolved, but the driver of this company (and possibly the owner?),was nothing but helpful, honest and amazing. I just realized I never left a review, and I did complain to my insurance company before hearing from him, and I told him to make up for that i would leave a detailed review explaining what had really happened, and how far out of his way he went to help me figure everything out! These guys are legit and I would absolutely recommend this company, and super appreciate them!!

AD Towing came to our rescue three separates times in a two week span. It clearly was a terrible couple weeks for us with flat tires and radiator problems. They are so fantastic. They were quick, took great care of our vehicles, and were so kind and helpful to us. I highly recommend Joe and his team is you ever need to be towed.
They were quick to come get me and my daughter. The tow truck driver was very friendly and made us feel comfortable on our ride to get our car fixed. Thank you!
Joe helped me when no one else could with changing my battery! I could NOT get a bolt off due to the corrosion. AutoZone couldn’t handle it, Firestone was understaffed. Joe at AD stood there in the rain and helped me and I’m so grateful. Thank you for your kindness and determination.

Hidden fees. Truck was never towed to destination but still charged full price. Called to request refund for services not being received. Employee was very rude asking why I would want a refund since they connected the truck but did not tow it. First tow truck company to charge without towing the vehicle out of the parking lot.

A manager called asking about this review & how to help, I requested the refund again for services not received & was told I would not get a refund. Not sure how much longer they will be in business
Our 2007 Honda element got a rear driver side flat. We were on i5 and close to traffic. Triple a sent Herman to tow is to a tire shop. Instead he changed our tire on the side of road next to busy traffic, to save us money instead of towing. Then he volunteered to check the air pressure on our tires and waited for us to drive off. Could not have been more lucky during this experience. Herman was kind, informative, helpful. He saved our trip.
I was stranded in the middle of a turn lane and had already called three different towing companies for emergency hauling. Joe from AD Towing and transport said he could be at our location 3X faster than any other company could offer!l. And he arrived 15 minutes early! He efficiently hooked up our SUV and towed it to our mechanic at Moose's Auto Clinic. Our interaction was efficient and friendly and he was able to take my payment right on his phone. We'll definitely call AD Towing and Transport for any future towing needs!
Really good experience. Unfortunately I was victim to all the Kia thefts going on. Our vehicle was impounded here and they were super nice and helpful! Legitimately the most helpful and communicative party I've had to work with this week. Never heard from authorities, getting a hold of insurance has been awful, body shops are backed up. But A D was always willing to give me as much information as they could and super accommodating when I came to look at it, get our stuff out and ran all the numbers ahead of time so I knew what to expect for fees. Always really friendly and kind (which I definitely needed some kindness!) Noone WANTS to deal with their car being stolen, but A D Towing was by far the easiest aspect of the whole ordeal.
I just had my vehicle towed by this company to the service center. Joe, the serviceman who showed up was super friendly and shared some very good insights to my car trouble. The service was prompt and Joe did not hesitate a favor after dropping off my vehicle. I also wish to compliment his AWESOME faux-lett not every man can pull that off, but Joe did! I would use this company again if ever I needed a tow!
Legitimately the best experience I've ever had with a tow company, absolutely incredibly professional and courteous. Joe was super cool and very friendly and even offered extra help and expertise on the car I had towed. The equipment used was top notch and he was even about 10 minutes early. Could not recommend these guys enough!

At first I was quoted they could pick up my bike by the end of the day and they actually came within an hour. He called me and said he was 20 minutes out and he was actually only 15 minutes out so he was early on both counts. Secured My bike properly and got it to the destination within 10 minutes. Highly professional and if I ever need road service again I will definitely use this company
